Un sitio espectacular!!!

Me parece que el lugar es precioso, cómodo, seguro, las instalaciones son maravillosas y la playa sin igual! Los empleados son geniales, serviciales y respetuosos. Para estar en familia los aptos son perfectos.

Sin carro es más difícil moverse en el lugar, pero con carro todo es a un minuto!

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Shore - Blue Bay Resort.

Breakfast was good, but you had to have a car to reach it. The other restaurant was on the beach.

More restaurants in walking distance of the resort.

fantastic family resort with lots to do for everyone

the location was fantastic. it’s very safe for children and the beach was incredible with music and events most evening.

the garden villa furniture was a bit dated and old.

Beautiful well groomed grounds

1. No AC in the living room, makes it impossible to use, especially in afternoons/evenings - too hot and humid 2. If you open the blinds - you invite tons of mosquitos and there is zero privacy since you can hear your neighbors and they can see your entire living space 3. TV broke on Day 2 while kids were watching cartoons 4. The towel handle in one of the bathrooms was constantly falling, one time it actually hit our child pretty hard 5. Beach - we had a garden view bungalow, not directly on the beach but were told it's a 5-7 min walk. IT IS NOT. it's a 5-7 min drive and would probably take us 30 min to walk there, some/most of it is uphill

This was the worst stay of my life ! (and my greatest disapointment using booking.com)

Getting out and leaving

Damage deposit was 500$ instead of the advertised 250$ on booking.com Only airco in the bedrooms - no airco in the living room (70% of the space) - temp inside over 35 degrees Celcius Booked separate beds - one large provided - fixed only on 2nd day Refrigerator broken (with >31 degrees celcius in appartment) fixed on 3th day ! (after the weekend) Stinking badroom fixed on 5th day 1 key for 4 people - 2 coffy cups for free for 4 people.. The furniture (sofa's..) were very dirty - we used towels to sit on The cleaning was very poor (only every 3th day) You need a car to reach restaurant for breakfast (only 2 restaurants instead of 3 like advertised - only 1 for breakfast) No mosquite fences - the place was infested with mosquitos !! Wooden laminated window shutters which didn't close well : Lizard and many mosquito's in the rooms No detailled bill of all items consumed at checkout - just a final number to pay. Detailled bill requested, not received Prepaid breakfast consisted of only two options: yoghurt or bread and egg (Great if you stay 10 days !) Property service was slow, uninformed and very very poor The advertisement on booking.com is misleading ! It looks great but this is not what you get) - gardenview was streetview - no mosquito nets - no airco in 70% of property - no 3 restaurants The help from booking.com was limited to 'we'll send an email to the property..)

Spacious apt. Location perfect, clean, facilities were perfect. Compound and beach facilities (incl bar/resto's and changing rooms) were also superb.

Based on the pictures on booking.com we expected a larga balcony. Living room gets a bit wet during heavy showers.

A quiet and gorgeous place to have a family vacation in.

The resort was very spacious with lovely houses. Our accommodation was clean and with a lot of open space, luscious green plants surrounding it. The look of the place was modern and it had all the essentials. We took also a breakfast at Azzurro restaurant on the beach and it was great. The breakfast was large and we had could choose between 5 different options, which is nice for rotation purposes.

Our apartment was located next to a relatively busy road in the resort and the cars/trucks did pass relatively often. There was also a lot of construction happening across the road from us, which meant even more heavy-duty vehicles passing by in the early hours of the day as well as throughout the day itself. We had a minor issue with one of the toilets leaking, which got repaired after mentioning it twice. There were also quite some miscommunications between the front desk and the cleaning staff in regards to cleaning our house. A wrong house number had been given on two occasions, meaning we had to spend quite some time getting things arranged.
