Excellent location, amazing service, beautiful environment, great value, would go back.

Cleanliness on arrival, beautiful style, location, welcome and complimentary tea on arrival, helpfulness of staff.

Issue with water pressure - which was quickly resolved after informing the staff, the next day the water was not very hot - again fixed quickly after informing the staff.

Muy recomendable. Muy bonito y bien ubicado.

Nos gustó absolutamente todo. Vale la pena ir a Tetuán solamente por alojarte en El Reducto. Nos dieron una habitación mejor de la que habíamos reservado, muy amplia y sobre todo cómoda. El Riad es muy bonito, tiene una terraza que nos encantó, con vistas a toda la ciudad y dónde se puede desayunar. Es donde mejor comimos de toda la ciudad, muy recomendable. Si volvemos, repetiremos.

Un alojamiento de 10

Fueron tan amables que nos ofrecieron una habitación superior sin coste adicional. Era una habitación de las mil y una noche, fantástica, con todo lujo de detalles marroquíes. Todo totalmente limpio y cómodo. Nos sentimos especiales, tanto por el lujo del Riad como por el trato del personal. También cenamos y estuvo muy bien. Fue una estancia de 10.

Superb

This is a very well appointed Riad. Very central in the Medina. Our room (which was the only one left), was the smallest but very well decorated and very comfortable. Only drawback was the noise from the restaurant below.... during busy afternoon service its very noisy (less so in the evening). The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere for dinner in the evening. The starters, of which we had the Manchego and houmous were excellent. Huge portions which could easily do two people for sharing, incredible value. The main courses of lamb couscous and grilled lamb did not match the starters. Breakfast was okay but I would have expected better from a Riad with a restaurant. Overall it was so well appointed and comfortable it still rates highly and perhaps we were just unlucky with the main courses....

Very noisy from the restaurant below, rooms in the annex immediately outside the riad likely more peaceful. WiFi was dreadful which was down to a router problem.

Excellent! I would go back.

The overall experience was amazing. The staff was impeccable in all aspects (front desk, baggage, restaurant, housekeeping). I very much enjoyed my room, the Alejandria suite. Views from the Terrace were spectacular. Breakfast and dinner at El Reducto were excellent. Finally, great value.

the room well decorated and feels like home. clean, good light, gorgeous bathroom, the bed oh my god one of the best to rest, small room but so comfortable

the area kind of noise and not so clean but I guess is part of the experience, little far far from street so yo need to carry your luggage to get there, also not so clear how to get to the property and some how so narrow the ally

We had a nice stay at El Reducto, and would recommend it.

The interior and terrace were very beautiful.

It was quite noisy during the evening until 11.30/12pm, other than that it was nice.

Great location, lovely staff, comfortable room, excellent restaurant

Lovely comfortable room, nicely decorated with huge bathroom. The restaurant had a very nice ambience and the food was excellent. We also enjoyed tapas and coffee on the roof terrace. Perfect location. Friendly, helpful staff.

Superb

Overall it is a great riad to stop in Tetouan - the staff is very helpful and both the rooms and common areas have fantastic design. We liked the breakfast a lot too!

The A/C unit in our room didn’t work for heating (it gets quite chilly in December)

great stay, very nice staffs, good location

Riad is not accessible by car, which we did not know before and made us lose a bit of time trying to get there by car. Communication could be a bit clearer on that point

Beautiful interior decor. Hotel was centrally located right by the medina. Good breakfast and very clean room.

Because the courtyard is used as a restaurant, it was noisy at night. Restaurant close at 11 though.

Beautiful Riad in Tetouan with great roof top restaurant and bar.

We spent a couple of nights at El Reducto recently. The Riad is beautifully appointed and in a position just inside the medina. The Riad has a spectacular roof top terrace with unbelievable views across the medina and to the mountains. The meals were very good and staff lovely although the bar staff run off their feet in the evenings. A great breakfast was included. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our room was over the street .There was actually a window slightly above our room and less than a metre away with a local person constantly at the window meaning we had to keep the curtains closed when we were inside.

Clean and comfortable rooms in a separate building. Air condition and Wifi available. Friendly and helpful staff, big breakfast and great food and drinks. I am a returning customer and they still keep up their good work.

Perfect location and outstanding facilities tucked away inside the Ancienne Médina.

in the heart of the Ancienne Médina and a short distance from the Royal Palace and Kasbah. Super comfortable rooms (no television which was a plus for me!) and great bathroom facilities. Breakfast was almost too much food and the dinner menu has a nice selection. Beer and wine are served here and is a nice respite if you are looking to imbibe.

There was some type of construction above the hotel but if that wasn’t there then nothing to dislike.

The best hotel in Morocco!

The best hotel we've been in Morocco! The room was amazingly beautiful, the service was really good and the food at the restaurant delicious! Very good also the position and the view from the terrace.

The staff were lovely and the general feel of the place couldn’t be beat, we know judge everywhere we stay based on this

This is a beautiful place to stay. our room had a private terrace salon just off of it which was a huge bonus and we enjoyed very much.

very hard to think of anything we didn’t like. lots of stairs up to our room, but when we arrived they carried up our luggage.
