Location, great view, lovely house. All the gardens and grounds at Sebel and Novotel were well Maintained and lovely.

Great location, very quiet and peaceful, could do with a refurbishment

It was lovely and quiet. The location was good, only a short drive to everywhere. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. Great link to Novotel for food and drink.

The unit was tired and needs a refurbishment. Carpet was worn and couldn't open some windows. For the price, I expected more moden accommodation. We were also not aware there were so many stairs and it was 2 levels which I wouldn't have booked given one of our group has bad knees. This should be stipulated in the information.

Very good

Excellent property, and the reception staff were very friendly. The master bedroom was great, and the balcony view(s) were incredible to wake up to. The lake was another highlight, with local family of kangaroos as well!

The wifi was non-existant, which was problematic for having 4 adults each with devices needing to connect. The kitchen utensils were a little cheap, and mismatched. I would prefer a proper duvet cover and sheets, instead of a duvet layered between multiple sheets.

An enjoyable family reunion in lovely surroundings.

We travelled as a group of 18 so the space for everyone to spread out was fabulous. Lovely apartments, with a view of the lagoon, the beach house was fab. It’s a great location, a walk across to the Novotel and handy for the golf club and airport. To go anywhere else though you’ll need a car, cab or Uber, neither of the latter two were that reliable for us.

The weather was lovely, 22 degrees, but it was winter and the pools aren’t heated, such a shame for all but especially the kids - we would have paid extra to be able to swim. Kids did love the arcade room and the older ones enjoyed the on water activities. Breakfast is expensive. Dinner ok.

Very good

Location was excellent (you do need a car). Lagoon view was excellent.

The property is due for a makeover/maintenance is required. It is looking quite tired. The couches were stained.

garage door wasn’t working on arrival & we weren’t notified at check-in so we were able to lock the garage. was only a concern as we had children who liked to play in the front however the open garage gave easy access for others to gain entry

fantastic if you’re looking for a quiet vacation.

perfect if you’re wanting a quiet stay. modern, clean and very comfortable.

this is based on personal preference only, I found it a bit too far from main facilities and cafes/restaurants. always had to walk or drive a fair distance to gain access.

I lovely setting in which we enjoyed our family time.

The beds and couches were comfortable and the bedlinen was a good quality. Pools and beach access was it was easy through attractive bush settings. It’s a great family resort.

The cleanliness could be improved. There were stains on the curtains and dust under the couches and on the blinds. The kitchen needs more utensils to provide for self catering.
