Beautiful resort with convenient price. Very clean and big room with comfortable beds, many swimmingpools,
total silence at any time, good for rest and relax
Nice breakfast (a bit crowded)
For my habits, too big structure (need anytime call the shuttle to reach the swimmingpools, reception or go to the center of Boracai

Staff are friendly and courteous.
No private transport for transfer and limited trips to and from outside the property.

Loved the hospitality of staff, breakfast was amazing, beach is fabulous
I wish all the restaurants were open, the children playground was also under maintenance, except for foam party, no other activities or events

I liked the food, bars, amenities & especially the staff!
The only fault is the wait time for shuttles but that’s understandable !

Very good amenities and friendly staffs
Far from the main island

We love to room and hotel so much, everything loos so good and staff has been very friendly and helpful when need it.
To small space around the pool. Breakfast selection could be better, more selection of fruit would be nice.

1. It’s peaceful because of the location.
2. There’s free shuttle going around the vicinity.
3. They have a free foam party every Thursday and Saturday.
4. They have many pools.
5. They have free shuttle service to and from the main island at 9am, 3pm, and 9pm.
6. Their staff was very accommodating because they allowed us to:
- Check-in early at 11am
- Move to another room closer to our relatives (but I had to forego of the early check-in because there were no available rooms in the building yet)
1. Although they have shuttles, sometimes it takes several minutes to wait so there’s time being wasted.
2. The place is sooooo big and yet don’t provide maps. There are no directions in place, unlike Henann Bohol. Sometimes you waste your time getting lost.
3. The private beach had a lot of seaweeds during the stay. There are sea urchins and jellyfish! My brother, aunt, and friend got stung. I didn’t dare swim in the beach because of that.
4. Their breakfast buffet is nothing special, though. Tastes normal.

The free bus is always present
The politique and the rules of the hotel is very bad. They accised me of something i didnt do.They find a hand stains in the pillow and they make me paid 400 pesos.I show my hair without tinted and my hand is clean because i just arrived that day and i took a shower.then i didnt eat to the room.I didnt control the beddings and pillow when i arrived and the cleaner found a hand stains in the pillow.they dont trust what i am saying and they make me pay for it.I am depressed to know that they dont trust what i am saying.I csme from switzerland and i am travelling a lot but i didnt see a hotel like that. They are very perfectionist.I control their pillows and beddings the other day and i found lots of stains so i give it back to them to changei am so dissapointed.I am a very nice woman but they accused me.I am also a filipina and suisse woman and i travel a lot.I just want to give you my advice ro control all your beddings and pillows if there is stains before you used because they will make you pay and take it in your 3000 pesos garanti when you arrived. And be aware of the towels and beddings. The workers there is suffering also

A nice variety of swimming pools to choose from, private beach, good food, great surroundings. The foam party was spectacular!
It became tiring having to constantly wait for shuttle buses to arrive to go anywhere. Sometimes there were extended waits for transport, including when we first arrived and were dumped at the front gate with all of our luggage, it took almost thirty minutes to get picked up and taken to the reception building. Not a good first impression! They did not have adequate room in the restaurant for breakfast as well, often leading to extended waits just to be seated. Overall they did not seem to have adequate facilities to accommodate the number of guests they can house.

Love the facilities and amenities of the resort (swimming pools, gym and restaurants). Staff was very good.
Price point is very different from Agoda and Booking.com. The difference was about $200.

The hotel is far from the center so if you want to experience "The Island" itself, this is not the best option for you. You cannot walk to and from the hotel if you want to go to the stations. Going in and out of the property requires a shuttle service as its too far from the property gate itself.
Noisy room - the room we were into had a very loud motor sound, that sound of the generator just right by your room. we stayed in room 7301.
Old rooms - we were in building 7, its a 3 storey building with no elevator. we were unfortunately in the 3rd floor. small TV, old lamps, toilet flush wasn't working most the time.
Breakfast - the food choices was limited. who serves spaghetti for breakfast?

The resort grounds were impressive and large. You could spend your entire time on Boracay Island at the resort if you wanted to. Multiple bars and eateries, multiple swimming pools, lots of activities, and a spa onsite.
Don't order the frozen margarita if you're a fan of good drinks. Probably the worst drink I've had in my entire life, wasn't mixed properly, so it was just like shaved ice sitting in the middle of a poorly made margarita.
Sadly, the size of the facility is one of its worse aspects. No matter where you stay, you will have to rely on their complimentary shuttle/truck service to get around the resort, so leaving the compound becomes a huge exercise in patience.
If you stay here, I recommend making sure you get what supplies you need while you are in the town, because it is a pain in the neck if you forgot something and need to go out again.
Because of the size of the facility, housekeeping does not come to clean your room daily. This is fine in concept, from an eco-friendly standpoint. However, we kept forgetting to ring concierge to arrange for housekeeping to come by our room, so we wound up only having our room cleaned twice during our week long stay there. This is partially on us, but when one is on holiday, one prefers not to have to worry about tidying!

Great complex , good buffet breakfast
Thought there should be more for kids to do , basically just around the beach and pool, could of had some more facilities, like crazy golf ,bowling etc evening entertainment was a bit drab, ...like piano room atmosphere...
We decided to take another child of 12 with us to share a bed with her 11 Yr old cousin , we were charged adult rate ,yet no extra bed or room was needed , it should of been cost of extra breakfast only but paid 9000 to let her share a bed for week...

The rooms are far from the entrance to the resort. Shuttles are used to transport guests around the resort from rooms to pools and other rooms. This would be ok but there are just so many guests and you end up waiting atleast 30min to 1hr to make it where you want to be.
Shuttles took too long

the stuff is very kind, the activities are interesting, the location is very good to go to the white sand beach or to the city,
you need shuttle to move around the hotel: main gate, infinity pool, spa ..

great and accommodating staff, great amenities
shuttles took way too long to get to your pick up / drop off points + breakfast choices were very limited

What i loved the most is its location far away from the noise of the main beach.
None so far.

Great pools, rooms and staff
Very big resort, often have to wait quite long for the shuttles.

The worst experience I have
had it in my whole life of travel. I arrived at a resort that does not look at all the way it is presented on
Booking, with buildings in the vast majority of them abandoned, unmaintained land and insufficient staff to deal with the primary needs of the guests. The breakfast is extremely poor, the services leave much to be desired - I waited for an hour and 10
min to be served a coffee, to get to
the beach you need to wait for a tuk tuk to come and pick you up and when you get there, you find that you can't find where to get a bottle of water and the deckchairs and towels are at least 10 years old. And to tell you the icing on the cake, is that this resort will take the money in advance and guess what?! everything is non refounfable. I chose to leave the resort after 2 nights spent there out of 6 paid nights and of course I didn't get any money back. The staff has a humble behavior in an obvious hypocritical way. I was promised that I would be called to be told the solution they found, and not even the apology in an e-mail was sent to me. As my birthday was coming up, I congratulate myself that I chose to change the resort and not ruin my entire vacation for which I traveled thousands of km together with my guests. As for the non-repayment of money, given the obvious and indisputable examples, I will contact a lawyer. It is, without a doubt, the worst experience I have had with a resort in my life.

Nothing - even the good food we had at the only restaurant that didn't require a shuttle was ruined by cats walking about everywhere!
Bad location, wrong side of Boracay.
So big you need a shuttle bus to go anywhere including the private beach which offers no towels or services.
Everywhere looks old, worn, tired and shabby.
The rooms are very basic, much worse than a budget hotel in the UK.
They gave us a room that was an upgrade but was very small, with no balcony (like most rooms) and twin beds only with a view of a wall and an air conditioning station (pool view apparently). The fridge was empty, not turned on, safe didn't work (no batteries), no bath mat, tiny bathroom, no sink plug, and the kettle needs to be plugged in by your bedside table. The air conditioning is loud and old and it either blows straight down on you while sleeping or you have to turn it off.
The beds are hard with a thin mattress so very uncomfortable.
When you arrive at the hotel entrance you are greeted by a flight of stairs (quite steep - my wife has bad knees) down to an uninspiring half lobby. You go around the corner to the front desk and all you first see is a glass-sided gym with people working out - then walk along to the main desk.
We ate at the only restaurant not requiring transport (food was good) - cats everywhere, under the table whilst you are eating - horrible and unhygienic, disgusting in fact.
Same for the terrible breakfast - cats sitting on the chair next to me and everywhere. They don't have fresh juice, coffee is from a large dispensing container (awful), and at 0900 we were told no more bacon (run out, apparently). There was also no choice but buffet which was very, very basic compared to other similarly priced hotels we'd stayed at. I've been to over 65 countries. and for the money, this is one of the worst quality anywhere! I was utterly shocked. We arrived on 19th Dec and checked out the next day, having found suitable accommodation elsewhere. I'm still awaiting my refund on my apparently non-refundable room on the basis of false advertising and an essential breach of...

The room was large, comfortable and quiet, the view was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful
I didn't like the bus traffic inside the hotel area, there were often too long waiting times and it was too chaotic
