Ein erholsamer aufenthalt

Eine schönes Resort was zum erholen einlädt. Die Zimmer haben eine schöne größe und sind sehr schön zum entspannen. Die Liegen vor dem Hotel laden dazu ein sich am Strand zum entspannen. Zudem bietet die Rooftopbar einen schönen blick, vorallem für denn Sonnenuntergang

Overall great stay at this hotel for the price, perfect location

The hotel is right in front of the beach!! So many options for breakfast, the pool was open and there was shows every night!! Quieter side of Boracay, staff were really friendly and attentive

The aircon didn’t work on three of our rooms! Asked to get it fixed but wasn’t resolved quickly

maganda ang setup ng pools at lokasyon ng pasilidad

Basta poco per migliorare

La posizione dell'Hotel è in station 3, distante dalle più affollate station 2 e 1 e quindi abbastanza tranquilla. All'inizio ci hanno dato una suite come da richiesta ma era vicino ad un'altra suite in rifacimento e questo, oltre a avere rumori tutto il giorno , dissipava polvere in giro. La nostra richiesta di cambiare stanza è stata subito accolta e il soggiorno ha potuto avere inizio nel migliore dei modi. Purtroppo la posizione della stanza è accanto un cortile dove ci sono animali come galli e galline che iniziavano i loro 'canti' a partire dalle 2 am fino alle 8am. Il personale è molto gentile ma di monolingua inglese, non sempre comprensibile da noi occidentali abituati al british english.

la colazione inadeguata per un occidentale, fare una colazione a base di croissant è impossibile e la parte salata non esiste così come da noi concepita. Prosciutto, formaggio , pane per il toast, uova soda sono inesistenti e la colazione filippina/Coreana mal si adatta ai nostri stomaci. Consiglio per un occidentale: prenotate senza colazione e fatela in qualche ristorante limitrofo che oltre a costare meno è più variegata. Altro problema è l'arredamento della stanza........ Noi avevamo un condizionatore (senza è impossibile stare) che puntava diretto sul letto e questo ci ha creato problemi di salute in quanto il passaggio caldo/freddo era inevitabile, con la conseguenza di mal di gola e raffreddore. Inoltre nella stanza non c'è un armadio dove riporre i vestiti, c'è un misero attaccapanni con qualche gruccia, in bagno non ci sono supporti dove stendere gli asciugamani cosi cme non c'è abbastanza spazio per far asciugare i costumi. Consiglio di migliorare l'arredamento in questi termini inserendo almeno un armadio e qualche poggia asciugamani. Il balcone non ha alcun riparo e quindi è praticamente impossibile stare fuori e la vasca esterna è praticamnete inutilizzabile in quanto molto sporchevole.

Never going to stay there again!!!

Close to the beach... Lower end staffs was very very good , but not because of the hotel or management... It's the staffs personal personality

Other than close to the beach... The top management is a mess, my venues of the hotel is leased out to other (Koreans) and have no idea about service... Place is like an investment facility more than a hotel... like a business development place of the owner... Not even a Hotel... Place is like leasing venues within the place more than caring for customers.,

Simply Amazing 😊

Staying at Boracay Ocean Club has always been a pleasure! This is my favourite hotel in Boracay and my partner and I keep on coming back. This time, with our families and friends and I can say they were not disappointed. about the hotel —the Diamond Suite, overall hotel facilities, the lovely interior, the best rooftop pool/bar and the friendliest staff with their genuine smiles :) Thank you once again for another amazing experience. See you again next year! 😉

There was a construction work going on during our stay. We understand the unavoidable circumstance and this is anyway for the hotel’s improvement :) The manager personally apologized for this and we really appreciate it :)

Superb

The rooms were big and the beach was accessible. The food was good and the staff were friendly. The rooftop pool was overlooking the beach so the view was great. The main pool was clean and big enough for our group.

The walk to get to the main road was difficult especially if bringing luggages.

It was great

The room were we stayed was fantastic, big space and very comfortable room. The bed was amazing and the bath and the shower was fantastic I love it

The service that I don’t like is when our towels were wet, and we would like to go for a swim at the pools while we having dinner at roof top and drinks, but unfortunately the guy who look after the swim towels won’t able to give us one, because he recon we have used the towels for the day and if we want to ask the towels for more than twice a day, we were be charging which pho 50 pesos per towels which is very poor and sad ask for your own guest, very poor and sad. Also I wasn’t happy the view of our room, very ugly roof dirty neighbours background old roof etc I’m sure the hotel knows where it is and for sure all the guest arrive we’re expected a better view than this! I hope they can work it out, other than that it was beautiful hotel, happy to stay there again in the future

Rude staff, the girl in the reseption was not polite or nice. We went to check in and we had to wait 2hours before going in the Room Even tho the Room was ready, they knew We were waiting and didn’t tell us when we could go in the room, so we had to ask several times. The food serving was terrible. We waited for hours when it was not even anyone else there. the food was not good either and the breakfast… even though we came as soon as the breakfast opens it was cold and not tasty at all, they didn’t serve good breakfast at all. The room we had was expensive and still when we wake up it’s a big leek against the bed from the electrical socket and when we informed the staff they said they were going to fix it but the next day it was the same. Also they has construction going on so loud really early, around 7 in the morning and kept on going for manyyy hours. it was just not good and we don’t recommend this to anyone

Our entire stay in the Hotel was horrible. Not recommended!

Aside from it's beachfront. Nothing else.

The location is good. However, most of the staff were unprofessional. They put is in a accessible room but the room beside us was under renovation the noise is very unacceptable. I tried to ask them politely several times still they didn't take care of it.

Perfect

Diamond Suite Room with ocean view was awesome however I had more of a view of the palm trees than the ocean. It was still nice. The hotel spa was the best 2.5 hour spa experience I ever had. The hotel bar and beachfront seating was also great. The staff was so accommodating to let me reserve an outdoor seat to keep my tower of Tequila Sunrise while I went back and forth to the beach and water. Enjoyed breakfast each morning. Staff was super nice and helpful.

The tub in my patio wasn’t as attractive as I thought. I thought it was a jacuzzi with jet pumps but it wasn’t. Just a tub. I didn’t use it.

A bit dated, but still fantastic

Amazing staff who were super polite, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was good and the drinks at the bar were amazing. Well-located hotel near enough to stuff to walk but far enough to afford some tranquility. I would definitely return for a second stay!

Water was a bit murky in the pool due to foam party the previous night. Other than that, no real issues at all.

BAD EXPERIENCE

I like it when it's evening because of lightning

I didn't like how slow they're working. Like, I ordered a room service food, I need to call 4x just to make an order. All my calls are successful and they're always saying, Yes we will process your order blah blah blah. And i waited for 30 mins to make a follow up call and then told me that they are going to tell the restaurant to call my room and then I was like, WTH! I Thought it was processed when my first call was done. Everything and everyone was so slow. Even when you ordered an extra rice, it will take 20 mins for them to give it to you (mind you, I'm eating on their restaurant when i ordered an extra rice)
