The location and the indoor pool made it for us but it is unlikely we will back there

The location was awesome, the beds and bathrooms great. The pool area was exemplary.

At $800 per night for 2 adults and 1 schoolage child, it was expensive when the wallpaper and carpets were stained and dirty. There were dirty trays in the oven from someone else and though touted as a family unit, it was poorly supplied. The dishwasher had been broken previously and they didn't give you a plug for the sink so we ate out including for coffee.

Beautiful views, rooms and staff are lovely. They upgraded our room on arrival which was great. Only thing I didn’t like

Beautiful views and large spacious rooms

Pillows were bad quality, super thin and feathers falling out everywhere. Sauna also wasn’t working the best. Was at about 45° and the tough screen was broken so you couldn’t change it

Perfect place to stay

This property is outstanding the room we had was just gorgeous, exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was the perfect ending to our stay in Queenstown beautiful view of the lake and mountains along with a cosy room with a gas fire and lounge area we were so happy here

Although our breakfast in room was yum it was a little cold and needed a touch of salt n pepper

très bien

la vue sur le lac et les chambres spacieuses avec kitchenette, parfait pour ma famille de 5. La piscine et Hamam aussi étaient appréciés.

dommage que le parking soit payant considérant le prix de l'hébergement. Dans nos autres hébergements le parking était gratuit. Dommage que le pdj ne soit pas inclus. C'est un vrai labyrinthe pour ce rendre à notre chambre.

Bad at the beginning, better later on.

The view of the lake.

The first room we were given did not have air conditioning that worked and it was incredibly hot. We told the staff and they brushed us off initially with incorrect information about how it would work if we slowly lowered the temperature. Finally we complained again and they tried to out us in a room w/o a lake view. Finally we spoke to the manager who gave us an appropriate room.

The staff at the front counter where very pleasant and friendly but restaurant was very poor.

View was amazing, breakfast was average the food was cold

The service in the bar was poor, the staff kept talking to themselves and only acknowledge us once I asked for a drink. I also had to keep going back to the bar to order a drink and there was plenty of staff on, We ordered a meat/ cheese platter which was very average for the price. No crackers for the meat which I then asked for and cheese was very minimal.

Epic lakeside location!

We loved the unexpected upgrade to a lakefront residence. Amazing morning light and gorgeous autumnal views of Lake Wakatipu from our balcony. Thanks so much team.

We loved the location and view from our room/balcony. Room was also super spacious and thank you for the anniversary gifts. We were able to hire a bicycle from next to the hotel and there was also a water taxi option. Staff were super friendly, helpful, receptive and accommodating.

Small hiccup with our room not being serviced the first day, this was quickly remediated. Breakfast prices were steep, and the room service menu seemed to be the same as the restaurant menu. Also a discount for parking would have been handy as this was also costly and a massive expense.

Lovely location and view but for price needs to be cleaner and repairs to be kept up.

The location was lovely and had a lake view. Room comfy with lovely gas fire and bath overlooking the lake

The couch had a stain on it and was starting to show its wear and tear on the furniture. Also the wooden Venetian blind was broken and wldnt pull down all of the way. The Venetian’s were very dusty alike some of the furniture.

Uncomfortable and disappointing and expensive for what it actually is.

Helpful and pleasant staff

Difficult access to rooms for wheelchair, also told the actual accessible room over looks the rubbish area not the lake. The furniture in the room was so low that getting in and out was very difficult, and uncomfortable. The room service menu is very restricted.

Great service and location!

Size of room, location, cleanliness, great finishes of the hotel, facilities.

Spa looked dirty, no spa bubbles, bed was very sunken looks like it has lost all springs and needs to be changed.

Fabulous stay for my 50th birthday 🎈

The location and the views. The staff are very helpful especially Aldrin i think. Special mention to Lara and Arpit for the birthday balloons and bottle and chocolate in the room. Many thanks. You all made my 50th birthday extra special. ❤️🙏

Our stay at the Hilton was the best of 3 different places over 6 days. Thank you Hilton staff.

We loved the service from start to finish. The room was divine with a very comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. Quiet and a pleasant view. Shall be returning that’s for sure.

Kettenhotel ohne Charme und vielen Extrakosten, würden es nicht noch einmal buchen

Große, geräumige Zimmer mit Blick auf den See

Typisches Kettenhotel mit Einheitsbrei in den Zimmern, jeder Balkon sah gleich aus, keinerlei Charme. Wir dachten von den Bildern, dass wir direkt auf den See schauen, allerdings war noch ein Gebäude mit lauter Klimaanlage dazwischen. Weit weg von der Stadt (15 Min mit dem Auto), das Boot kostet 28$ pro Person hin und zurück und der Parkplatz 16,50$ die Nacht und ist ein ganzes Stück entfernt. Im Pool war stark trübes Wasser und auch keine Spa-Atmosphäre

Excellent location; hope to be back

The room was excellent with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Restaurant was great. Water ferry great to travel into Queenstown. The location was quiet with a beautiful walking track along the lake.

The room was on the dark side for us; the bed not that comfortable as hoped.

Ontbijt was perfect! Hotelkamer met uitzicht was super! Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig en zoals beschreven. Kamer was groter dan verwacht! Super locatie. Ik zou hier opnieuw boeken.

A couple of minor annoyances but overall very good.

Location, facilities (Spa was excellent), restaurant, proximity to ferry stop, proximity to airport, views

Standard pillows were way too soft (we had to ask for harder ones); room wasn't made up despite us requesting for it, the little milk satchels were useless if you wanted to use the coffee machine

Great staff and lovely style of the hotel

Breaky was ok but smaller buffet than usual. But the poached eggs were great I suggest moving the pasties away from the toaster as a guest put a pastry in and set fire 🔥 to the toaster

Lovely location, a shame about the continuous hiccups and issues.

Location on the water was lovely.

The kettle in the room was broken and kept going off through the night and clicking on, the hair dryer didn't work, the room had water marks on surfaces that weren't from us and dust, the beds weren't split initially when this was requested, then on the second day the room wasn't cleaned, then on the final night someone entered the room when we weren't there to leave a bill when we were checking out the next day, they could have called or emailed, bizarre to find that and know someone was in there when you weren't expecting it.

Anniversary made special

We had a great experience overall, from the smooth check-in at reception by Tanmay and Aldfrich ( not sure if name is correct), welcoming atmosphere at Spa by Surya and Naho, and excellent service by Salman at restaurant.

Good Value for queenstown accommodation, if you have car, this will be a good option for you. I stayed in queenstown cbd

Nice room and nice view, We can see the lake!

Parking is in a different building, so we need to walk for 3~5 minutes everytime, somewhat inconvenience. Although you can choose to park at the main building but it is something like 49 nzd per day, we opt in with the cheaper option of 18 per day so abit of walking.

Beautiful stay, suitable mostly for couples without children.

Clean rooms with a beautiful view over the lake, delicious breakfast and nice pool

Room service was a bit to late around 6 pm every day, water taxi from the hotel to the centre quite expensive NZD 14 pp.

The spa, pool and sauna facilities were amazing! So peaceful and clean. The room itself was beautiful and the view out to the lake was amazing.
