Breakfast was first class. Just what you needed to set you up for a busy day. Coffee / fresh bread / fruit / whatever you like these guys cater for you. We were travelling with kids & they also made sure breakfast suited them.

One of the most remarkable aspects of my stay was the camaraderie fostered among guests. Ahmed's warmth and genuine care created an atmosphere where strangers became friends. It was a joy to connect with fellow travelers, sharing stories and experiences, all thanks to the inviting ambiance Ahmed cultivated.

We travelled as a family and booked two rooms at Riad Albatoul, the riad exceeded our expectations! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful (big thank you to Mohcine). The rooms are very comfortable, well equipped (i.e with a safe), bathrooms are high standards (compared to other riads we have done). The breakfast is generous and delicious. We slept really well, no noise and windows are well insulated (unlike other riads). It’s a small riad and therefore we found it peaceful and quiet. We would happily come back. Location is convenient as it’s within walking distance of everything in the Medina.

The team is great, very helpful and always ready to assist you with any request. We enjoyed the hammam and the nice rooftop terrace.
The riad is noisy, so make sure you have some earplugs if you want to sleep in.

This Riad is perfect in every way. Great location, authentic atmosphere, beautifully renovated and great value. Ahmed could not have been more helpful and welcoming. He advised on our daily itineraries and helped us find our way around. The breakfasts are fantastic. The treatments in the Riad’s Hammam were excellent. We will be back!

Location is very centered and close to all touristic attractions.
The Riad manager - Ahmed- is very welcoming, helpful, and provided us all the required information and guidance. Ahmed is an amazing host and provided personal guide, Ayeshah is an amazing cook too.
The hotel is clean and cozy. And the team working is very helpful and make you feel homey.
Highly recommended.

Had an amazing 4 night stay at Riad Albatoul in the Medina for my husband's birthday. Ahmed is a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble for him from start to finish. The breakfast every morning was delicious either in the courtyard or on the terrace. Ahmed provided us with restaurant and tourist spot recommendations all in walking distance from the Riad. We had a spa day which was very good as well.
Do not hesitate to book your stay here, you will be well looked after!

Everything was incredible - Ahmed and the riad team do an excellent job making any of their guests feel safe, comfortable, and at home! from the airport pickup to the room already being cool and clean upon arrival to the amazing breakfasts to the private hammam to the proximity to the square to the beauty of the whole riad, I would completely recommend this riad for anyone!! First stay in Morocco (for my first ever visit) was 10/10 stars!

Everything was great. The riad is extremely beautiful, sophisticated and provides endless peace. In one word, PERFECT. Ahmed is the soul of the riad and immediately makes you feel like he is your long-time friend. The hammam and massage were a solid 8/10, and the deckchairs on the upper terrace were super comfortable for an afternoon rest and catching some sun before heading out for dinner. I would be happy to come back, as I enjoyed every moment with them.

Ahmed, the good soul of the house and his team read every wish from your eyes. The service is excellent! The riad is cozy, very centrally located, but still quiet and relaxed after the hustle and bustle in the alleys of the medina. Everything is very clean and furnished with attention to detail. We would book there again at any time.

Ahmed was amazing, could not have asked for a better host . He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and advised us on his knowledge of Marrakech where he could. Highly recommend this Riad, all the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Riad Albatoul is a hidden gem tucked down a narrow street in the heart of the medina of Marrakech. Centrally located, just minutes from the main square, restaurants, and many of the sights. Riad Albatoul is a tranquil oasis. The central courtyard with small plunge pool is well appointed, and the perfect place to relax with a mint tea. The rooms are bright, large, clean and comfortable. The Saida room had a lovely sitting area in the room, as well as a place to relax outside of the room, overlooking the courtyard and foliage. The bathroom was bright, and had a lot of storage space for toiletries, as well as two closets for hanging clothing and to store a suitcase. Riad Albatoul is a place where you can feel at home. The manager is such a kind man, who will do anything to make your trip fantastic. The breakfast was plentiful and 100 percent homemade. The variation from day to day, and the option for eggs was a lovely touch. The rooftop provides a place to catch some sun, read a book in the shade, or enjoy a meal. I had a Hammam treatment at the riad in their Hammam and it was the best hammam experience I have had in Marrakech. If you are looking for a quality accommodation at a competitive rate, Riad Albatoul will be your perfect perch in the Marrakech Medina.

Ahmed answered any questions before arriving and was more than helpful for the whole of our stay, recommendations he made were perfect. location was right in the heart of the city and the Riad itself was stunning, a peaceful Jewell in the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh. breakfast was amazing every morning and set us up perfectly for the day. Riad Albatoul was a perfect hideaway in the very heart of the buzzing streets of Medina in Marrakesh. The staff was lovely and helpful, the riad was perfectly clean. The breakfast served in the riad was an amazing start to adventurous days in Morocco. Recommend highly!

We stayed at Riad Albatoul during our stay in Marrakech, and cannot recommend it enough, nestled in the heart of the Old City Marina, the Riad was very beautiful with all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Ahmed, Nourie and their team were absolutely amazing. Ahmed, the Riad manager gave us a comprehensive break down of local life, by ensuring that we remained safe during our stay and helping us to understand the taxi pricing to ensure that no one took advantage. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at and meet the team of Albatoul and will definitely be staying at Albatoul when in Marrakech. Particularly recommend this to female travellers, as we were two women and both Ahmed and Nourie ensured that we were safe and taken care of. Thank you again for everything. If you are looking to stay in Marrakech look no further - perfect location, nestled close to Jemaa El-Fnaa Square and other iconic places to visit within Marrakech, so useful if you want to save money on taxis! This is a beautiful property with much attention to detail. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The most amazing part of this property is the staff, specifically Ahmed. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay in Marrakech. We had a rental car from our time in the desert and he very kindly helped us navigate returning it to the airport (drove with us) and procured a driver for the return to the riad. Upon arriving he sat down with us over tea and discussed the “dos”and “do nots” of Marrakech, we found this extremely helpful. Ahmed is incredibly professional and was essential in making our time in Marrakech wonderful! Thank you Ahmed, we will be returning thanks to your hospitality and the time you invested in showing us how to make the most out of Marrakech!

Perfect little Riad in the heart of Marrakech. Ahmed welcomed us up on arrival and had a few handy tips for us (places to visit, restaurant recommendations, etc.).
Great breakfast with lots of different selections.
Clean, stylish rooms. The bathroom even comes with heated tiles - something you don’t want to miss in the colder winter months.
