Fantastic & everything you need

Our first trip to Thailand and Deevana was an oasis away from the bustling streets of Pa Tong. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were amazing, the breakfast was lovely, and all facilities & ease of access was great. The rooms were basic & traditionally styled but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

If you didn’t have fun you weren’t trying

My wife fell off the gutter shopping and had to go to hospital they borrowed a wheelchair so we could get to hospital then gave us a room at ground level so that she could get around as we were leaving the next day couldn’t of helped anymore thank you for a very remeberable holiday will be back

Superb

The staff was really nice and supportive. The facilitates are great, the pool is amazing and the breakfast was really nice.

The room air was a bit stuffy. There was mold growing here and there, but the cleaners took care of it each day.

Okay not great.

The cleanliness and location

Staff was rude. We dint like that each time you order you need to pay which is very inconvenient. Moreover no activity room/indoor game available for adults and kids. For the proce we paid, there were not enough facilities

The Hotel was good and It’s located within a 2-3 minute walk from the Main road. Location wise it’s brilliant. It’s about a 16 minute walk to Bangla road, but there’s a lot to see on that walk from 7/11’s, bike rentals, shopping, plenty of food stalls and zillions of cannabis stores. The staff were very friendly, the hospitality and welcome was amazing. We had a smooth check in.

I wouldn’t say the best I’ve stayed at. The room I stayed in was a bit too small, it’s a garden view. Rooms were clean and they gave us a room service everyday with fresh towels.The space was little lesser maybe Because I opted for 2 single beds, but still the rooms are a bit too small for 2 people. For 1 person it would be perfect. Also it’s a garden view, so there were too many mosquitoes.

A great stay in Phuket!

This was my second stay at this hotel and it didn't dissapoint. The facilities have been maintained , staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast buffet had many options to choose from.

Great cheap affordable accommodation

The staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble. The resort of of the main road making it quiet, but then it can feel like a walk to get to any shops especially in thailand heat. Room was great size. Jacuzzi room was good but didn't actually use the pool very often. Needs to have mozzie coils

Resort was a little walk away from the main road both a blessing and a curse. Rooms are a little old and could do with a coat of paint. Fridge leaked

Exceptional

Our stay was broken into two separate stays, this was due to the first place booked into for two weeks was not everything they had told us it would be, so we moved to the place we new and this was you a place we have once before used and thoroughly enjoyed. The only downside to our stay wit you would be12 days and when I asked at the counter for a taxi to the airport we were told no you need to pay $1000 bht or find our own, but this is a very small set back and we will be back again and it will be with you. Thank you and cheers and beers the Addy’s.

As above, we have already told you in the above about the downside to our stay and this is all We can tell you, so it would be very hard to put into three sentences, once again cheers and beers.

The splash pool outside our room .

The breakfast could be improved , food uncovered, no napkins on tables. Very loud heavy metal music from the main swimming pool when no one was even there.

rooms were good .. you get what you pay for 😊 clean and staff were so friendly

we liked location close to everything but away from everything when needed

the buffet breakfast was cold eggs, bacon etc . cooked then left on bench not much variety for us they catered more for other nationalities and no one seemed to eat there during the day 😢

Swimming pools are great 👍 also staff very polite and friendly was can get cold drinks 😀 Cleaner staff are always happy and helpful with bottle water everyday delivery to our room every day

No smart TV breakfast could have bit more variety each day it got boring for our taste buds over 22 days 😋

Very good overall experience

All services were pretty good, the rooms, breakfast inclusion is a must, reception staff were friendly and tried to assist as much as possible.

I do however, seeing as English is the most commonly used language, feel that staff need more training in English language, instead of receiving blank stares. With regards to the pool times, 8pm is still very early for the pool area to be closed, as with the bar closing time being 7pm in the evening.

Dissapointing

The pools, and Spa at this property was amazing!

The rooms are very very very dirty, Mould on the walls leaking toilet which makes the room smell like a sewer pit. We had a rat that visited our back door of our pool access room daily which was sickening. Cobwebs everywhere in the room, and cleaner just chucked our bed together daily wasn’t made properly since day 1. The buffet breakfast is only good if you like Indian cuisine.

Choice of two pools, quiet location but still close to all that patong has to offer. Excellent selection for breakfast. Friendly staff.

Air con hard to get the correct temperature to sleep in, either too cold or too warm. Bed was hard, but none of this would stop us staying again.

Hard bed, and noisy neighbours (1night) also Balcony chairs were so uncomfortable that we didn't use the balcony, shame because the view was pleasant when enjoying an evening drink

Everything was great about this property. Beautiful location and surroundings, friendly and super helpful staff, good food and everything was like a 10 mins walk.

Lovely pool, great location, great staff.

I had issues with my room in the garden wing, was upgraded and had a much nicer room with balcony. Furniture and stuff seems dated in the rooms but that seems to be a running theme in Thailand.

For the amount we paid - very disappointing

good location good pool - nice temperature big room

For the amount we paid - we were not impressed Breakfast was poor - low quality food and often ran out of breakfast items - eg no mugs for coffee Mosquitos in room - staff said they would leave a machine in our room but didn’t Brown water out of tap - no conditioner to wash hair and very poor water pressure in shower Creature scuttling in the air vent of the room !

A nice stay but not a great one. We understand Patong is getting back on its feet after COVID.

Staff were very friendly and we loved the pool bar team (Tiger and his mate). Housekeeping and front desk also responded to our queries and calls really quickly - unfortunately we had a few to get the room right. The duals pools were great but they need staff working on the garden pool bar as well.

The room had a number of problems including: 1. The sliding door to the bathroom was off the rails and not working 2. The power in the room tripped out twice and our room cards wouldnt make the power work on multiple occasions 3. Our daughters bed wasnt ready when we arrived despite multiple emails before we arrived that asked for it (we paid extra for it) As noted above these and other things were all fixed quickly (except for the power which took a couple of days to work out).
