My stay was amazing. My family and I will be back.

I liked everything. The guest really made a point of always being helpful, and reminding me I was there to vacation!

If there was Apple Pay it would be perfect. I think it would be a great add on in the Sports bar to have Pizza and Sandwiches to soak up the Alcohol.

The place is beautiful, has friendly staff, fabulous food, and the snorkling is awesome!

This resort has everything, from different foods to fabulous pools, night life, and EXCEPTIONAL STAFF!! We have stayed there 2 times and it feels like family with some of the staff that has been there and remember us. We also love the fact we can go snorkeling right off the beaches at the resort and see, if not better than some, of the excursions we’ve gone on. The sea life in the lagoons and ocean on the private beach, and Sunset Cove was amazing to see!

The carts, I will say this is a problem for me. We had called numerous times for a cart bc we were so far away and my husband has a bad back, and no one came. We stayed at the Grand Palladium in Punta Cana also and those carts would go around regularly and pick people up. You always seen a cart driving that’s the only pet peeve I have with Grand Palladium Jamaica i don’t feel like they have enough people to run the carts and they don’t offer that service like they should.

It’s was nice but I need another vacation after this one cause all I did was walk walk walk

Beautiful and Clean. Bed was comfortable, staff was extra nice

The food was AWFUL except the Jerk Hut, the Seafood restaurant and the steak house. To much walking and the carts to give you a ride barely came. The phone service was horrible, trying to get through to any extension was almost impossible.

The housekeeper was great and made bed daily and restocked fridge. The buffet waitresses were nice and friendly. The guest relations rep was amazing .

The staff in all the restaurants were unfriendly and like we were bothering them. All activities end at 5PM and nothing else to do. They put a note that room was unpaid but didn't ask me for card when I checked in. It was unorganized. Most if the time if it started to rain they made us get out the pool and didn't even reopened it if it was close to closing time.

For the view was great, however the communication needed to be repaired for the guest sake.

the location was beautiful and great in its sights however we did have a few problems with the construction outside our villa and the power going out a few times.

The service would have been much better if the staff had better communication in directing the guest when help is needed.

It had a lot of different restaurants. The rooms were very spacious.

They did not honor the price of my booking. They said it was for one guest instead of two and made me pay extra for my husband but my sister had the exact same price for two. The rooms didn’t smell fresh. They did not advertise the entertainment they were having on the resort.

Wonderful room. Great views. Mediocre food. Smoking should be banned

The room was fantastic: great view and plenty of privacy. The beaches were nice and we loved the sailing. The spa was nice as were the staff.

The food was only so-so, and sometimes the wait for a table was long. We did not like the smokers. We also did not like the music over the loudspeakers that was loud and continued past midnight

Our family went for Christmas… It was very family friendly and my granddaughters enjoyed the beach

The breakfast was delicious a variety of different types of food including fresh fruit and vegetables..The service great!

It was good but could’ve been a little better.

The friendliness of the staff. The food was good.

There was hair in the shower and the wet too where the toilet was located. The tub had stains in it and when I asked the housekeeper to clean it she says d that cleaning it wouldn’t work. my friend was in a separate room and her housekeeper cleaned the tub with vinegar as requested.

For the money being charged they need to fix the food issue! and get a bit more organized!!

It’s clean and the staff is very friendly

Food! The ONLY edible food here are Caribbean and breakfast dishes. It’s only two buffets opened for breakfast and lunch, so it’s always a line to eat. There is no variety at all. They have an up charge for basic things. And all the food needed a bit more seasoning.

Everything can’t complain about nothing everything was too wonderful and beautiful this was my second beautiful hotel I stayed. I went to the Ritz London hotel and this is as great as the Ritz in London. Beautiful resort but beware of Omar.

Beautiful resort and convenient location. Food was very good and good selections.

The managerial staff, Omar, at seafood restaurant was not nice or accommodating. I have never been to a resort that I have to depend solely on an App regarding important information that will affect the comfort of my trip. Check in staff should explain any need to know information. I shouldn't be required to read all information in an App with a fine tooth comb during vacation, if not prompted to do so. If I''m on a tropical island, I'm going to dress tropical. Also, the rules should be imposed on all, not just some. The rules at the Seafood restaurant shouldn't apply only to me due to the color of my skin and others are exempt.
