Overpriced for minimal quality. Uncleaned hallway carpet and steps. Guest parking is inadequate.

Prepped cheese and cracker app was nice. Thank you. Our jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. Our bed was also comfortable; we slept well.

Dinner was not good; my husband's steak was overcooked and my teriyaki chicken was tasteless (boiled chicken??). I sent my dinner back. Breakfast - my continental meal was fine. My husband's "over easy" egg was undercooked and watery. He ate half his meal.

Overall, i would say its a nice experience

Location is definitely top tier, food might be a bit pricy but they do taste good, room is clean and nice.

Might be because they were too busy, so server can hardly give us enough attention, but its understandable. Price is a bit over priced consider the quality in my opinion, but location does bring a lot of convenience Other than that, everything is not like super great, but all acceptable.

Location was vey good.

The hotel is debilitated and in need of major renovation as the interior is extremely over used. For example the sink in the bathroom is clogged. The whole decoration is gloomy. Room service were not provided to make up the rooms. The breakfast was over rated. It looked good with no tasting. The bed is as so high, the side tables were 12 inches below. The floor was old and tilted. The kitchen needs a major and deep cleaning.

Was great, will be back!

Everything! Room was awesome, food was fantastic, and all the staff were super nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again next time we go back. Also very close to everything.

Excellent!!

I enjoyed stay at there. Everything was good and really liked the location.

I didn’t know there were no elevator 😞 I wish I booked 1st floor because I had 93 years old mom with my trip.

We loved staying here and will definitely be back

The staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs. The restaurant was always willing to fill our “to go” mugs with coffee before we went exploring. The foos at restaurant was amazing!

I would have loved to learn more about the history of the Inn. Maybe a ghost story or two….

Spent a fortune, did not see the value. Plan to post negative reviews on every media platform I can find.

good location. cute attached restaurant.

It was a three story walk up. Didn’t learn that info until we were given the room card and directed where to go. Interior stairs were uneven and very difficult to navigate. Unit was SO dusty. Mold in the bathtub. Gross black ring around the rim of the toilet. “View of the falls” was from a tiny window in the dining room. Beds were so high I had to climb on a chair to get into bed. One bedroom was next to the HVAC air handler so had rumbling noise night and day. Sidewalks around the building were uneven and crumbling, very difficult to navigate at night with luggage. Hotel staff were patently rude.

Overall, Our Stay was Very Enjoyable and Worthwhile!

The Location was Awesome; Close to the Falls and Activities. The Room was Clean and Comfortable. The Breakfast was a Great Deal.

When Initially Researching; We were Under the Impression that We Would have a View of the Falls; However; that was Not the Case. The Other Matter was Inconsistent WI-FI Connections; We had to Constantly Go Back to the Staff to Reset and Get Assistance.

Superb

Room was excellent and beautifully decorated. Lovely quality of decor, amenities and facilities. Extremely comfortable and a wonderful and unique building. Fantastic location.

Not notified of bar closure times and a couple of staff a bit abrupt / unhelpful.

Great centralized location, but overpriced for the room.

Free parking outside our door and being on the first floor was a plus. Food at restaurant was good and staff were friendly.

Room was very small, and for the price, I would’ve expected a better view than the parking lot. Quite noisy from kids running around upstairs.
