The bungalow is really comfortable, clean and spacious with a simple kitchen. It is really spacious. Staffs are helpful. They respond to WhatsApp pretty fast. Do take down their phone no. for easy communication.
Family mart is just 10mins walk from the hotel. Neighbourhood feels safe.
The location is really out of the way. I do not know how to ride a bike so I need a taxi to go out which is good for me. The hotel are helpful to arrange a taxi but coming back is challenging. Most taxi drivers refuse to pick me as it is too far and the fees is really high. So I recommend a bike if you stay here. If you can’t ride a bike like me, another location may be better.
There is air con in the bedroom. In the living room, there is a fan. You can on the fan and open the windows so that the air is circulating. It feels ok during my stay as the weather was quite cooling.

petit bungalow avec chambre indépendante donnant la possibilité d'être autonome quelques jours. très bon de literie. navette gratuite vers le port comme vers les nouveaux hôtels éventuels. personnel vraiment très très agréable.
à éviter absolument les bungalows en bord de route impossible de dormir des va-et-vient de scooter et pick-up toute la nuit. la proximité d'une auberge de jeunesse rend le sommeil très compliqué.

My stay at Wanpratheep Resort was absolutely amazing.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There's a real sense of family atmosphere when you're here.
Being close to temples and waterfalls makes the stay truly magical.
One thing to improve is that you need transportation to get around to different places since the resort is more centrally located on the island. Additionally, the traffic can be dangerous, so it's important to stay alert and cautious.

The cottage was new and spotless clean. Staff very friendly and nice. All requests have been dealt with very quickly. The staff collected us and dropped at the ferry pier and organised a motorbike for us. All together it was a very nice place / village and we had a great stay there. Thank you to the lovely staff for making us feel like at our second home 😊

We arrived at 10.30pm and expected the reception to be open until 11.30pm (as stated on booking.com). The reception was closed and the lady on the phone very unhelpfully told us that there was nothing she could do for us. We therefore had to walk through the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night in order to find ourselves a taxi and a new hotel for that night.

1- There's only one A/C unit in the mini Villa/Bungalow
located at the master bedroom, plus it's not reliable enough ddue to the leakage issue.
2- only 1 small 32" Flat screen TV Fixed on the way
far from the sofa.
3- There are no other Flat Screens than
the mentioned later.
4- The Front Desk Employee, This one topic
could fill essays and study's on the matter
of disliking the property.

The property manager Nara was very rude, did not help us with local ferry bookings and made us check out early.

Very helpful staff and super great value.
You will need a scooter, as the bungalows are away from the city and most restaurants. But if you do have a scooter, everything is only a few minutes away.
The wifi can be a little unstable.
We had some problems with ants, but the staff were quick to come by now and then to spray, which helped a lot.

To get there - they even arrange free transfer service for us round trip
To be there - What a surprice, we travel with our dogs and they even prepare the small beds for our dogs, Brilliant!
Beautiful house with everything we need, big comfy bed, sofa, small kitchen and dining area
Staffs are super friendly and helpful, they know exactly what you need without asking for anything in additional.
Breakfast is lovely served in the house.
If you are traveling with the four legs friends, Wanpratheep Village Kohphangan is the one i would reccommend.
We will definately come back.

What we didn't like is that we have to leave. We felt like home even a one night stay.

Very good location just in the middle of everything. Staff was amazing - one of the sweetest people we're met in our life. They provided all the possible services with extra discount prices and helped with everything perfectly. House was great and big as well.
There are plenty insects around the area - mosquitos, cockroaches, mantises etc so for almost perfect experience hope owners will start carry our chemical treatment of area. Also this is pet-welcome villas so many neighbours brought their dogs there, which were barking a lot. But at all it's minor cons and did not interfere us to enjoy staying.

Everything was great. Friendly staff, clean room and grounds, nice pool, comfortable beds, air con, safes, kitchen utensils, breakfast served to the room included in price. 5-10 minutes from Chaloklum Beach or Haad Rin, Makro Lotus etc. Highly recommend.

Location is great in the middle of the island and main roads between north and pier.
Spacious house and access to the pool. AC is quiet for the night. Easy scooter rental. Fan in the living room and AC in the bedroom. Strong wifi. Soft beds.
No one at the reception late. Cooking stuff is very limited and not good quality pan. Thar is weird as the rest is good quality. I recommend hotel to provide stainless pan and few more bowls. To may dogs. Bf is american only.

The place was amazing, super clean and i think all the units were relatively new. Great use of space.
The staff were super helpful. I asked if they could decorate the room as it was my husband birthday and they did free of charge and also left a cake- thank you, very generous.
They also provided extra cooking utensils.
WiFi was fast, and the pool was lovely.
We booked for 1 night and stayed for 2,I'd highly recommend this place.
The only thing that let this beautiful place down was the air conditioning, you only had that in the bedroom and it didn't really get cool.

We got a good deal for our long stay here, although some friends on the island told us that the booking prices are inflated to emphasize the deal. The room is ok and there is everyday cleaning upon request. The pool is nice and confortable. The houses are detached from each other, which is nice for privacy. Breakfast is good.
There is only one A/C in the house (in the bedroom), which is not powerful enough to cool the whole house so if you are looking to use the common areas during the day expect some heat. The A/C was also very noisy, which is annoying at night. Although the hotel has a small eletric stove you will not be provided any cooking equipments apart from a pan. This was not enough to cook anything other than eggs and warm up leftover - do not expect to cook here everyday. The staff was kind but not very responsive to our requests (we got locked out of the room at 10pm and no one came to help us - we had to figure out ourselves for 2h). Also be careful with the bedroom door, it closes from the inside and you might end up stuck outside. Finally, despite checking out only 2h late we were charged half a day. There were no more guests waiting for our room but the manager was not accomodating.

Everything. Super sparkly clean. Excellent staff. Beautifully kept gardens. Really lovely breakfast delivered to room. I wish I could stay all month. Simple and easy bike hire. Nice pool. Loved it.
