The property was great. Staff was great. Everyone was so friendly and their sole purpose was to make sure you have the best time while you there.

The room needed some repairs and the curtain controls weren’t always working. There isn’t a iPad for ordering you must download an app. Which worked 90%. We paid additional for a butler at the resort.

Staff wasn't as nice, warm and approchable as expected. In addition we also had an issue with the TV on checkin, it took a while for a maintenance to fix it. Customer service wasnt as fast. The room supplies were always short and they werent responding quickly to our needs (the least expected from a 5 star hotel)

The staff Marcus Rowe was great and ensured everyone at the resort had a great time. He was knowledgeable and keep us informed of the events that were taking placed to ensure we had a fun experience at Breathless.

I had two room changes due to issues with the hot tub and closet doors coming off and unclear glass around the bathroom shower things like that or disappointing so I think the maintenance and updating of the rooms is important

There was a very attentive Butler Rory and Raynard. They assisted us with all our needs.

Prepared a spot for us on the beach. Rory prepare the hot tub for bathing. They shared with us knowledgeable information with us about the resort.

Breathless is an amazing place for younger couples and singles to enjoy, be laid back or turnt up. The entertainment staff, lifeguards and bartenders are all excellent. Corey, Jordan, Emely, Chevonne and so many other super amazing employees made our time so enjoyable. They taught us how to play Ludi and made sure we had everything we needed to have the best experience. There are tons of food options and almost everything is good. The environment is totally chill and laid back party vibes. Always something going on in lobby or by the pool, on the roof or at Secrets. The design of the outdoor space is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. The waterfalls and fountains make it a total luxury experience. Views from the rooftop area are INSANE! There are tons of lounge chairs and daybeds around the 3 pools and the lifeguards and entertainment staff are more then helpful with umbrellas as the sun moves throughout the day. Having access to Secrets also makes it fun, since their side is definitely more crowded you can enjoy their food beaches ect and then return to Breathless. They also accommodated us with an earlier check in due to our flight arrival time.

I originally visited Breathless in 2019 and had an AMAZING experience. Not one complaint. Since 2019 things have definitely cosmetically and operationally declined. Bathroom had 0 water pressure, seams around outdoor tub were all cracked and missing and our outdoor tub wasn't clean on arrival. Previously this resort had tablets in every room to order room service, work the lights, automatic curtains and much more. (One of the main reasons I returned was for the technology and modern features throughout the resort.) Upon arriving we were told the tablets were being phased out and we needed to use an 'app'. This 'app' didn't work at all - and neither did the bedside buttons they installed to open the curtains and control the lights. Upon mingling and speaking with other guests they ALL still had tablets in their rooms and we were one of the few missing one. I asked multiple times during our 6 day stay to have the buttons fixed or and tablet in the room and NOTHING was done. They just brushed me off. Wifi was also a lot more unreliable then in 2019. Overall and amazing experience I just was annoyed that I picked this place for the luxury modern technology advertised and didn’t receive it as I did during prior visits.
