Sucked

No breakfast pool was locked up. Ppl on floor loud all night was on a tues and Wednesday. Bessemer police was there at least 4 times in front.. I paid 197.00 through booking.com was pulled 4 days prior but when I get there they didn't have payment or so said and they informed me if I canceled room I'd be charged 97.00 cancellation fee. So paid again plus deposit.. still trying to get money back wasn't worth almost 200.00 let alone 400.00 I promise you I won't ever stay at a red roof in again

Disgusting and gross, would NOT recommend!!

The location.

The room was disgusting!! dirty sheets, brown instead of white towels. one garbage can- no tissues, no toiletries (soap dispenser on wall for shampoo). No full size mirror. ripped sheets and curtains. blood on bathroom floor. the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at, but I was there for a a funeral. had already paid for the room, so no basically no choice.

Good stay but the room did have evidence of someone else smoking marijuana inside the room.

Great location and a spacious room with (2) King size beds.

There was a marijuana roach and burnt hole in the sheets.

Never again!!!!!

The locks were broken to our room and they refused to fix them but would move me to another room but I would have to pay for another room. No bathe soap, no toilet paper. Two lamps were broken and they had just laid the shades on top of the light bulbs and the floors were extremely nasty. Manager very, very rude! First and last time I will ever stay at a Red Roof Inn.

I traveled for work and the location was very accessible to where I was going and close to restaurants and Walmart.

When I arrived my room smelled like cigarettes.

It was pleasant and relaxing.

it was away from hustle and bustle of a big city. The room was very spatious and elegant. Loved the jetted tub!

there were several rooms with dogs and every time we walked past the door they would bark like crazy

We were able to sleep, take a shower and get on our way to our final destination. The facility is fair with no extras; just a warm place to get a decent night's sleep and move on.

the first stay was great. the second one put a sour taste in my mouth..

we stayed there friday the 24th on our way to Tennessee.. it was really nice and enjoyed..everyone was nice and the room was great...

we decided to stay there on our way back from Tennessee. when we arrived they gave us room 207 when we walked in it smelled like smoke really bad..i went down and they put us in 205 it was nice till we opened the fridge, it was dirty. then we opened the microwave and it had food in it, a slice of pizza.. we went to be around 10 and the ac , whenever it kicked on it was really loud. i finally fell asleep around 1,30 when i woke up it was ok, we laid there and it started making a loud noise again.. i told the guy at the desk and he said he would check into it.. but i doubt it..

If you are on a budget and have back problems, don't stay here.

There was NO breakfast offered but did have two empty coffee containers available for both days spent there.

The hotel was not a five star but charged a five star rate! No breakfast, the beds and pillows were as hard to sleep on as a board. The staff generally were no where to be found.

Uncomfortable mattress and no hairdryer. But the front desk staff was able to find me a hairdryer

Overall it was fine need coffee in rooms and better wi- fi

Rooms where clean location was great

No breakfast and wifi did not work on the upper floors
