De locatie. Fijn strand.
Voor vrijwel alles was een meerprijs. De slechtste All-inclusive hotel die ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Personeel was ook erg onvriendelijk. Die lieten je gewoon 15 minuten aan de bar wachten waarop ze vervolgens zeiden dat de bar inmiddels gesloten was.

Location was great, walking distance to 5th avenue. The hotel was nice, it didn’t seem like a massive resort because of all the villas and the lay out was nice. The beach was the best part.
Noise travels so easily through the accommodation. People talking 10 feet away from your room sounds like they’re in your room.
The buffet was pretty average and by the last day we were pretty over having breakfast there. The rooms were not particularly clean and the pillows were tiny!

La comida y las bebidas son muy buenas, la ubicación excelente y el hotel muy lindo.
La cama es muy incómoda (colchón) no descansas; otra desventaja que las habitaciones tienen puerta a otra habitación, no hay privacidad total.

Buffet decente.
El hotel no está mal, pero creo qué hay mejores por el precio. Yo tuve un problema con booking ya que me cobraron más al llegar al hotel. Sin embargo esto no fue culpa del hotel sino de booking. Independientemente de este problema, el hotel está algo descuidado y las habitaciones huelen a humedad. Hay labores de construcción en el hotel, por lo que durante el día había mucho ruido de taladros, martillos y demás. El personal no es nada amable y no tienen actitud de servicio. Hay que andarlos persiguiendo para que te atiendan tanto en recepción como en los bares.
En cuanto a calidad de alimentos, es decente pero podría estar mejor.
Las bebidas son malísimas y necesitan calibrar mejor los cocktails.

L’hôtel n est pas très grand et les chambres sont dispersées dans des allées entourées de végétation façon jungle. Le cadre est sympa et la plage jolie.
Le personnel est execrable, dès qu’on peut vous faire payer en plus ils n’hésitent pas en vous menaçant de bloquer votre accès à votre chambre. Alors que nous sommes dans un all inclusive!! Aucun sourire ni service pour le prix payé. La nourriture est mauvaise non variée. Il n y a pas assez de transats pour trouver une place. Pour le même prix dans d autres destinations le service est mille fois meilleur. Vraiment déçue je ne reviendrais pas.

Lugar confortável e sustentavel. Amei os pontos de hidratacao espalhados pela propriedade. Estrutura de praia muito boa.
O cafe da manha (apesar de bom) comeca a ser servido um pouco tarde (8 am), principalmente para quem vai sair nos passeios. No dia que tinhamos passeio cedo, fomos advertidos pelos funcionarios a nao entrar no salao de uma forma pouco cortez.
Também, foi prometido um mimo pelo meu aniversario que nunca recebi.

Ambiente do resort muito agradável, excelente área verde. Os quartos ficam localizados em pequenas "vilas" no meio da vegetação fechada. Bebedouros para refil de garrafas d'água espalhadas por toda área. Café da manhã farto e variado. Praia muito bonita e ampla. Acesso a outras facilidades e áreas comerciais dentro do condomínio Playacar.
As camas eram mais estreitas que o padrão de casal, não dá para 2 adultos dormirem juntos. O quarto é apertado para um casal com filhos. O pacote all-inclusive não nos pareceu valer a pena: os drinks não eram bem preparados no bar da piscina e mesmo as refeições a la carte deixaram a desejar.

El alojamiento es muy bonito, los cuartos son amplios y la locación es excelente. La comida no es muy buena y es un problema si necesitas que alguien te vaya a a buscar y que piden códigos y hay personas en la recepción que no saben ni cómo hacerlos

Los restaurantes de especialidades son francamente mediocres.
El personal de los restaurantes no parece estar bien capacitado ni bien supervisado.
No obstante haber pagado una tarifa premium que ofrecía acceso a bebidas de calidad, no en todos los bares existían dichas bebidas.

The beach and property grounds are the best thing about this place. The staff was most times nice but had their grumpy moments. The room were a good size and comfortable.
The food was not good. We are not fans of All-Inclusive and this solidified our opinion of that. We took a taxi into Playa Del Carmen every night and ate amazing food!

El servicio de barra libre es muy lento, y de pronto si no eres extranjero te tratan diferente, sobre todo el chico de barra en la alberca.

The staff was very friendly. The are between the pools and the reception looks life a jungle, absolutely beautiful!
The buffet is very weak with, at times, very tasteless food. The service as well is incredibly slow and inefficient.
We dont know if its just our room, but there was always a very unpleasant smell coming from the shower drain...

Lovely location and amazing staff!
Needs more shade around the pools and chairs by the pool. Also a weird timeshare offer by the staff to go to another resort if we sat through a presentation. Felt unnecessary and not what we signed up for.

The resort is stunning. From the moment walked in, and were given a glass of champers to the stunning beaches and excellent choice of food. The entertainment was a highlight with a wide variety local entertainment in the evenings. Definitely recommend.
Watch out for the sales pitch to buy a holiday membership that costs 10k USD. No joke, we jad been signed up to the pitch with in 15 minutes of checking in to the hotel. We were swayed by a free massage and discount on tours... the massage was nice but god damn we had to sit through a presentation for "90" minutes.. took half our day up and when we said no they were quite pushy.

Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias y el área de piscina cómoda, la playa también muy limpia y en un corto paseo incluso por la playa estás en la plaza de la Quinta.
Solo fuimos al buffet de comidas y bastante básico y con el aire acondicionado súper fuerte. La variedad de comida para niños era escasa y se echaban en falta unos helados en los postres. También la animación infantil casi inexistente. En el checking no nos explicaron que instalaciones contaba el hotel y luego fuimos por el hotel sin saber nada

Siamo super felici di aver scelto per la nostra luna di miele questo Resort.. Staff straordinario,resort bellissimo. tutti sempre con il sorriso.. Vogliamo fare un ringraziamento in particolare a Michele per la sua simpatia e gentilezza.. Ai barman Alfonso, Edoardo, Charly, Antonio e Noe.. Bravissimi tutti, davvero 🥰 grazie mille, sono state 2 settimane bellissime e speriamo di tornare presto
