Nice, comfortable, well-kept property. Good value for money. Units are spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was wonderful! The staff was very helpful.

Unfortunately it seems like there are some communication issues between booking.com and the property. We asked for a ground floor room but were put on the 3rd floor with no acknowledgment of our request. We asked for cribs, but they were not in the room when we got there and the staff said they didn’t know we needed them. Fortunately the staff was accommodating and brought them later and they were very nice cribs. We also had booked a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite, but two of the rooms and one bathroom were locked when we got into the room, so we had to ask the staff to go open them up. Then there were no towels in the second bathroom. Everything was rectified eventually but it just seems like it could’ve been ready for us on the front end given that booking.com had all the information. Also it’s odd because the apartments have a kitchen area but have no kitchenware at all. The apartment had 2 cups in it and that was it. No dishes, towels, or anything else.

The space in our duplex hotel suite (3bed) was amazing but the lack of furniture let it down . The sunny terrace on the upper floor was huge.

No drawers in any of the rooms for our clothing . No water at all in suite 3 times in a week and toilet upstairs leaked sewage , reported & not sorted . 2 sinks in suite but no appliances like kettle or any cups, cutlery so pointless. Bar was poorly stocked too in foyer.

The rooms have nothing in the kitchen, coffee and tea would be nice to have, in the room. The hotel seems to be missing the feeling of management, kind of feels like it’s run by kids. Also, the main focus is the Italian guest, you feel a bit ignored unless your Italian. no good morning, when passing by, it’s very strange. The late night music is extremely loud, pack ear plugs if you want to sleep before midnight.

The maids ensured the suite was immaculate on a daily basis. The suite was spacious. The pool area was true to the photographs. Private beach with sunbeds by the ocean. Reasonable priced hotel.

The room overlooked the swimming pool which was very noisy in the evenings due to the animation programmes starting after 9 p.m. We were a little disappointed by the front desk staff, we asked the lady working at the reception to order us a taxi and breakfast boxes for our early departure and she didn't manage to do anything, we felt that they might not speak English well. The breakfast service was slow, the eggs were often prepared by the same person who served the other dishes.

Hotel was in a good location, close to the beach. Advert suggests 200m from beach, but I would say it was more like 500+, not a major issue, but you have to cross a road, walk down a side street to get to it. Room I had was massive. I was a solo traveller and I had a suite which meant the living room was massive. Staff were super friendly. There is a really nice restaurant to the left of the hotel that does great vegetarian food (By Valaria) and an english bar that does a sunday road near that. It is a short walk into the main town (5 mins)

Bathroom was in need of a REALLY good clean. Grout in the shower was yellow and the shower door was being held together with tape and sealant. It looked pretty messy. Kitchenette area had nothing in it The bidet was leaking. Breakfast was not the best, bread was extremely dry and tasted stale (seems similar to other places). The fruit selection often had old, damaged fruit. You couldn't self-serve teas & coffees, even things like baked beans and veg, you had to queue.

Staff very friendly and helpful any issues dealt with straight away. Rooms cleaned everyday Food good Good sized apartments. We were only British staying at the resort but staff went out of their way to speak English and include us in activities.

Not a fan of the music being played all day by the pool some quiet time would be nice.

The room light was broke. The wc towel holder was not fixed properly. The breakfast area was not acclimated. There was a lot of flies on the breakfast area and no effort to get rid of them. Shower could be bigger. Breakfast food quality has a lot of room for improvement.

the property was in a great location, super close to the beach - the food always tasted great! The staff were amazing, always made me feel welcomed and created great relationships in my short stay- Anderson one of the bar tenders at the cheers Bar was amazing!

i think some things could’ve been cleaner, I.e having a cover on the sofa so it could be easily washed after each new visitor and mosquito nets as it got hot in the night but didn’t want to leave the doors or windows open due to mosquitos

The hotel is run by Italian. The food was very good and exceptional animation team And every afternoon on the beach we had little party

All was good

- the sunbeds at the beach are just perfect, and only few minutes away from the hotel. - the hotel is just 5 minutes walking distance from the centre, so no taxi was required. - spa centre of the hotel offers nice massages and treatments, although the prices could be better. - the breakfast is fine, it has standard options, but expect to find the same options every day. - it was convenient to have a tour agency at the hotel, and the prices were acceptable.

- WiFi in the bedrooms was not working, only in the living room and the kitchenette. - As the apartment was on the third floor, the water pressure in the shower was sometimes low. - No elevator in the building, so the luggage needs to be brought up to the third floor manually. - The maintenance of the facilities is minimal, but nothing huge to complain about. The bathroom had some traces of the previous guests, but overall the apartment was clean. - The kitchenette had no kitchenware, but we did not need that anyways.

Very nice location. Lovely private beach area. Very friendly staff. Nice apartment rooms. Lovely breakfast with a wide spread.

No AC in the bedroom. Beds strangely soft making them relatively uncomfortable. The chef at the live breakfast counter could do with some people skills.
