Worst 5* experience I've ever had.

The two waitresses going around the pool were absolutely amazing and the waiters in the Indian restaurant were the best we'd experienced by an absolute mile.

How the resort works was not explained at all on arrival. Nearly every morning a new guest would ask us where to get towels. The pool was filthy dirty when it opened in the morning. You also had to wade through puddles of dirty water to get to the bathrooms at the pool. They seemed to forget about our drinks ordered more than half of the time. They'd be polishing tables instead of getting the drinks we ordered. We ended up giving up on ordering drinks and instead going to the bar ourselves. The dress codes and the leaflet in the room does not match that of the corresponding restaurant. The door in the room was made of paper to the extent my partner woke in the middle of the night thinking someone was in our room. Rooms are not well maintained, we asked for the usb sockets in our rooms to be fixed so we could charge our phones and nothing was ever done about it. Not a five star experience by any measure. Truly shocking service. Don't understand how Marriott have included it in the Autograph collection.

Great stay!

The staff was the highlight of the trip (shoutout to Yudy, Rudy, Rosa, Yudelki, Surelvi, Adrian and all the other amazing staff we met). Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. The food at the buffet was pretty good and they had plenty of options to choose from. The hotel seemed a bit far off from the city center and the airport (taxi ride was 50 - 70 dollars). The pool was great and we were able to book an ATV excursion through the hotel. Overall, a solid experience.

1) The food at the buffet was not good at all 2) Losing money on an excursion because they did not cancel during a tropical storm 3) Getting locked out of our room every day because the key bracelet would deactivate daily

Great Resort they just need to have a better food selection for people that don’t eat pork.

Samuel who was our butler made the trip worth it!!. He did everything he could to ensure we had a good time. The drinks were great and the entertainment was unlimited!!!

Showering the water smelled funny, There are no elevators at this property, The food wasn’t to our liking we survived in the day by eating at the munchies shop.

A proper luxury and party experience

We have been to Punta Cana many times. This is the perfect size resort with the right mix of people. We will be back .

I think they should allow the entertainment staff to get tips. They work hard and keep the place excited all day.

Loved it here and would stay again.

Staff was excellent and room was clean and was as pictured. Our butler Emilio went above and beyond. Great vibe and great people.

great for couples and older people but not for younger people

I like that the property is small. live entertainment every night was good

not a vibe . seems like everybody does there own thing and don’t interact in the pool like other resorts. my room every time I took a shower the other side of the shower glass leaked water all over the floor next to the bed

It was ok and could have been better.

Our butler Samuel and some of the entertainment.

We didn’t like the location of the room, poor quality food (too much fried food), and not much to do on Sunday and Monday.

this was for my bestfriends bday a group of 15 eadults when I arrived my room still wasnt ready amongst other ppl whose room werent ready also. I went to eat came back a hour later still was not ready 2 hours passed room is ready on my end there was an issue with adding an extra person to my room the supervisor Tamara kept insisting she could not help we would have to pay full price no options no well we can do this for you or any type of options to make me feel like you trying nothing so we paid full price as if it was another room. Got to the room hot as hell fridge does not work they sent up someone to try and fix it he brung up another fridge which he had to place in the sleeping area they offered to change the room after complaining which they sent us to a room which was the same so we stayed in our original room no apologies just what do you want us to do staff at the front very rude now its time to leave my flight was early but the person staying with me was late and you have to leave the room at 12 they want the bracelets back that they give you but since i leave at 8am ofcourse we think he can stay until 12 we thought wrong they held up my driver to get the bracelets back ma’am Im going on a plane not back to that room horrible service will never come back will never refer book at your own risk

The staff were too slow. If we ordered some thing or needed something from room service it took forever. I had an inconvenience in one of my rooms and it took three days for them to actually do something about it.
