This was a comfortable luxury vacation.

I had a room with a great view of the sea. The balcony had a bathtub. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was a daily feast.

I wanted to change the hotel but my booking was non refundable

Good view but not from all the rooms

Oh, starting from the staff, not helpful. It’s not easy to get to the rooms, I finally managed to upgrade my room ( payed extra) to a better room located not far from the main building.

sehr gerne wieder für einige Tage

Die Lage ist einmalig, der Blick aus den meisten Zimmern auch. Das Design modern, der Fahrstuhl cool, Frühstücksbuffet am Pool sehr reichhaltig, es gab sogar genügend Liegen mit Handtüchern und fantastischer Aussicht. Dass es auf der anderen Straßenseite noch einen Pool mit Liegen gab, haben wir nicht gewusst und auch nicht vermisst. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, ebenso das Zentrum mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants. Auch dieser Strand ist nicht übervölkert. Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir etwas enttäuscht von der Aussicht, und es wurde uns für den nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer zugesagt. Wir bekamen aber schon 1 Stunde später die Honeymoonsuite! Wir hatten anschließend das Marina Bay Sands in Singapur gebucht, und ich war sehr gespannt, wie man für den 4fachen Preis das vierfache bieten kann, die Antwort ist einfach, es geht überhaupt nicht!

Der Fitnessraum hat einen etwas deprimierenden Ausblick. Nachdem wir es heile in unseren Whirlpool mit Meerblick geschafft hatten (Ein- und Ausstieg sind schwierig), hatten wir im Schaum enorm viel Spaß. Leider wurde dieser dann, so wie der gesamte Balkon, die restlichen Tage nicht mehr gesäubert. Auch die beim Einstieg abgerissene Haltestange wurde nicht erneuert. Deshalb Punktabzug bei Sauberkeit

Generelt godt og super god service. Der forsøgtes af personelt at hjælpe på bedste vis og efter evne. Søde og hjælpsomme

Lækker beliggenhed. Nemt til stranden, ca 1 km på gå ben. Fed udsigt fra værelset. Lækker morgenmads buffet.

Værelset generelt superfint. Men måtte desværre bede om reperation af spa, madrasse manglede til solsengen. Dørparti mod terrasse kunne ikke lukke tæt og gav voldsom hylen ved blæst. Når det er sagt trods alt alligevel et super fedt værelse med fedeste udsigt…!!

Everything was great. We enjoyed it so much our stay.

The honeymoon suite was amazing. The bed was super comfortable and very big. The balcony had an amazing sunset view. Jakuzi outside in the balcony was really nice and made our stay unforgettable. Staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The location was a bit on hill. Walking was a bit tired but still amazing.

Stare un po più attenti alla pulizia. La doccia (doccetta) un po sporca. Valorizzare di più le camere vicino al deposito e ai motorini. Vietare di mettere in terra piatti sporchi fuori dalle camere. Regolamentare con call il ritiro dei piatti.

The resort has many fine venues but it wasn’t the quiet alternative to Phuket city/beach that we wa.

The best part of our stay. Excellent food in a lovely setting.

All rooms are close to the coastal road which is the access road for all resorts further up the hill . Consequently noisy water trucks and delivery vehicles operate 24/7. It is difficult to find a quiet area within the resort.

Gut gelegenes Blickhotel an der Kamara Beach, das für eine längere Verweildauer mehr bieten sollte

Lagebeschreibung korrekt.Größe ausreichend,Zustand gut. Frühstück nicht direkt im Hotel eingenommen.Rock Café,zum Hotel gehörend,vis-a-vis gelegen,mit sehr guter Lage und direktem Meerblick, hat gutes Frühstück angeboten. Strand,links vom Hotel gelegen sehr klein, dafür aber idyllisch.Strand rechts davon größer und breiter, allerdings durch mehr Stadttourismus belastet und wirkte ,auch bedingt durch die dort anlegenden Boote,etwas schmuddelig.

Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten im Hotel knapp (Lediglich 1 .Billiardraum).

Trip of a lifetime and worth the extra cost to stay in such an exceptional hotel.

Stunning location, impeccably kept. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was 1103, it was large and modern and I loved that I could pick what scent I would like in the diffusers and for the complimentary shower gels! The bed was very comfortable and the air con was great!

I actually could not think of one thing to say I didn't like about my stay!

Zum Entspannen und als Ausgangspunkt sehr gut geeignet. Kein Stress und keine Hektik

Sehr grosszügige Anlage mit grosser Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet für alle (Continental, Asiatisch, Amerikanisch). Sehr schöne Poolanlage. Zu Fuss in 10 Minuten am Strand von Kamala Beach. Badetücher können mitgenommen werden. Nicht zu grosse Anlage, eher ruhiges Publikum. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal.

Schon vor dem Frühstück wurden Liegen reserviert. Dies sollte unterbunden werden, da es zu einer negativen Spirale führt. Nicht genutzte Liegen bitte nach 30 Minuten räumen.

Nice and chill

Lobby is really awesome, and the pool area is nice, breakfast also great.

Good facility, but below my expectation

The view is perfect. I liked the spa and the staff in the spa centre. The size of the room was perfect. The jacuzzi made exceptional memories.

Far away from Patong beach.. The room wasn't so clean, you could find some aunts and gecko inside the room. There're no more options in the breakfast, and the staff weren't so helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful and relaxing stay, would come again.

This is one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. Truly stunning views from my room. The room and beds were really comfortable. it was very quiet. Great staff, great pools , i asked for connected rooms and was provided with two balcony connected rooms which was really great ! location was also good not very close to everything yet not too far .

Breakfast wasn’t the best honestly , could use a little variety . spa closes early, it would have been great if they had stayed a little late .

Better to stay somewhere else not worth the money

The jacuzzi was the only thing that was nice at the hotel, the reception staff were nice. The view of the sea.

The hotel is dated, paint needed in most places, aircon was leaking, bathroom smells of drainage. As soon as went go the room there was tiny ants everywhere, and were there for the duration of the stay. toilet lighting very dim, toilet paper was poor, wouldn’t even call it paper. shower temperamental. TV starts automatically when card popped in for lights, bit annoying! breakfast could definitely do with improving. hotel restaurant prices extortion. the hotel is located on a hill, so prepare for exhaustion walking up and down when going to the local high street. I don’t usually complain but for the money we paid, we got ripped off!

Amazing stay!

The hotel was fabulous, everything about it was amazing. We got a complimentary upgrade to a honeymoon suite which had an outdoor hot tub. The views were amazing and the breakfast was exceptional.
