A special experience in Stratford.

By far the best place to stay in Stratford. LOVE that fact that the rooms are not the same boring style as other typical hotels.

Cozy little Inn,a pleasant stay.

Contactess check-in Manager sent all necessary info by email ahead of time. Free parking Close to attractions The room was very quiet. Clean. The ability to control heat in the room was nice.

Towels and bedding were clean but worn looking. Overhead fan light flickered constantly, needs repair.we left it turned off. There were string lights on the four poster bed ,however, they didn't work either, so it would be better to just remove them. Decor was a bit childish....a theatre themed room would work better rather than superheroes. Another mirror in the main bathroom or on the door would be helpful:. One small mirror for 2 to share was a bit inconvenient.

It’s a lovely place but more like an Air BnB than a hotel. Check-in is all by code. (see below)

If you have any mobility issues at all due to age or disability this hotel is not for you. Accessing your room requires negotiating a steep stairwell—over 30+ steps. There is no reception staff, cleaning staff, or bellman/concierge staff on site. There is no early check in or late checkout. We were on a multi city weeklong trip, combining personal and professional activities, and had a fair amount of heavy luggage. It’s a good thing that my 70 year old husband is in such good shape. I could not have gotten the luggage to the room. The mobility issue should be stressed in the hotel description on the website

Wonderful accommodation in a charming town.

Huge room. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the rain shower. Great location. But the best thing was the quirky decor - loved it!

We stayed in the "Celebration" room and it was fantastic! Beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, and we honestly could not have asked for a better location. Everything very walkable, and right beside the river. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Stratford.

This was the perfect place to stay for our wedding watching getaway.

Great location. Beautiful and unique room. Super value.

The only thing I wanted to let the hosts know was that the fridge is too cold. We put some beers in there and I happened to open the fridge door at the right time to find they had frozen. We ended up having to stick them in the bath since they were still frozen at checkout. We knew they’d be in a safe spot if they bust open that way.

Excellent boutique hotel in a beautiful town.

Room was beautifully done and space optimized. Self check-n was a breeze. Location terrific.

Parking is a bit of a walk but not a big deal.

Lovely room, great location.

No breakfast offered. The room was very clean and lovely, just a bit too funky for my taste - that's what happens when you are 75 yrs old. It was a bit weird to me to check in without seeing any staff and using secret codes for the doors. Plus, noise from the street - esp at 6 am. I do think that younger people would love it there. I also think it is a bit overpriced. Location was great, I walked everywhere. Best wishes to the owners as I am sure lots of people would love it there.

gorgeous room, beautifully decorated, ample space, comfortable bed, manager was excellent to deal with - very helpful and easy to contact!

as a small boutique hotel (though the rooms are huge!) this doesn’t have the facilities/amenities of larger hotels and is definitely on the pricey side but a nice spot if you’re treating yourself; parking is a bit far to carry bags, would definitely suggest having one person drop off at the door if you have luggage

For some reason I thought I had booked the green room! However the playroom was bright and clean and happy and it was a little getaway to cheer my friend who had lost a friend due to cancer so it was probably exactly what we needed. We definitely are coming back and we hope to stay in the green room and also enjoy some of your other rooms because they have been decorated so fun and so well done. We loved the people at the relic bar and the Italian restaurant down the street and the shop down below with a lovely young lady Who ran the shop "Fawn" because it was Easter weekend I had to come back and entertain my family. But we will definitely be back this summer. It was awesome all around!!

Perfect getaway spot

Everything was excellent. The room feels like an upscale hotel room with everything I needed. No contact check-in was painless and I actually liked that a lot. The location was another plus due to short walking distant to several good spots.

Parking was a little bit of a walk, could be a little bit uncomfortable if carrying a lot of stuffs or during a cold day. But over all, there are more pros than cons.

We enjoyed our 1 night and would return again.

Lovely decor and the location was great. The thermostat worked well. The room was very clean!

The bed could be more comfortable, the mattress sloped down on one side.

Exceptional

I spent a wonderfully relaxing evening at Edison’s. From the moment I walked into the room, I was pleased by the chic style, as well as the little extras (e.g., wine glasses, wine opener, games, books). The barn door window, accompanied by the unique and trendy furniture left me feeling I couldn’t have chosen better accommodations. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this Inn and will definitely be returning soon.

perfect place for getaway weekend

People running the place were very welcoming. Really helpful and full of good advice. Location was great and view onto the lake delightful. The Music room sparks decorating ideas. Would highly recommend and great value for money.

Cute, snug and freezing cold lol

Great location, awesome shower, very comfy bed, free wifi and Netflix was a nice bonus.

I won't recommend this place in the winter time. It was freezing, and the place just wouldn't warm up since the brick wall wasn't blocking out the cold at all. It was handy for keeping our drinks cold since we'd just keep them on the floor against the wall, and they'd be nice and cold a bit later when we were ready to drink them. Very comfy bed and soft blankets kept us warm, but we had to wear our sweaters and 2 pairs of socks to avoid from freezing when hanging out in the hotel. The pictures showed an included coffee maker, which was for the other rooms but I felt that was a tad bit misleading since I thought it would be in every room. Not too much of a bother since there's a lot of caffes around the location.

Our room faces onto main street and suffers from street noise. Other rooms may be a better choice for noise sensitive guests.

Awesome , restful, inspiring stay .

Loved the unique character of the layout , the decor and general feel if the place .

I had to unplug the bar fridge when I went to bed - I found it made more noise than I liked - and I didn’t need it anyway .
