Location, cleanliness, space and service .

The breakfast was great. The outside bar was good and the beaches.

The fact that absolutely no accommodation was made for early arrivals. We waited 7 hrs before getting access to our room. It was my husband first visit to the islandn. What was more disrespectful was staff's failurer to keep first time guest aware of what was happening, even when asked a question no follow-up or care was given. The manager was just as cold, callus and politically correct in his delebrate and lack of empathy intervention.

Location, size of room, staff generally very friendly. Different choices of bars / restaurants was a plus

Extra charge for the gym. Would be better to just include in the price.

The staff was hospitable and accomodating. The location was convenient with a nice mini-markt. The location is also within walking distant of restaurants, beach ad supermarkets.

The rooms aren't soundproof to any extent. I heard every step, every noise that happened in the room next to me and above me, I was quite frustrating.

Several restaurants on property. Went to 2 of the pools. Beach and swimming were excellent

Ran out of towels every day

Food was good staff friendly
