Palais Amani is the perfect location to stay in Fez and experience all that it has to offer. The rooms are lovely, the staff go above and beyond and are so welcoming. The food is delish and the setting for the restaurant is so special. This is an authentic Moroccan experience not to be missed.

We had a wonderful experience at the Palais Amani. The location and staff made our stay expectational. The staff communicated with us prior to arrival and all of our requests were taken care of - car transfer, guided tours, and they even opened up the kitchen early so we could have breakfast prior to departure. Wonderful experience!!!

Not a good choice.

Strange

First room, low ceiling and cramped. New room large but shabby, crumbling plaster in bathroom, shower faucet difficult to regulate. Door lead directly to,public court years. Drapes were heavy but holder to keep them back was broken. Could have easily been sewn back on. Treacherous walk to exterior of Medina. Had a huge crowd of people who made noise late at night then bombastic guest talking incessantly early in the morning. The Riad echoes and magnifies sounds.

We liked everything about this place, the staff is incredibly professional and kind. They can arrange everything for you and makes your holiday a dream! The Palais is beautiful, quiet, very clean, delicious breakfast & food at the restaurant. The Room is very well decorated, clean and the bed very comfortable. It’s in the middle of the Medina but it is so relaxing to enter Palais Amani and chill on the terrasse. We will definitely come back!!

Palais Amani is a haven of piece and tranquility in the heart of the old town of Fez. The access is easy from the parking, rooms are beautiful, the property is a rebirth of what the old town of Fez can provide at its best. Food is amazing and staff very friendly. It is very close to the must do places in the old town.

Well worth a stay at this authentic residence.

The property is a former family house which has been converted to a hotel. The details from the former home have continued and it gives a sense of being in a very personal space. it was quite grand!

The only thing that needed some improvement was the food even though it is known for its cooking course. My vegan meals were not imaginative.

I have no words to describe this hotel. We travel the world but never came across such an impressive accommodation. We got upgraded to a suite, which was literally a room on two floors with two bathrooms and view to the amazingly beautiful inner courtyard. They also give complimentary little sweet treats (very tasty) and water, traditional slippers and bathrobes. The bed was comfortable and the room very quiet. We loved it! The hammam was also amazing, it was a unique experience for us.

The restaurant didn't live to our expectations. We had dinner here one night and the food was terrible, almost inedible. It was also very, very expensive. The breakfast was veey good though. Very strange.

Beautiful riad in the Medina.

The staff was very attentive and went out of their way to make sure everything was to our liking. Even made a request for dinner one night to have a Moroccan dish that wasn't on the menu and they were happy to do it for us. Also, the property is beautiful.

Very good

Excellent staff and guest services. From the time you arrive until the moment you check out, the staff are looking after you and helping arrange whatever you may need for your visit to Fes. I highly recommend Palais Amani and would definitely return.

Exceptional

It has been our second visit and it was excellent as per usual. The Riad is located in the heart of the historical part of Fez (Medina). It deserves the highest level of praise and can be recommended for all kind of visits (families with kids, young couples, solo visits). The breakfast is very generous and varies from day to day. The garden and terrace are amazing. The traditional hammam and massage is a must try indeed! Only positive feedback with no negative side at all! Thank you from the bottom of heart!

Best Riad in Fes - bar none!

The internal decor of the room and the garden in the Riad feels like an outside world experience. Every staff member greeted me with a real genuine smile and made me feel very welcome. The staff are also very helpful and very fluent in English. The dinner was always top quality. By far, my favourite place in Fes!

It was fantastic

Best hotel room ever, huge and beautiful. Service level was very high and the location (if you love the median) perfect. Breakfast was lovely, what a choices.

Very good place, breakfast could be better

Very nice and helpful staff, with a special mention to Abdul, who was extremely helpful and Very patient with all our questions Heating works very well (important at end-Jan)

Breakfast was disappointing. Quantity is not a substitute to quality. Good coffee n capuccinos
