El trato de Liliana (Reservas) y el personal de recepcion. Liliana es una gran facilitadora y solucionadora de detalles importantes al reservar.

Los precios. Deberian ser mas competitivos. Por lo demas, son un excelente resort.

Es war ein Traumurlaub!!!!

phantastisches Frühstück ggf. sogar mit Champagner! Innenarchitektonische Gestaltung ausgezeichnet und excellent durchdacht. Die Restaurants waren architektonisch atemberaubend gestaltet und jedes Restaurant in einem ganz eigenen Stil ... sehr passend zu dem Land ,das es repräsentierte. Die Küche war absolut hochklassig! Sehr schöne ,gepflegte Gartenanlage. Ein traumhafter ,riesiger Pool mit einer Insel und einer schönen Bar. Atemberaubende Vielfalt von Restaurants und Bars Direkter Zugang vom Hotel zum wunderschönen Weißen Sandstrand. Das Personal war überaus aufmerksam,herzlich und äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich! Auch die Bedienung und Versorgung am Strand mit leckeren Getränken war vorzüglich

gestört hatten lediglich ein wenig die Algen am Strand.

They canceled the reservation without prior notice or notification, they informed us upon arrival at the hotel, after having incurred all the transfer and planning expenses, they ruined the entire vacation, we did not know what to do or where to go, they were disrespectful and could not prove the cancellation and notice when we asked to be shown, they only claimed that they did not have rooms available either, everything seemed that the rooms had happened, all a nightmare to have chosen Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana.

The best stay in Punta Cana!

I have stayed at the Hyatt Ziva in Cancun, Montego Bay, and now Punta Cana. All are exceptional and you know exactly what kind of value and high end experience you’re going to get. The property was immaculate, beautifully designed, and just truly stunning.

Left feeling relaxed and like a had a GREAT vacation!

I travel quite a bit and the Hyatt Zilara was definitely one of the nicest hotels I've ever visited for MANY reasons. Everything was perfect... the staff, the grounds, food, you name it, it was OUTSTANDING. My entire family was sad to leave. This was the FIRST large resort I stayed in where I wasn't getting up at 6am to "claim" a seat by the pool/ beach every day. Although there were many rooms at the resort (it was sold out the week we were there), it NEVER felt crowded by guests. I also loved the layout... many seating cares to choose from, different pools, etc. Another detail that made a big difference to me was the staff... they would put their hand over their hearts every time they interacted with any of us. They called the gesture "service from the heart" - loved it! I will be telling my friends to visit and will be back!

The only very slight negative was the seaweed on the beach (seasonal), but the hotel worked tirelessly every day to clean it up. The hotels nearby did not work as diligently as the staff at the Zilara... I was glad I was there and not other resorts.

Perfection!

The Resort is beautiful, modern and clean. Staff is exceptional, they are friendly and professional.

No nightclub for adults who love to listen to live music and dance. Also, having chefs to cook international cuisine would be beneficial. Foods that were not native to Dominicans were bland, lacked flavor and texture.

Beautiful and relaxing vacation with my family who joined us!

The resort was beautiful aesthetically, the rooms were well appointed and we LOVED the swim up suite! Hyatt Zilara does not disappoint.

The resort is in the Dominican Republic and while it offered an array of restaurants, there was no Caribbean restaurant with authentic Dominican food! Very disappointing. Shutters was not Caribbean in the least. That needs fixing HYATT! Also, this being a 5 star resort, doesn’t mean that every adult wants peace and quiet at night. There should be a lounge with music and dancing, reflecting the vibrancy of the island and options for those who’d like a bit of nightlife WITHOUT having to leave the resort. If that is updated, I’d return again.

amazing, unforgettable

The restaurants are nice, we love the Indian restaurant, it was insane good, the waiter there was amazing, everyone was so nice to us. The Italian restaurant's pizza was speechless. have to go try it

The only thing is that the concierge book our departure transportation to another date and they had to find a taxi for us two hours before leaving, besides that, everything was good

Exceptional

Great overall experience - starting with a delicious welcome drink up to a flexible check out. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food was good and you have a lot of variety with the 12 restaurants including 2 buffets, the rooms are beautiful designed and very clean plus you have an awesome sea view. It’s definitely a perfect place to relax and to recharge.

Nothing negative about the resort, rather a bit unlucky: Unfortunately the ocean water was not so clear due to seaweed so you couldn’t see anything under water.
