Great resort with the best staff!

We were returning after our last visit which was pre Covid. The resort did not disappoint, and we loved the staff and relaxed atmosphere.

Fantastic and we would definitely return.

We could not fault this hotel at all. The buffet breakfast was substantial. The various restaurants offered a variety of food, the service was amazing and everything we wanted to do was at our doorstep.

It was my second visit to the intercontinental. A beautiful hotel with so much potential. Just missing that 5 star quali

Lovely hotel, great location on a beautiful beach. Adults only pool is a huge plus.

Food was fairly average. During our 7 night stay, we had decent meals. Cocktails were terrible. Good and beverage needs a big overhaul.

A very enjoyable stay which we enjoyed very much.

Breakfast was great. The staff at the sanasana are never too busy to smile and be welcoming and friendly. The food fantastic. We went to the toba often for dinner which was enjoyable.

Sanasana - nothing I didn’t like. I did think there was an opportunity to make the egg station bigger due to demand. Toba - it was confusing having the table concierge’s station in the middle, while there was also some sort of work station setup in the main walk through area.

My husband and I probably had the best relaxing vacation of our lives. My hats off to the Fijian experience.

It was absolutely beautiful.You could not hear guests in other rooms. The property was well maintained and lush with good snorkeling in front.The staff offered traditional Fijian hospitality at all times. So kind -and heartfelt.

Overall it’s ok but the pricing of food is too expensive

Resort is great

The prices of the food. No water station at the pool. They say they have one but it’s not chilled and tastes terrible. They intentionally do this to slug with water. What a shame for a 5 star resort. I’m sure the managers won’t drink from there.

Best ever resprt experience

Excellent Location, very friendly and respectful staff, good rooms, nice swimming pool facilities

1) Not many options for Vegan/Vegetarian food 2) Dedicated counter for Vegetarian food (no eggs) would have been better, 3) dedicated chef or kitchen area for strictly Vegetarian cooking would be preferable to avoid cross contamination.

Fantastische lokatie, met nodige renovatie

Het personeel is geweldig en er is voldoende te ondernemen. Het eten is prima en de porties zijn voldoende. Alles is schoon. De lokatie van de beachfront appartementen zijn geweldig!

We hadden de kamer met beachfront en eigen terras. Voor begin december betaal je hiervoor zo'n 400 euro per nacht. Dit moet mijnsinziens in verhouding staan tot de faciliteiten in de kamer en de staat hiervan. Dit was het zeker niet. Onze kamer had oude houten meubels waar veel verweer in zat. Raamrubbers die half in het raam hangen. Houten lamellen die niet meer goed sluiten. Wasbakken met barsten en krasjes. Sanitair wat loshangt en veel kalkaanslag had. Het is vooral een opmerking naar IHG management dat hier volgens ons iets aan gedaan moet worden. In andere reviews hetzelfde gelezen met de opmerking van het resort dat dit gepland staat. Dat was een jaar geleden. Ik vermoed dat het nogsteeds gepland staat.

Lovely hotel in a stunning setting. Very relaxing

Great sized room with balcony area which included a large freestanding bath and day bed. Room was very spacious. The Adults Only pool is amazing.
