Bungalow sauber, Wahnsinns Aussicht , Transport innerhalb der Anlage, Super toller Strand,

Für uns war es einfach Luxus pur. So ein Traum von einem Zimmer :)

Einzige was störend war war die doch relativ laute Klimaanlage. Jedoch konnte man ohne bei den Temperaturen nicht schlafen!

The room was ok. Most of the staff was very friendly. Location is quit but beautiful.

We had a few complains, the airco did not work, twice, the coffemachine did not work several times. We had late breakfast, the juice was not cold, the meat was not cooled. Quality of the food was not correct. Reservation at the beach resort restaurant went wrong and the staff told us take that table or leave. The key didnt work sometimes. We asked to speak a manager and we had to fill in a form. Next two days we asked if someone did read our questions/complain but no answer and we dind't speak anyone. For a five star resort, very disapointing. Online you can read there is a washdryer and there are bordgames and a dining table in the room we booked. In our room nothing of that all was available.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön gestaltet mit vielen Pflanzen und Wegen in die Landschaft eingebaut. Man wird mit Golfcarts durch die Anlage gefahren, da es zu den Zimmern teilweise stark bergauf geht. Einfach kurz anrufen und dann wird sofort ein Fahrer geschickt. Das klappte wunderbar und die Fahrer und das Personal an der Rezeption waren immer sehr freundlich. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und groß. Wir waren in der Nebensaison da, deshalb waren immer genügend Liegen frei. Genauso war es am Strand, der meiner Meinung nach der schönste der Insel ist! Beim Frühstück gab es genügend Auswahl, da ist für jeden einfach was dabei.

Wir hatten die Villa mit Whirlpool gebucht und dieser war leider eine reine Enttäuschung. Der Whirlpool war total abgenutzt und wirkte nicht wirklich sauber. Der Wasserdruck war viel zu langsam, sodass es ewig gebraucht hat bis er voll war. Zwei normalgroße Personen passen nicht wirklich gemütlich rein. Die Anleitung, die an der Wand hing, war für neuere Modelle erstellt und passte nicht zu dem anscheinend älteren Modell das in unserem Zimmer vorhanden war. Würden wir nicht nochmal buchen, dann doch lieber eine Villa mit Pool! Generell waren die Möbel in den Zimmern etwas abgewohnt, aber ansonsten sauber. In den Restaurants war das Personal sehr langsam. Es gab nur wenige Kellner, die auf Zack waren. Manche waren auch leider nicht so freundlich wie man es sonst von Thais kennt. Das Essen im Strand Restaurant ist qualitativ sehr gut, aber auch etwas teurer. Preise für Getränke sind auch etwas gehobener aber während der Happy Hour in Ordnung.

Das Panviman Resort Koh Phangan zählt zu den absoluten Favoriten unserer 4 wöchigen Rundreise in Süd Thailand. Hier stimmt wirklich alles, so dass es schwer fällt etwas negatives zu berichten. Die Hotelanlage besticht durch ihre einzigartige Lage am Hang mit Blick auf die umliegenden Buchten. Das uns vergebene Zimmer hat uns sprichwörtlich den Atem genommen! Großzügig mit einer großen Terrasse und dem Ausblick mit einem sensationellen Sonnenaufgang. Auch der offen gestaltete Frühstücksraum mit herrlichem Ausblick lässt einen das Frühstück gerne verlängern!!!

Da wir in der Hauptsaison hier waren, wurden die Liegen am Hoteleigenen Strand manchmal knapp. Abe es gibt genügend Alternativen am großen nicht überlaufenen Strand.

Panviman is a whole complex with 3 restaurants (beach, pool bar, and breakfast/main restaurant) and also offers room service. I really enjoyed chilling by the pool, there was a beautiful view, plenty of chairs and towels. There were also lounge chairs on the beach but I didn't try them. Room was large and the bed was probably the largest I have slept in (bigger than a king I swear!)

I paid to get the Panviman ferry from and to Koh Samui and the return experience was frustrating. It was scheduled for 10am but they provided a note the night before saying I had to check out at 9 and be ready to go at 9:30. At 9:05 they called me telling me I needed to check out. I went at 9:15 and then was planning to grab some toast from the breakfast restaurant. They told me no I needed to wait in the (hot) lobby area and then then the busses actually left at 9:20. In my view they should stick to their timetable and also communicate when you book that the 'ferry' (bus) leaves at 9:30 not 10. Neither direction we're we able to get the ferry directly to the resort, we had to land other side of the island and drive 30 minutes across. I was unwell so ordered room service twice. It was average and recommend if you are feeling well enough you explore the restaurants in town.

נוף וחוף מדהימים. המלון עצמו מבודד יחסית ומרוחק ממרכזי האי אבל זה גם חלק מהיופי שלו. כן יש ממש ליד המלון עיירונת קטנטנה ומקסימה עם מסעדות וחנויות בוטיק. המלון עצמו מאוד מאוד יפה, משולב היטב בג'ונגל ובהר, כל העיצוב של המלון בתוך הטבע מקסים. ארוחת בוקר סבירה הצוות מאוד אדיב ושירותי

הwifi עבד חצי כח צריך לקחת בחשבון את עניין ההתניידות בהסעה להם ממקום למקום כי המלון ממש בנוי על ההר. לכן הוא מורכב לילדים קטנים מאוד.

Las vistas desde la habitación muy bonitas

Las instalaciones en muy mal estado. Las habitaciones con humedades y com las paredes en mal estado, todo muy viejo y antiguo. El wifi con muy mala señal. Calidad precio carísimo, enzima te cobran por todo. Desayuno normal, el servicio super lento
