沙滩和海景十分漂亮，有免费的划船、羽毛球等项目。服务人员态度友好，酒店的硬件设施令人满意。房间内卫生状况令人满意。

酒店距离中心区域和Alona海滩比较远，坐yutu车大约15分钟，周边没有超市、餐厅等生活便利设施。早餐没有橙汁供应。

5 Days/Nights went so fast as we were busy SCUBA diving everyday and the bed/pillow was heavenly to sleep deeply

Staff responsive & friendly to our every request or complain. Private white sandy beach with abundant underwater colourful life spread as far as you can snorkel. Room view of beach & sea from 5th floor. Beautiful gardens and ponds with colourful Koi (carp) fish. Lovely bathrobes!!! Very comfortable King size bed and single. Buffet breakfast was basically adequate, the “churros’ were yummy as they make them in-front of you, so get them whilst their hot!

Wear & Tear of room due to usage and low maintenance is evident in bathroom (bathtub drain hole when opened had the most poignant smell (we had to wash scuba gear in shower), phone system needs changing to new technology (buttons did not work). I truly believe 3 years of COVID was the root cause of all these issues and hopefully with new increase revenue will certainly be used to improve. Night time watching TV at both rooms had every channel of poor quality, we did not used. Curtains could not be moved close enough to both ends against the walls to stop morning light entering and awaking us (sensitive to light), but airplane eye covers did the job. Restaurant menu looks good, however, there is a lot of room for improvement with most meals except; Margarita Pizza, Pasta Bolognaise & Pumpkin soup were nice. Coffee of any type ordered was terrible.

Wonderful welcoming stay, especially with small kids

Super situated at a wonderful fine sandy beach, the pool is infinity overlooking this beach. A lot of amenities and games without extra payment. We got a room with direct access to the pool, used it super often.

Additional person is expensive.

Disappointing

The hotel was very nice and clean.

They do not have a do not disturb sign to put on the door. My husband's new Armani t-shirt was missing and only realized it when I was unpacking here in Manila. Whoever cleaned our room the day we went to Chocolate Hills (day tour)... Food in the restaurant is overpriced.

Everything went well. Beach chairs drinks pool food ..family oriented. Nice hotel. Rooms awesone my family in cebu will visit again. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Litle thing …but only litle thing tub filled slowly. The hotel experience overwelmed this petty inconvinance ..

A combination of hits and misses, the unsatisfactory customer service seems to outweigh the beauty of the resort.

Lovely ambiance of the hotel, nice view, spacious rooms. Lots of kids activities too. Pool is beautiful, suitable for children and adults. There is a live band every night at the resto which is an added attraction. the fish feeding at the lobby is a wonderful activity too.

Reservation department is not that organized. Lots of lapses in the booking, coordination with transport, payment and fees. The front desk staff were not very clear with the additional fees so better to check at the start to avoid being surprised during check out. We booked airport pick up but the rep said we didn’t have any until I showed the email confirmation from the hotel. There is clearly poor coordination within the staff. Beach is not very good for swimming.

Staff - from Receptionist, Housekeeping, Restaurant Staff and Lifeguard Facility - Very clean and they always make sure that the room are clean Food - very delicious especially the shake

Beach - Because it is low tide so we’re unable to swim and enjoy the beach but at least they have pool 😊

Love Bellevue Resorts!

I love the intimate setting of the property it’s not too big that the staff doesn’t even know you. In Bellevue the staff are so friendly and after so many days of stay they get to know your preferences specially at the omelet station! Mary and Lemon at the front desk are very friendly, helpful and so attentive to our needs. Robert at housekeeping made sure our room our is clean and very helpful. The bed is so comfortable and the pillow selections are so awesome! I love the pillows there! Shout to the lady who makes my perfect omelet every morning and to the wait staffs at the breakfast buffet for doing a good job every morning!

Needs some updating on the rooms and need to work on getting phone lines fixed. Not having phone the whole stay was inconvenient.

Great location, super confortable room but bad wifi!

The hotel is well maintained and the room was perfectly clean! The bedding (pillows & sheets) was very comfortable and hight standards with even a pillow menu to choose from! location is great and practical to get picked up by boat for excursions directly at the hotel beach! The staff was very friendly, overall an excellent experience!

The wifi! not only extremely low signal even in the rooms, but way too complicated to sign up with password on login page! this should be changed to wither an open wifi or secured wifi with password to only input once! The Beach front is not great, not really for swimming as it is filled with boat! the hotel should reserve an area for swimming only!
