Wunderschönes Strandhotel zum sich Erholen nacher einer Rundreise durch dem Oman

Ein Super Strandhotel Die Zimmer sind grosszügig und haben bequeme Betten Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

Traumhafter Aufenthalt an schöner Strandlage

- Tolle Lage direkt am Meer mit einem Strandabschnitt speziell für Erwachsene. Auch das Strandrestaurant können wir sehr empfehlen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Aussicht aufs Meer unglaublich schön. - Es werden täglich Aktivitäten angeboten wie z.B. Yoga-Lektionen und Schnorchel-Ausflüge. Trotzdem ist man nicht dazu gezwungen, wenn man anstelle lieber ein Buch lesen möchte oder seine Ruhe haben will. Sehr diskret und trotzdem für jeden etwas dabei. - Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Es hat ein grosses Angebot am Buffet und diverse Eierspeisen und spezielle Säfte können kostenlos von der Karte bestellt werden. - Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das Seafood-Restaurant direkt am Strand. Das Angebot "catch of the day" ist gross und frisch, so dass man sich fast nicht entscheiden kann. - Ein absolutes plus für uns war die Minibar, welche im Preis inbegriffen ist und täglich mit alkoholfreien Getränken und süssen Kleinigkeiten aufgefüllt wird. Kaffeekapseln wurden auch immer regelmässig aufgefüllt. - Ebenfalls geschätzt haben wir die kurze Fahrt vom Hotel für diverse Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Oper, die grosse Moschee und der Souq von Mutrah liegen ideal für einen Halbtages-Ausflug.

Nichts, es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Im Gegenteil, wir haben die erste Nacht nicht gut geschlafen, da durch den Ramadan relativ laute Musik bis spät in die Nacht spielte. Am anderen Tag haben wir nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer gefragt und uns wurde umgehend ein neues Zimmer zugewiesen. Zudem haben wir am Abend auf dem Zimmer noch eine Süsse Überraschung und eine Entschuldigungs-Karte erhalten. Das Personal hat schnell und top reagiert und wir haben danach sehr gut geschlafen!

The customer service is great . Special thank you for the staff who were very nice and helpful:zainab alajmy in the recaption she was extremely kind and explained everything well throughout my visit and showed me around the island.. also the life grades on the beach :sweleh and the rest of the team . They were kind and gave details about the island and activities 🙏🏻

Great vacation in an exceptional resort !

Great sea view from the room, excellent room service. The pool and particuarly the beach was great ! Service at the beach flawless. Choice of prime restaurants at site is very good. Great support rom the hotel team especially our concierge ! Recommended !

It’s amazing hotel! Room, beach service, staff is adorable, breakfast is perfect. The best beach in all my 27 travel countries. Would love to come back again, and again!

The receptionists were very nice and helpful, and the speed of check-in and check-out , The rooms are very nice and the decor is beautiful and modern , The location of the hotel is amazing, the sea is magnificent, and the views are amazing , Really worth going back to and trying it again. The amazing staff who welcomed us and the breakfast was super delicious the private beach is always clean and very quiet and relaxing

Lovely place with nice foods.

Breakfast is normal, the quality of tea and coffee acceptable. Overall no complain but there is room to improve. Rooms and bathrooms are ok, we enjoyed our sea-view room and balcony. Staffs are polite and do their best to help you. The two restaurant in hotel are amazing, we enjoyed dinners there, little pricy but high quality. We enjoyed our stay!

Nothing to complain really, all is good in this hotel. the hotel is quite old but everything nice and tidy. Mattress in our king size bed could be way better, our expectation was higher than what we received.

Exceptional

The room was very clean, cleaned every day, very quiet, great location, the breakfast offered a very nice selection of hot and cold dishes with fresh fruit. The staff went above and beyond, the food, the hotel and the location, everything. Very nice, helpful and hospitable. Whether in the restaurant, in the lobby or by the pool, the staff was simply unique!

Wonderful place

The hotel has many positive aspects. Firstly, the staff is incredibly friendly, from the reception to the room service, pool and beach staff, and restaurant attendants who provide exquisite service. The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, with impeccable service. The views are spectacular. It is the perfect place if you're looking to unwind for a few days, away from the noise, traffic, and stress of big cities. The city of Muscat is relatively close by, as well as opportunities for nature activities like scuba diving or mountain climbing.

Overall, I would like to highlight a communication issue with the hotel regarding the promotions applied. However, I believe this is more of a Booking.com responsibility rather than the hotel's fault. Fortunately, the issue was resolved in our case. On another note, I feel that the quality of the food offered at the pool or beach could be improved. Personally, I was not entirely satisfied with my order, considering the category of the hotel. There were some minor setbacks, but they were promptly resolved.

Regret not visiting Oman and see this country before and stay at this very beautiful hotel.

The staff were overwhelmingly supportive, Said at the pool side did more than his best to make our stay comfortable and Nermeen from Spa was absolutely amazing and professional. Would definitely like to see them and ask for there very supportive services.

Didn’t realize that there was no music at all at the pool side for the Adults only section so we had to move to the other part of the hotel for a more lively place. It felt like walking into a library from the level of silence 😄

Charming hotel but disappointing service for the price.

Scenery & location

Although staff were very pleasant and accommodating, we felt the service was disorganized and disappointing, especially at breakfast. On two occasions (once at dinner & once at breakfast) we were served the wrong order & also experienced food being served to us at different times. We also found we waited long periods of time for any room service requests we made and had to follow up more than once.

the view is incredible, very friendly staff

i booked a package for a special occasion, arrived and the AC was broken. it took a while until it was working again (till night) which practically ruined our occasion. the hot water in the bathroom was yellow in the first few seconds which tells me maintenance isn’t great. on the other hand staff were nice, room service are very neat and friendly, the view is incredible and the afternoon tea is lovely at the sultana restaurant.

Simply Perfect!

Absolutely amazing! This is our third times staying at Al Husn and it only gets better with each time. The location, comfort and service are good as it gets. In that respect I feel obliged to mention every staff member that we came across and who without exception gave their very best to make our stay perfect. BEACH: The staff at the beach in particular Mr. Dawood and Mr. Palani catered to our every need with attention and kidness and we are grateful to them. The staff at the Beach Caffe Mahhara provided us with absolutely perfect service in particular Mr. Naushad, chef King and Mr. Mark. BREAKFAST and Happy Hour: Mr. Jerome was a star and we are grateful for his attention and kindness. SPA: Ms. Jenisa and Ms. Kitty gave us one of the best massages we ever had. ROOM Cleaning: Mr. Mohamad and his team took excellent care of our room. MANAGEMENT: All credits to Mr. Nick, Mr. Pierro and Mr. Mohamad to running this place to such perfection. We will be returning in October.

Magical Muscat!

Very smooth check in, courtesy of Zeinab. She's so lovely! Great room with a fantastic view of the sea. Comfortable bed with a relaxing tub. Super delicious breakfast spread! Loving the complimentary afternoon tea and the pre dinner cocktails. The pool is simply amazing and I really love the private beach. What makes it even more special are the staff. Always smiling, attentive and professional. Love love love!

Beautiful hotel, in lovely location with great service, but expect bill shock for food and drinks!!

No bar in al husn, very strange for a 5star plus hotel. Private al husn Beach a bit crowded (we preferred the much bigger and more spacious beach at the sister al bandar hotel. Complimentary aperitives from 6 till 7; too early; we prefer to stay on beach till 5:30/6, get ready for dinner and go out for an aperitive more like 7:30. As a result we only used it once. Also, food and drink is VERY VERY expensive. We spent £3,200 on our room for 10 nights and almost the same again on food and drink, and we weren't at all extravagant (light lunch salad or sandwich; one pre dinner drink; we ate most nights at the buffet £60 to £70 per head including a drink). If you eat at the a la carte restaurants, for 3 courses plus a glass or 2 of wine you will be spending £120 plus per head .
