Relaxing!

Great Location in Napili, unit was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and accommodating

Location and comfort with friendly staff that makes it excellent for the whole family

The resort was well kept and provided friendly, excellent service. Location was ideal and close to the beach and had nice hotel provided events throughout the week.

Beautiful location & friendly, family environment.

The breakfast enabled us to taste the various foods offered & their bread fruit. Also the resort had a family feel to it - people very friendly. We liked the full kitchen.

We didn’t like our location- next time we will request an ocean view. Also the parking was difficult in backing up & leaving … hardly any space to turn around. Large trucks were parked for a few days. So we had to back up which was hard to do for me.

Relaxing stay at a cozy beachfront property

The location was great, with access to the beach. We saw lots of turtles from the beach and fish too when snorkeling. Pool areas were also very nice. We appreciated the events put on, especially the morning yoga on Monday.

Parking, there’s enough but very small spaces.

Would definitely stay again!

I absolutely loved the property. It was clean and well maintained. The grounds keeping staff are out every day keeping things tidy. Despite the property being in-between multiple other hotels, it was quiet and felt secluded. The hotel is very strict about evening quiet hours, which I appreciate. We slept like babies. We were in the wing at the very back of the property. There is no ocean view at all BUT there is lovely lawn and a small pool that is empty most of the time. We kept joking about swimming in our "private pool." We had a studio suite which the perfect size for the two of us. There is a galley kitchen when you walk in the door, and a bed, sofa, and dining table in the main room with a sliding door that opens on to the lanai. The bed was extremely comfortable and the little sofa was a nice place for me to sit and read while my partner slept in. Our room was extremely clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was quite large and the shower had great pressure. The provided toiletries were great. The staff were wonderful too. Everyone was so friendly! I love that you are able to communicate via text for most basic issues. They respond quickly and with aloha. The other guest amenities like morning yoga, and sunset drinks were so appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends looking for a good place in Napili.

yoga and community programs; decor in the room was nice; cleanliness and comfort; all the lights were dimmable; parking was spacious; location near to the beach was nice; view from the outdoor swimming pool was excellent.

nothing much. their places get rented out super quick so you need to reserve asap (3-6 months before even.)

Excellent; exceptional value.

The location, on Napili Bay, is a 15 minute drive from the quaint town of Lahaina. The overall layout of the rooms is well designed. Although small, every square inch is useful. My family of three didn't feel cramped at all. Steps away from the beach and with two small but very fun pools, the location is hard to beat. The resort full of thoughtful touches that take it from great to excellent. My favorites were the pool toys, BBQs with plenty of clean tools to use, the cold filtered water tap in the fridge, and the multiple silent ceiling fans.

The parking is tight.

Fantastic Gem In Great Location!

Fantastic location! We woke up and went snorkling with our own gear every morning! The pools were also a bonus even being on the beach. Loved to service and the guest happy hour. Fun perks to bring people together. We also used the grills to cook some meals. The Kitchens in each condo were very impressive!

wish there was a restaurant on site but there was several within walking distance so not a big deal.

Tranquil gorgeous place to rest and play.

The location was amazing, a beachfront property. Garden rooms were just remote enough to give more privacy. There are two pools, ocean view one and garden pool. Our room was near the garden pool and was hardly used and we practically had it to ourselves with our little girl who is learning to swim. Beach pool slightly more busy, but still not too busy. Most people seem to venture off the property during the day. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with even salt/pepper/cooking spice/sugar/coffee and all the dish ware and more than you need. There is a full size fridge/freezer as well. They clean every other day which is perfect, and they do such a great job, tip them well, they work really hard and all the staff were friendly. If you are lucky enough to be there on a Friday, go to the breakfast, not only do they feed you an assortment of delicious food, the owner (I presume), Hawaiian blood, shares a little bit about the culture and language. I HIGHLY recommend this resort if you want to be steps from the beach, want a quaint place to rest, with a activities and restaurants in walking distance. The large resorts have nothing on this place, as I rode my bike by one of them, and they look so stressful with all the tourist people, crammed on the grounds, and noise. Also, I don't prefer to have to walk a mile to get out of a large hotel just to get down to the beach, especially with a toddler, when you need to run back to grab something. I hope to return! You all rock at Napili, thank you!!

Everything! The room was incredible! We were on the ground floor with a pool right outside our room, the beach was literally less than a 2 minute walk. The room had everything we needed to cook some meals, etc.

The only complaint I have is there seamed to be a curfew. Everything just shut down and everyone was expected to be in bed by 10pm. I kinda felt like a child.
