Estuvo bien pero hay mucho por mejorarar

Queda cerca a la ciudad y las personas son muy amables

La limpieza del cuarto no fue buena, dejaron un trapo en el cuarto desde que llegamos, cuando hicieron limpieza solo entraron y estiraron las cobijas, se notaban sucias. El buffet tiene pocas opciones. El piso de la piscina muy carrasposo, se me cortaron los pies.

Make the best of what you’re given, if you don’t interact with the people you’ll be bored.

The people we met at this facility was so nice. Everyone is welcoming. The drinks are better on the premium side as far as options but it’s quieter. The activities at the family were fun they had something different every night. The karaoke and bingo were fun and funny. The host really made it worth while. Eric, Rueben and Armani at the bar made the trip even better. Ask Eric for an Mango Tango it’s so good! The rooms were cleaned daily and cold. This was nice because it was very humid as soon as you opened your door. There is a lot free animals. Be sure to not walk through the grass in the dark!

There was fruit flies everywhere at bars. As my friend said “I’m sure we then drunk a few”. Our phone in our room didn’t work the first few days and housekeeping never wanted to give us enough face towels. So I recommend bringing your own towels if you’re with a larger group. The food is MID! There aren’t many options to eat. The Americanized food is disgusting and the only option for lunch on most days. The snack bar is good but you have to go early bc the will run out of everything. Some of the activities didn’t have anyone there so that we could participate in it. This resort would be better if they had better food options and stronger drinks.

Room was dirty food was poor buggs will eat you alive. Beach is extremely dirty and dangerous. Towers are old. Pool areas were dirty you could see chairs inside the pool. You will wait hours for check in long time to check out. They will also try to sell you membership and offer you free lunch so people that have no clue will acept and might be spending lots of money on something they don't really need or have not planned.

not worth the money on every aspect of stay

reception check in/ out / welcome drink

greatly understaffed resort, everywhere eg bars restaurants resulting below standard experience. management has decided to cut costs apparently where staff can not keep up with demand during breakfast, bar service at poolside and partly ala carte restaurants closed or limited choice. 3 persons room supplied with 1 seat at balcony.

We enjoyed it so much, we’re coming back!

Everyone when out of their to make you feel special, best hospitality and customer service I have seen in a very long time.

No beachfront, water reach the wall and the water was dirty, not clear.

There were wonderful restaurant options to choose from. The staff was so friendly. The grounds were well maintained and they took care to ensure that any work being done did not inconvenience guests.

Nice Vacation

The resort grounds are beautiful. The staff was wonderful. Specifically a gentleman named "Sanchez" was absolutely fantastic.

The food/ restaurants option definitely could be better. The food was not good and there were very few options. Also the buildings could use some upgrading. They are a bit outdated and could use a nice overhaul and redecorating.

The facilities

The staff. Called the whole day before to make a flower arrangements at the room. Didn't happened. At the buffett wast allowed to get in due to dress code, this wasnt told in the induction. The bar by the restaurant didnt wanted to give drinks.

Lunch is included upon arrival, and not on the last day, which is non-standard for hotels.

The room's door was broken twice. An employee entered the room without waiting while my wife was changing although we asked him to wait. Music was too loud and not family friend by the pool

The rooms are dated, could use a thorough cleansing and refresh, and had an old musty odor. The beach loungers were visibly filthy.
