Exceptionnelle expérience bien relaxante

L'adresse est magnifique au pied du Morne Le personnel toujours souriant est très serviable La plage très longue, laisse à chacun un grand espace On peut également admirer un très beau jardin bien entretenu

Großartige Lage, Service naja

- Lage top - man konnte Kanu/Stand up Paddle und co kostenlos ausleihen - Zimmer waren geräumig

- der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist wirklich ungenießbar, aber man kann mit Aufpreis Cappucino bestellen, der war super - teils ist das Personal bemüht, teils aber auch gar nicht. Es war über 2 Tage nicht möglich, einen Tisch in einem der 3 anderen Restaurants zu reservieren, da man das in dem Hauptrestarant tun sollte- nur war da niemand ansprechbar - am Strand der Anlage kommen ab und zu Verkäufer vorbei, muss nicht sein

Pas de « vraie » piscine pour nager. Buffet dîner très « basique » Service très lent en particulier pour la restauration , beaucoup de jeunes soit non formés soit en cours de formation.

A oublier !

Rien ! J'ai quitté l'établissement après une nuit passée sur place alors que mon séjour avait été intégralement payé pour 6 nuits.

Le service est déplorable. Le wifi est d'une qualité médiocre et l'encadrement de direction est totalement inexistant. Cet établissement n'est absolument au niveau d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Traumhotel am Traumstrand

Es war wunderschön, alles perfekt! Bester Strand, schönstes Hotel am Strand, nicht so riesig, wie die Nachbarhotels und sehr charmant und neu ausgestattet. Essen (AI) war sehr umfangreich und ausgezeichnet. Getränke ebenso. Ausreichend Liegen am Strand und es gab sogar einen Button bei der Strandliege, um den Kellner zu rufen!

Le complexe est incroyable, l’emplacement est magique, et paisible, les piscines la cabane de vic et le personnel rend le voyage extraordinaire Tout le reste était parfait, le directeur est adorable, le service est super et la nourriture extraordinaire

Le seul bémol les chambres ne sont pas bien aéré du coup c’est moite et pour un établissement 5* c’est pas terrible,

Hervorragender Urlaub zu zweit

Das Hotel liegt ca. 1,5 Stunden vom Flughafen entfernt. Die Anlage ist ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sind sauber und gut eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben drei Restaurants besucht. In allen Restaurants schmeckte das Essen hervorragend. Wir haben nur Frühstück gebucht und konnten selbst entscheiden, wann und wo wir essen werden. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an den Executive Sous Chef Vishal Boguban. Er hat uns traditionelle Gerichte serviert und ein Stück der einheimischen Kultur näher gebracht. Das Personal an der Hauptbar war auch äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, besonders hilfsfreundlich waren sie beim helfen und aussuchen der Getränke mit zusätzlicher Erklärung.

Perfect location which could benefit from a few final touches

Location and welcome to the property were outstanding along with very friendly wait staff

The bed had an old mattress which made it difficult to sleep (sunken in middle) and staff at check out didn’t seem interested in asking about our stay

This was our second stay at LUX* Le Morne and we were not disappointed; we intended to visit again.

The staff were very friendly and couldn't do more to make our stay enjoyable. The location is paradise and the sunsets are the best on the island.

The WiFi at the beach could have been better- it tended to drop a lot - but then it encouraged me to not play on my phone so that was a good thing, I suppose.

Sehr tolles Resort mit toller Bedienung.

Toller Service. Auf etwas was schief ging super reagiert. Tolles romantisches Dinner am Strand mit danach romantisch dekoriertem Zimmer.

Buchung Essen al Strand wurde eigenständig in Essen im Baumbhaus gewechselt. Auf unseren Hinweis aber super reagiert und uns das essen einen Tag später nochmals angeboten.

Schöner Strand, schöne Anlage, Service Katastrophe

Die Lage des Hotels ist mega. Super schöner Strand und schöne Umgebung. Das East und die Kellnerin dort waren essentechnisch ein lichtblick.

- das Personal ist generell freundlich aber nicht besonders kompetent. Bei Fragen können sie meistens nicht weiterhelfen oder schicken die Anfrage weiter ohne Rückmeldung. Wir haben mehrmals gefragt ob sie für uns ein Restaurant buchen können, wir wurden mehrmals verschickt und uns wurde gesagt sie machen das, als wir dann später nachfragten meinten sie sie wüssen nix. Der Tv war nicht am wlan verbunden, haben zwei mal nachgefragt und nichts ist passiert. Am Anfang wurde uns ein late checkout versprochen, als wir dann bei Abreise nachfragten meinten sie nur es ist nicht möglich - personal setzt ehr auf Quantität (viele leute rennen herum) als auf Qualität (jemand ist behilflich) - beim Anfragen von denen sie genervt sind sprechen sie untereinander auf Französisch und denken nicht daran, dass man sie vielleicht verstehen könnte - beim Frühstück hat immer was am Tisch gefehlt - die App funktioniert nicht, nach 2 tagen ging unser code nicht mehr und bei Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurde auch nichts gelöst - am strand muss man um 7:30 aufstehen damit man eine Liege bekommt. Der korb mit den strandtüchern war immer leer - obwohl wir eine Junior Prestige Suite (zimmer 151) hatten war sie ziemlich dunkel und leider immer sehr feucht (im Gegensatz zu andere Zimmer konnten wir nie drausen auf der Veranda sitzen) da nie die sonne hinscheint. Auch der versprochene Blick auf das meer wurde von gebüsch versperrt. Ich denke dass sie generell Gäste die über andere Anbieter buchen andere Zimmer anbieten. - für uns war es absolut kein 5 sterne hotel. Der Strand rettet sie.

Une journée inoubliable

Nous avons passé 1 nuit pour fêter notre lune de miel. Tout était exceptionnel : L’accueil et la gentillesse de tous les membres du staff, dès les premiers instants et jusqu’à la dernière personne que nous avons vue en quittant l’hôtel. La localisation de l’hôtel, les équipements (la piscine avec vue sur la plage, les bars, …)… Le confort de la chambre La grande qualité de la restauration (dîner à The Kitchen avec un menu spécial pour Diwali) La possibilité de louer gratuitement des kayaks et paddles Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Encore merci pour votre accueil et tous ces moments inoubliables.

Consono alle aspettative, assolutamente consigliato!!

Spiaggia impeccabile, belle le camere, ottima la colazione, discreto e difficile la scelta per le cene e soprattutto il servizio al tavolo; si potrebbe migliorare molto l’atteggiamento distratto dei camerieri. Ci sono due ristoranti (di cui uno a pagamento cioè non compreso nei pacchetti di mezzapensione, ed uno a buffet sempre pieno!! Tutto sommato bella struttura

We loved Our favourite resort in Mauritius - our first choice for when we come back.

The service was excellent throughout the resort and all staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Room service was the best of the three resorts that we stayed at in Mauritius and was pretty faultless. Also, we were celebrating our honeymoon and they laid on some fun events for us. A special thanks to Paul on the beach service, Manisha in the Celebration Corner, Varuna for check out, Hurvind for food & beverage manager. But everyone from house keeping to the spa were excellent. Also, the water was clearer than elsewhere and much greater variety of fish than Blue Bay or others on east coast despite all the guide books say.

The wifi did not stretch across the beach (unlike other resorts) and was slow in the room and throughout the resort. This was noticeably poor compared with other resorts - even up the beach at the adjacent resort we could get faster free wifi. The weather was rainy for all of our 6 days - but even with that we enjoyed the resort so much we still had a nice time.

Nice location, but you won’t feel special amongst the hordes of other honeymooners. Service is very clunky, can’t rememb

Location is amazing, and beach is really pretty. Rooms are very tasteful if a little “battered” - a few broken light switches and malfunctioning fans etc

Staff are polite but badly trained and badly led. I’d think very hard before committing to a honeymoon or dream holiday here - it’s just too hit and miss.

UNE SEMAINE AU PARADIS

Cet hôtel est un paradis sur terre. Le Lagon est magnifique, les chambres sont réparties dans des bâtiments intimistes, la restauration est d'excellente qualité. Un petit clin d'œil à Brigitte, serveuse du restaurant principal, qui après 2 services à nos côtés connaissait notre nom, nos habitudes et nous accueillait avec un sourire sincère. Ces petites attentions font la différence et sont à la hauteur de la qualité de cet hôtel. Nous reviendrons

Le seul petit regret est peut-être le fait de payer l'eau au restaurant en demi-pension. Compte tenu des tarifs de l'hôtel, il eut été appréciable que la première bouteille ne soit pas payante.

Perfekter Urlaubsort!

Wunderschöne großzügige Anlage, toll ausgestattete Zimmer (Outdoor Dusche ist mega!), sehr freundliches Personal, tolles Essen, tolles Ambiente, leckere Cocktails, toller Strand. Alles perfekt und man bekommt sogar noch Geschenke zum mitnehmen

Nicest Hotel at LeMorne but not worth the price

Very nice Hotel with good facilities at a beautiful beach.

The Hotel was a lot larger than we thought based on booking.com pictures but it was well spread out so didn’t feel too crowded. The beach has a lot of dead corrals washed up on the shore so going in further than a few meters requires beach shoes. We tried the Thai restaurant and the quality wasn’t very good. Overall a nice hotel but price / quality was not 100% on point and we stayed at better hotels on the island.

Relaxing and comfortable stay at a lovely hotel

We visited in July for a honeymoon and had a great time at LUX Le Morne. Excellent location with sandy beach just outside your door. Great food, we especially enjoyed the East restaurant. Staff was very friendly and always able to help with any requests. The beach was clean and well organised, with drinks and service available from your deckchair. There was plenty of activities organised every day some of which we enjoyed, like snorkelling and latte art class.

The mobile app that hotel provides for booking restaurants and activities didn’t work for us as it didn’t recognise our booking. All menus were accessible via qr codes that open links on your phone, paper menu would be much easier and faster to use. Not all restaurants were included in all inclusive package, which means paying extra on to of your all inclusive. Each member of the staff seem to be given a single task only, so when you ask for anything they almost never deal with it themselves but rather relay that request to some else, which means longer waiting.

Most incredible holidays!

Incredible location on the most amazing beach. The rooms with sea view are gorgeous. The staff is really amazing. Very kind and skilled. The architecture of the hotel is great, well-designed, well integrated in the surrounding. The size is perfect, not too big so you feel special but big enough to propose experiences. The restaurants are very nice, specially the new Kawai Japanese that just opened. We also tested the spa and had the best massages ever. Our one year old loved it and we tested the kid facilities and babysitting and it was great too. We will be back for sure.

Excellent honeymoon stay - would recommend!

The service was impeccable. We spend the first half of our honeymoon here and the extra amenities for honeymooners were much appreciated. The location is stunning, underneath Le Morne, with an incredible view each morning. The food was varied and excellent.

Great stay would love to return

Immediately felt very welcome and people everywhere to help, thebsue of everything being included in all inclusive was great especially the water sports loved the property and it was so calm and clean. Security made us feel safe enough to leave belongings on our beds and walk away which was nice and everyone was so friendly

App was down to book dinner and nobody said so we spent a long time trying it as we thought we were suing it wrong only to ask a few people and find out it was down and by then the restaurant we wanted was fully booked and we only stayed one night so never got to go

Full of some kind of small mosquitos. The cleaning in the room was not very good. They broke 2 pieces of laundry which were new and they said that they were ripped before. The staff kind of disapointing.

pools heated, very luxurious resort. nice snorkelling, free boat snorkel too! water was warm in the ocean and very calm. very nice beach front.

the rooms are interesting - theres the outdoor shower which has a shower door conncting to indoor shower that has another shower door to the bathroom - ie: it is not sealed to the outside so you can hear birds and workers and people loudly and the bugs come in. lots of small fruit flies here. but no mosquitos

Sensational, we look forward to returning some day!

We loved the rooms facing the lagoon/beachfront. The stay was so comfortable with all needs catered for. The staff were exceptional especially Aaurav on the bar who was so friendly and funny. Hossunen for looking after our bags and every member of staff we came across were kind and personable. The beach was stunning! It was a very intimate beautiful setting with Le Morne rock in the background. Best sunsets!
