Facilities and staff are great overall! High quality in many details within Hilton management.
No sun beds on the beach. Annoying people on the beach offering very expensive water sport activities (I believe that any 5 stars hotel shouldn’t allow them to enter its territory and disturb clients). 3 days in a row room cleaning was done after my complain only.

網路上很少提供Conrad半食宿的經驗分享，我想做一個完整的介紹。Conrad一共有三間餐廳，Suku、Rin、8 Degrees South，訂購半食宿專案的客人，可以於早餐、晚餐時段自由選擇想吃的餐廳，早餐只有Suku及Rin營業，這兩間早餐都採自助式，食物提供大致一樣，Rin受限於空間食物會少蠻多的。晚餐的話Suku為印尼餐廳、Rin為日本餐廳、8 Degrees South為海鮮餐廳，晚餐這三間都是單點菜不是自助餐，半食宿的住客規則是，可以點一道前菜、一道主菜、一道甜點，另外有茶或咖啡可則一贈送。無論早餐、晚餐Suku都是最佳選擇，Rin晚餐70分，8 Degrees South晚餐可以直接關閉，因為廚師不懂如何料理海鮮。四天的住宿都賴在泳池旁耍廢，有兩個主要的泳池，main pool在Suku前面，另一個泳池在Rin前面，兩個各有風情，也提供很美好的池邊服務，Conrad最美的風景是員工，我沒有遇到任何一個員工臉上是沒有笑容的，親切有禮的問好，貼心的觀察需求服務，這四天的住宿，我十分滿意。
可以安排一些免費活動、手作課程之類的，可以更豐富住宿經驗。

Swimming Pools, View, room size, breakfast, location, bed these were all Fantastic. Very friendly service. The Garden is very well maintained, compliment to the gardeners! Breakfast variation was amazing. Great value for money.
Only the payment System Sometimes is slow at the pool side. Sometimes the same card works and sometimes not also at lobby. Some corners of the room need deep Cleaning but not a deal breaker. In General the resort is very clean. No deal Breakers.

The Conrad Bali is such a lovely place to stay! The staff are very welcoming and the hotel is well equipped for all. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The highlight is the pool which it is possible to spend hours relaxing by.

The property is very well maintained, very clean and housekeeping does come 2 times per day to clean and check if smth is needed. Staff is absolutely amazing, they are so polite and nice. Food in the restaurants is very good - we loved the seafood one - Eight Degrees South. The small things - bringing wet towels and face mist at the pool, monkey toy for my toddler in the room + diapers and etc made our stay amazing.
The beach are was covered in seaweed but guess its just the season as its rainy season till end of February

Nusa Dua is a bit far from everything and not much to do in the area other than water sports.

Breakfast at Suku is good. Be sure to check out the dragon fruit bowl. In addition to that, pastry seems to be their forte.
The bathtub is really nice, with the flowers and sea salt being nice additions.
Excellent staff at the beach bar and restaurants.
Staff seem untrained at times. For our supposed yoga booking, the staff made two mistakes. Firstly, the staff thought we booked sunrise yoga but we didn’t actually book it, so we got woken up at 630am for nothing. Secondly, the staff quoted the price of aqua yoga wrongly, it was supposedly 100k but the staff quoted 275k.
This hotel does not have access to a good beach, but the internal beach and pool makes up for it.

Absolutely everything about my stay at Conrad was perfect. However, an accident I experienced at a day spa outside the hotel was the catalyst that turned me into Conrad Bali’s number one fan!
I was unfortunate to have broken my foot on day two of my four day stay. I was also travelling solo, so had no one to help me.
From the minute they learned of my injury, I was treated like a VIP. Your wonderful staff anticipated my every need.
Nothing was too much for them. From the front of house staff to the restaurants, the pool, transport, and house keeping, every single Conrad representative I encountered went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, safe, comfortable, happy, and *genuinely* cared for.
They made my stay into a joy, where it would normally have been a bad time. Instead of being stuck in my room unable to move, Conrad staff did everything they could to ensure I enjoyed myself. They took me to the pool and set me up in perfect conditions, attending to my every need. They took me to breakfast, assisted me with packing, arranged furniture for me so I could enjoy the East Lobby bar for sunset, and one hundred other things.
They also arranged my transport to and from hospital several times, which was extremely appreciated.
Conrad Bali, I have discovered, is not only the perfect place for the mobile, but for those with prams, the elderly, and mobility issues — there is nowhere in the resort that I couldn’t go!! This is impressive in itself.
My deepest thanks to all at Conrad Bali, and especially to:
Sumantara, Gede, Jaya, Riska (pool), Adi, Dewa, Eka, and several others whose names I am ashamed to say escape me. Sumantara and Gede were especially wonderful.
Restaurants — everyone, but especially Adi at breakfast, Eva, and the other man at 8 degrees south (sorry, I have forgotten his name!).
I sincerely cannot express my gratitude for the kindness, empathy, care, and exceptional customer service that I experienced by the wonderful staff at Conrad Bali.

Food options were extensive and high quality, staff were very friendly and the activities (yoga etc) were excellent. The main pool was enjoyed by the kids and the suite pool was a nice quiet alternative.
The kids club was a big let down, after 1 short visit my kids did not want to go back. Seemed to be more suited to toddlers / infants and anyone 4+ would get bored very quickly. This seemed to be a common trend with other families.

We selected Conrad Bali for our honeymoon, planning a two-week stay. Upon seeing the pictures of the lush greenery and the giant pool, we knew it would be a paradise on Earth, and we were not disappointed. The entire hotel exudes a tranquil oasis on the always bustling island, featuring excellent views and beautifully expansive grounds meticulously maintained with waterfalls, lakes, various tropical trees, and flowers. We were offered a lovely room in the main building close to reception on the third floor, overlooking the main lagoon pool and the sea. The rooms are spacious with luxurious appliances, with daily choice of pillow fragrances to choose from, comfortable bath robes and a choice of AC and a fan to keep the room in nice cool temperature. The pools are warm and clean, with some tropical flowers on the surface from the trees around. The hotel prices compared to outside world are rather expensive, but overall compared to EU, very competitive (ex. whole coconut with a straw to drink juice from for 60 IDR). We opted for the half board package, were besides wonderful extensive breakfast with local and international choices, we could also daily choose between three restaurants (SUKU - Indonesian and International / Eight Degrees South - Seafood / RIN - Japanese) to choose between set menu. In HB option you choose appetiser, main and dessert, and portions are so huge that we struggled to move after our meals. We especially recommend gambas (tiger shrimps) from Eight Degrees South and Mie Goreng and Nasi Goreng Sambal Matah at SUKU. But this hotel wouldn't be the same without its staff that is trained to the level of European hospitality schools. From receptionists, to photographers, coffee makers, housekeeping and barmans - during 14 days of our stay they were always smiling, remembering our names and our preferences (like delicious frozen vanilla / hazelnut latte for breakfast!) and never showing tiredness.
There was nothing we didn't like. We travel the world, mostly staying in 5-star hotels, but this one exceeded anywhere we have been before. Special thanks to Wiranti, Widi, Bonanza, Vigante, Ayu Trisna and lovely beach staff handling towels, especially the young gentleman with the most positive mindset making our relaxation days by the sea so special (unfortunately we do not remember his name). Because of your hard work Conrad Bali is a little heaven on Earth. You made our honeymoon the most special.
