The staff we dealt with was very helpful in making our stay comfortable.

We didn't try the breakfast service, so I can not comment on that. I can say Rene (the overnight gentleman) was totally amazing! It was really late when we arrived and he went above & beyond in helping my daughter and I to getting settled in our room.

We had no complaints about any of the service. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

I highly recommend the Red Roof Inn to anyone and will stay there again in the future

The staff was amazing! Amy and angelica were so nice helpful and profesional. Was greeted with a big smile both times i stayed there on 8/12 on a trip to El paso and on 8/19 going back home to California. When i arrived the first time on 8/12 i had requested a handicap room for my dad on the 1st floor so my dad would not have to walk too far. Which we did get and was much appreciated! Upon leaving the next day i asked if i could have the same room a week later on our way back home. Amy assured me that she would have it and when we arrived a week later we did. Rooms were very clean as well.

Great staff clean rooms and great value

The staff was great! amy and angelica were nice helpful and profesional and was greeted with a smile! Rooms were clean and the AC was already on when we entered our room. My request for getting a 1st floor handicap room was fullfilled which was much appreciated! Amy assured me on our return stay a week later the same would be available and it was and i thanked her for that. Great value as well. will stay there again in the future.

I just went online to check my credit card and I was charged 2 times for the room. one time on booking.com and then they charged me when I arrived at the hotel. I will be contacting the hotel and you about my refund.

Very bad experience

I like the fact that it was next to a QUICK TRIP gas station and Denny's .

I have a long list of things we didnt like. First you get what you paid for. I called about 3 hours b4 to give them ETA . When we arrived to our room, the ac was off and the room was so HOT and had a very bad moldy ,musty ,urine smell.We told the front office but hey what can they do. It's been done. So we wanted to jump in the pool but it was closed bc the ywere painting the pool walkway. I told them They should have told us this b4 so we can at least cancel and go somewhere else. I called booking.com to complain but I was told the pool was closed due to a leak, but that was not true. I talked with the maintenance guy and it was bc of the paint and not a leak.. so now later we couldn't sleep bc of noisy nextdoor people, we just gave up and got up at 5 AM to get breakfast at QT , as we were eating in the room One of our kids noticed something on my wife's blouse, and it was a bedbug. We didnt finish our food, we just wanted to get the heck out of there. I wish we could have gotten a refund. But never again will stay there or any other Red Rood Inns.

Not worth the stay.

The room was warm when we got in there. The shower wall was cracked. The shower hosing was really grimy and there was what looked like mold on the hosing. The shower head had poor pressure and sprayed every way but the way it was suppose to.

Good basic room

This hotel is in a good location, is partially remodeled and had good beds. The room was large, with a comfortable armchair and a small table.

My biggest problems is it seems to have a great deal of guests who live there and are rather noisy and it would've been better if they served breakfast.

nice room. like the bed. staff at front desk is nice.

the towels need to be replaced with new ones. the are faded and thin. the selection on the tv must change. why do you need to pay to watch a movie. A breakfast would be nice

The staff - especially the Irish maintenance guy - were good

Cleanliness - the room was not serviced the entire time I was there AND putting some grab bars over the bath and around the toilet does NOT make a room suitable for disabled people. No table, only place to sit was the bed - really not impressed. No breakfast, no ability to get a cool drink
