Most staff friendly. Check out staff were liars. Tried to charge us an extra $1000 at checkout- even when they told us before arrival AND at check in we were paid in full. We had receipts from them to prove it. Then told us they had made a mistake. Manager apologised and said (after 45 minutes delay) that there was nothing to pay, apologised for their error and we could leave. Later that day when we were on way to airport they debited the $1000 from my credit card!!! Contact with the Warwick results in them refusing to engage and won’t let us speak to anyone.
No towels available for pool for hours each day. Room towels not replaced for three days. Told on arrival there were no restaurant bookings available for all nights of our stay other then final night and only option was room service.

Very very nice food and good service
No proper bin for rubbish in front eg. empty water bottle and paper

Breakfast was good, except the omlette lady was extremely busy. All meals were of a high quality. The original room had something wrong with the toilet which kept me awake all night. The second room was in a newer part of the building and very modern except whoever put the door on the shower made it so the water runs under the door and soaks the whole floor.
The fact that you encourage us to bill the room and pay by C/Cad then charge a C/Card fee when we pay. The beach at the back of the resort is extremely hard to walk into the water and dangerous with the rocks and coral so close to the shoreline

We loved the staff, they were so friendly. The snorkeling was amazing and straight off the resort!
The renovations happening in the room right above ours was quite disruptive and meant we couldn’t really use our room for at least 8 hours each day despite still paying full price on the room. We also didn’t know it would be happening until we were woken up by it.

Not a 5 star hotel. Rooms a bit shabby. TV on a loop Nothing to watch. All sport The bathroom towels never were left had to keep asking. Was promised oat milk never got. Had to buy then was Soy milk
Tap in bathroom dodgy couldn’t use properly. Air con very very very noisy couldn’t sleep with it on.
Restaurants could be cheaper with more seafood options. Breakfast could be more varied.

Buffet was outstanding. Staff exceptional. Kids club and their activities - best we've ever had in Fiji and we've been coming and going for 10 years.
Bigger rooms :)

The place is fantastic; brilliant staff, great facilities and atmosphere. Suits those that want to do things and those that want to do nothing!!
Relaxed nature, easy access, choice and separate facilities for children

The selection of restaurants was amazing. We ate at the Japanese restaurant and were very suprised at the quality of the food. Fantastic food. The Italian restaurant was amazing too. We couldnt believe local chefs were producing such amazing meals.
Pools were a bit disappointing.

Generally friendly staff.
Wicked walu was a great place to have dinner. Great staff.
The staff at the egg station on the 1st Feb was a very unfriendly lady unlike other staff.
Also the staff at the ice cream place near reception - outside on the decking told us that Ice cream was $10 - a little unclear and could say misleading as there are differ prices for cups and cones - could have stated clearly.

friendly staff, excellent food
no laundry facilities available, no microwave, no iron available in the room

the location was fantastic. the water was everything you’d hope for in tropical location, the staff are friendly and accommodating. when people arrived they played the drums to announce you which was so lovely. lovely toiletries in the bathroom.
it’s advertised as 5 star which it may have been at one time, but it tired musty and in dire need of a face lift. I didn’t love that the pool closed at 6 there were also not enough snorkelling gear

The friendly staff and nothing else
Everything. See my note to the hotel manager below.
To the Manager/ General Manager
I have been staying in your resort in Room 269 checking out on Jan 4th. I wanted to share my experience of your resort and my likely review on TripAdvisor so you can understand and maybe discuss with me before I decide to proceed posting. I did talk to your front of house desk about these issues and asked the manager to speak to me 3 days ago but apparently nobody can be bothered to do that.
Overall our experience has been very very poor. Considering the cost we have incurred both for the room and then the subsequent spend in the resort it is appalling value for money and quality.
Let me start with our room-which apparently is a Suite. I have stayed in many hotels, sometimes in suites, and in no way can you describe this as a suite. It does not even do the basics. Since we have been there
The air con has not worked consistently or properly despite being looked at twice.
The shower does not work properly and the hot water/ mixer tap on the shower is difficult to work - sometimes you turn the hot water tap and nothing comes out.
The shower head is falling off the wall.
The furniture in the room is basic
The freezer compartment has no door on it, so the fridge does not regulate properly.
Next I want to give feedback on the facilities, notably the adult pool.
The majority of the sun beds are old and sometimes rotting or broken which makes them uncomfortable and sometimes dangerous to sit on
I asked multiple times if we could get some umbrellas by the pool as it gets very hot at times. They told me they were damaged in a storm. Then on Dec 27th you held a beach BBQ/ grill and out came umbrellas to keep the sun off your staff and the food. This leads me to think that your priority is making money on BBQs and not what I your paying customers need as a basic.
I could argue both of the above points represent a safety hazard.

Breakfast was good enough to get you all the way to dinner. Adult only pool and the snorkelling just out on the beach was pretty decent and easy to do. Free and always vacant tennis courts were a nice unexpected highlight.
We recommend buying snacks and wine at the local shops down the road. We paid 20 for a wine they were selling for 60 at the hotel. You can have a nice picnic by the beach before heading into your restaurant of choice.
The staff was always quite nice.
There’s a lot of room to grow in the quality of the not so cheap food their restaurants serve for dinner. The Italian place was pretty average at more expensive than Sydney prices and the Wicked Walu was hit and miss, depending on what you order.
The bar upstairs serve the WORST share plates. 15 dollar lamb meatballs were ridiculously small and dry. Should’ve sent them back with the “crispy sweet potato fries”. Two dishes I’d have been embarrassed to serve for friends visiting my house, let alone charging 25 dollars at a supposed five star hotel.

Loved the staff, super friendly and helpful. My baby got sick and the reservations manager (sorry I didn’t get her name) go all out to assist us, she even sent one of the staff to assist during our trip to the hospital. Also, getting courtesy calls from the staff and reservations manager was very comforting, especially with a sick child.
My daughter enjoys the pool. I like the fact that they provide a kids club that has different activities for kids. Keep them occupied while adults relax. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
Foods could be better, especially for the price.

Presented immaculately. exceptional customer service. the staff are so friendly. buffet breakfast daily is very generous. the seperate adult pool was great. always entertained by the Fijians each night.
the restaurant food is a little pricey but I suspect this because of closure throughout covid pandemic
4.0
the staff are awesome and friendly and the sunset is fantastic
very rundown, the food was only average every time for a high price, and the GM confiscated our duty free goods when we arrived without any prior warning or advertising it was a new rule.
5.0
Staff were wonderful
Internett bad. Most meals were buffet and nowhere to have a snack. No entertainment for adults without families.
