Good stay.

The breakfast was nice though limited menu. We were surrounded by greenery which was soothing to the eye. the staff was very nice.

The property seemed a little old. The towels & napkins were not very clean.

Excellet staff, beauitful views , great pools , style and ambience is excellent !!

Very rich in cultural aspect and proper balanese style hotel.

Bathrooms has no doors at all. But manageable. Good for couple only. And not many options for breakfast.

A beautiful and relaxing place to stay in Ubud.

The location (away from the chaos of central Ubud but still easily accessible on foot or by taxi scooter) and the serenity. The views are stunning, and the staff are excellent.

All benefits of staying in the city and resort facilities

Very clean, amazing view from the room and pool. Kind stuff, prefect breakfast and good facilities near the pool, bar and Restaurant with reasonable prices with service at the pool. One of the best places we visited in Ubud.

Only 3 shuttles to the city. Last one at 5 p.m. There could be one late shuttle ant 9 ir 10 p.m. for a late diner at the city. However, Taxi form the City center of Ubud costs 3-4 USD.

Absolutely heaven on earth 😀

The views are exceptional. The overall design ensures privacy. The rooms are beautiful. The property is designed to fit the landscape and is very quiet and peaceful.

Lol the stairs, however it is those stairs that make the design work! I’d definitely climb up and down again.

Beautifully located hotel close to Ubud city centre with a free hotel shuttle three times a day. The appartements are located at the hillside with the view down to the river. Because of its appearance the resort has a relaxing effect, and even it is an older resort, the rooms seem to be quiet newly renovated and the interior decoration is very tasteful.

Views are amazing. Pool is lovely Shuttle service to ubud 3 times a day lovely big spacious rooms and private terrace

Beds a little hard Be mindful that there are many steep steps to and from your room Bit out of the way from ubud, so need to rely on transport to get in and out

Beautiful views and very relaxing stay

Beautiful views! I loved it so much, the vibe of the resort was very serene. The room was spacious enough and I liked the terrace outside where we could sit enjoying the view. The ac worked perfectly and the bathroom was really great, good water pressure from the shower.

I’d visit Ubud just to see this hotel!

this is one of the coolest resorts I’ve ever stayed in. it looks like there are authentic Balinese ruins all over the grounds and the inside of the rooms is luxurious. The massages at the spa are also amazing.

The location and the resort as such. Like from an Indiana Jones movie. And the staff are super friendly!

Amazing stay

Our whole experience at Ulun Ubud was incredible. It is the most amazing place to just relax and wind down. The food was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful, room very neat and comfortable and spa treatments so relaxing.

Overall a great stay and we will be back.

Pool had a beautiful view and was refreshing. Room was spacious and felt calming. Breakfast was tasty and gives many options.

The bugs around but couldn’t be helped much. Needed some lights around walk ways at night, but could be worse.

Ubud views but not Ubud welcoming

The hotel is situated in a really great place! the view and the atmosphere is great. But it is really not a centre. So you need a taxi each time you want to go out.

Only one lady in the restaurant is nice and trying to help. The personnel in total are not much welcoming. Even in restaurant they didn’t bring us some dishes we ordered. And for breakfast it is a common situation. Rooms could be cleaned better. And the problem with ants could be solved. But unfortunately all our claims they met with smile and did nothing.

Beautiful scenery, but needs some improvements.

It is nestled in a beautiful valley setting, overlooking a river and surrounded by nature.

The bathroom had black mould on the ceiling, and the outdoor spa could have been better.

secluded, gorgeous romantic setting with stunning jungle views. loved the history of how and why it was built. Staff were lovely too
