Very excellent!!!

Location was super excellent. The view was stunning. It was my Son's birthday, and the beautiful staff had put ballons and chocolates for him, a delightful surprise, and very thoughtful!!! They went above and beyond for him. We loved it!!! Thanks so much, our deep appreciation to the staff!!!

Whilst the room was very good, clean, and looked after, perhaps an update would be a good idea and suitable since there's the new, two towers across the road and more new construction happening.

A fabulous stay with a gorgeous room and view.

Location, amenities and layout of room. Housekeeping do an amazing job tidying up every day.

No indoor spa for when raining.

Excellent Venue to stay 5 stars.....Highly recommend this place.

Excellent location. Staff were fantastic. Service was excellent. We stayed at the penthouse on the 12th floor. Excellent views and facilities at this apartment. Casino and live band playing at night . Pokies for people who love to spend there time in the hotel. Good bars and restaurants within the complex. Walking distance to the beach. Pool and mini golf were fantastic options. We visited Kingscliff and Byron Bay which is not to far if you have a car to drive there.

Very Happy Easter Weekend at the Fab Mantra

Everything was so easy and relaxed right from checkin to checkout. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Plenty of car parks and so close to lifts.

Won’t stay here again

Reasonably close to beach and restaurants etc

Room was very small/cramped. Tiny shower, door didn’t close properly and water went everywhere. Garbage collection at 6.15am was not the ideal start to the day. Guests next door could be clearly heard via the shared entry point. Very disappointing stay, significantly overpriced. Lobby desk was never manned.

Bad

Heating function on our air conditioner did not work. Raised this with front desk and was told it would get fixed before our second night. Never got fixed. Beds had no blankets. Froze our buts off both nights.

Great position for Twin Towers

Rooms are well fitted out and comfortable. Quite a bit of recent refurbishment

Check in (joint with Sebel) is a bit confusing and can be chaotic.

Location and the view from our room. I pity the poor sods whose views are blocked by the building in front of their rooms.

Room 338: Our shower base pooled and flooded out onto the bathroom floor with every shower making the bathroom floor a slip hazard.

Too expensive for what the room and staff offer…… spa was good, heating was perfect.

It was handy to Twin Towns Services Club where we had a concert to go to. Staff in the buffet (this was $30 per person extra) were amazing. They were super friendly and took away plates and such quickly.

Spa was nice but you had to go down to reception first to get a pool towel - I prefer towels to be available near the pool with a basket to put them in when finished with. Checking in took a long time waiting in a line that when other people came they didn’t know if it was one line or two lines or three different lines which meant people could push in if they wanted to!!! I paid almost $350 per night, breakfast was not included and while the room was okay it was not as $350 okay room!!! The spa was great with the heating perfect but the pool was freezing - if I’m at a ‘resort’ paying that money per night I expect it would have a heated pool - this one did not.

How the rooms were right near the concert we attended.

How they take 200 deposit. Tell you that my bank Suncorp will take 30n days to refund and then Suncotp tell me they are holding the money and what to tell them in an email to release it to suncorp

we had a great weekend and will book again

great on site facilities and no need to drive our vehicle to access activities or shopping the apartment was a good size the complex was busy but no issues with noise excellent free parking close to the beach

beach towels would have been good no tools to be able to sweep or mop up water bathrooms kitchen could have had a few more items like larger coffee mugs and glasses
