Wonderful and beautiful.

The privacy and security. Strong recommended for families who has kids, it has water park which they can spend full day playing and eating 😀 the food quality and value is much better in Rawai than other area in Phuket ( my view ).

The swimming pool is open No security , family must take care about their kids especially if they are not good in swimming.

Food is so bad and don’t take it with breakfast

Clean and nice staff villa very organized and have everything inside it ( what you need for a vacation)

The breakfast was really very bad no option of food and my kids couldn’t eat anything even the food is very bad if you order from the restaurant

The room is so dark, the facilities are so old, the kid park is so small. The hairdryer in the room had fire came out…. So many mosquitos and flies around..

Great villa, lovely staff - be on your guard of unscrupulous locals though...

People were really nice, Villa was amazing, location was very good. Cleaners were very methodical, and came daily. The Kids club was a great added bonus to keep the kids busy, and the food in the cafe at Kids club was good too.

We had a security issue on one of our final nights, where a man hopped over the back fence (Villa C9) and was clearly looking to steal things - my wife scared him off when she opened the curtains. We reported it to the management, who jumped right on it, and got the police involved - so they did all they could, which was not a criticism of the staff at all....but the experience did make us feel a little uneasy that it happened in the first place, and our kids were pretty scared the following nights. Hopefully, they'll take note of our report, and replace the fence at the rear, leading to the garage roof where the person got in (the security camera was rotated to try and help) The whole complex is covered in security, with a guard on duty 24/7, and gates etc, but the rear area is where security is lacking - so be aware!! Another mention are the bicycles - there's bikes provided to use, but be aware that the brakes are utterly shocking, and nearly led to multiple impacts with things due to their poor operation!!

don’t book this resort

nothing, it’s terrible, pictures are way too fancy but the reality is sad

everything! room service was terrible, staff terrible, villa too old and everything is s falling apart, although we paid for late check-out till 5 pm, the staff we’re trying to kick us out from 3:30 pm, coming into the villa without permission, yelling at us, checking after us like if we were thieves, and very rude

very nice complex, suitable only for little children age 1-6. the kids club is very small. we came for it but it wasn't worth to come just for it. continental very basic breakfast.

Awesome stay!

The villa is spacious. Swimming is clean. Comfortable for 10 pax.

There were a lot of mosquitoes. And for us, there were limited halal food options.

Walking distance to restaurants and mini mart, private villa with ensuite bathrooms, full kitchen, kids park

Many mosquitos in every room, no room service, breakfast is very basic, TV channels not working, no 24-hr reception

perfect for families with small children

For families with small children this is the perfect location. it is quiet and not fast paced. everything is close by. the soft play area was very big, clean with air conditioning, the pools were shallow and the property was well maintained. it was close to a local beach, the massage parlour at the bottom of the road was amazing. they have free bicycles to use while you stay but you can use food apps to have things ordered in. I have 4 kids and they very much enjoyed their time here. the villas have air conditioning and are fully stocked in the kitchen. the private pool in the villas was great for privacy. there are plenty of local restaurants to walk to also. there is no pressure or hotel vibe- which is perfect for mummies and daddies who just need a break but want the kids to still have fun. it felt like home from home.

please make sure to bring mosquito repellant as the villas are not far from the local beach. my family didn’t enjoy the breakfast served and we preferred to eat at home (the villa).

enjoyable stay at the resort. No need to leave it. kids club and cafe are 5 star

Good value for money. We stayed in the 4br pool villa. It was clean, heaps of air con, great beds, nice pool. The resort has an amazing kids club, and kids pool, and the cafe had amazing food - better than the local restaurants, and very reasonably priced.

Location is a draw back (which is why it’s priced cheaper). Rawai does not have a beach, and is less touristy than the other locations, so the selection of nice restaurants and clothes shopping is more limited - Easy enough though to get a 10min taxi ride to a beach though. plenty of boats available in Rawai to take you to islands is very useful. The villa is a 5min walk to the main road, and the resort gives free bikes to ride, so that helps a lot.
