The decor of the inn was very homey. We stayed at the suite. The room was very clean and cozy. Plenty of space for us to relax and put things. Homemade chocolate chip cookies were a good welcome touch. Made to order breakfast was great and delicious. Shirley and the staff were very nice and helpful.

The staircase to the second floor suite was a bit high and steep. The bed was little small for two people and could be sturdier. The breakfast could have more selection like the pictures on their website.

Very friendly welcome. Plenty of space to relax with honesty bar offering a good selection of drinks (though we didn’t use it) and tea and coffee available 24/7. Good breakfast with varied options. Friendly staff.

The bedrooms need refurbishment. We could see that they had been painted but not much else, and that paint was peeling off in places. The heating system makes a lot of noise when it starts early morning. It woke us up! The carpets were quite old and stained around the skirting area. There was an oversized fireplace in our room which took up a lot of space and had a raised stone hearth that caused a trip hazard and possible injury. The shower in the ensuite was dangerous. Both my son and I burned ourselves and had to leap out. The water took ages to heat up and then suddenly was boiling. No warning written on the shower and no safety stop on the controls. I would suggest updating as soon as possible and, for now, explaining how to avoid injury. The skirting radiator in the bathroom was rusty.

Hosts were friendly, helpful, gave us lots of information. Breakfast was outstanding - delicious food. Great way to start the day. Room was comfy.

The Inn was so cute and food was amazing. Staff was wonderful.

Owner was warm, welcoming and engaging. Allowed us to check in earlier which was a huge bonus for us and we greatly appreciated it. The place was super clean and inviting
