Great room

I loved this property and the room was spacious. The bed bath as very soft and comfortable. There also weren’t no noisy attendance around me it was nice and quiet and peaceful.

The accommodations and front desk staff were great, the cleaners are another story.

The girl who checked me in and the one who checked me out, were awesome and helpful. The room was clean and didn't smell of old cigarette smoke. I also love that pets are allowed and free.

At 9:54am, keep in mind that check out is 11am, one of the cleaners tried to make us check out early. He just kept standing in the door and pointing towards my truck, all while saying "Checkout is 11." I was like, "Yes, sir, we know, but it isn't even 10, yet." It was annoying because the room is paid for until 11 and if I wanted to wait until 11 to be checked out, I should be able to without being harassed. We are usually out early, but slept in a bit that day. We were still out by 10:30.

I was not very happy with my stay.

The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

the ceiling were peeling they wall had some type of black spots on them and around the base boards also the door looked like it had soda all over it and the same with the toilet seat also the roll in shower when you took a shower it would flood the bathroom. When we first got in the room the floor lamp was laying on the floor and the phone didn't work. The curtain had cut places in it and you could see day light coming under the door. Was told they did not have any other rooms open. Could not find a ice machine no were around. It did not look like the floors had been cleaned in a while.

I have addressed the issue of ice machine not functioning on a previous visit Well this time facility has responded to that by boarding up the closet that housed it. Now the laundry room is closed. No functioning hair dryer

Very good

That the ice machine has been out of order for over a year. That is hard to believe. Guests must use the ice vendor next door at Sunset Inn. That's somewhat embarrassing.

Poor cleanliness , but good location to the even we were seeing .

I asked for a bottum floor due to my husband being disabled. They did that with handicapped parking. I really appreciate it. It was a reasonable price and we were only there 1 night.

Room not clean, lock on door broken, a piece of floor trim broken right inside door . TV remote did not work. Vanity light did not work or lights when you walked into room. Only two lights worked in room and could not see to brush teeth or put in contacts. I was told cold breakfast on weekend and hot during week. The staff was not welcoming or very friendly. Only three towels and 2 wash clothes for 3 people. There was something slick on the floor , greasy you slid when walked across floor. Shower slick not clean or safe.Room.older and runner down. Shower head did not give a good flow of water.

Mold in shower, noise from refrigerator, given a smoking room, poor cleanliness, overall it was the pits!

It did the job cause we just needed it for sleep.

We were going to Augusta National for the day and it was close to the property.

The room was dirty and the linens had cigarette burns in them.

It was a nice stay.

The room was clean, and the hotel was quiet at night , the bed was comfortable and the Breakfast was good.

Passable

The light in the bathroom was more like a strobe light. The beds were super hard. Strange that people were hanging in the parking lot after 2 am.

Don't stay here!

Only thing nice about it was the people that live at the motel. Filthy bathroom. Blood stain on the wall. I got bug bites on my legs the next morning.

There were dirty socks in the floor. Not extremely clean. Needs to be cleaned better and updated.

The stay sucked….

not one thing !!!! from the time we checked in it was a hassle to get just general house keeping . nasty rooms had to go buy my own cleaning supplies and towels and washclothes just to shower .. staff was confrontational when we completed about the dirtiest of the rooms … ceiling was falling down furniture furniture broken ..staff laughing because you complained and would not give extra linen stating that they did not have any more ready.. trash sitting outside for at least three days.. The continental breakfast was always out and when you asked if they would fix anymore they would say no.. people standing outside selling drugs women prostituting.. people fighting outside all hours of the night yelling and screaming people driving through the parking lot at least 30 miles an hour while you’re walking your dogs and with your children when you say something to them the people wanna get confrontational.
