Great stay for a couple vacation

Included daily breakfast buffet was great, many options each day to choose from. The location is outstanding - there is both access to a private beach and public beach (shared with neighboring hotels). Pool and other amenities such as gym, spa, and restaurants are great as well!

Upon arrival, we were supposed to receive complimentary wine for two. It didn't come so we had to call for it. Secondly, there were no robes included in our room so we had to call and ask for them. We wanted to use the pool towels for an outside excursion (island hopping) but was told we had to "check in and out" the towels; would have preferred to been able to just include in our daily dirty linens instead of having to return them back to the pool/gym areas (also there was a cockroach that hitchhiked with us from the towel, yuck). Lastly, money exchange service on-site isn't great, better to go outside to one of the Stations on the island instead for a currency exchange provider. The staff helping us with money exchange at the concierge area were very rude and giving my husband a hard time with our request to exchange American dollars to Philippine pesos; once he asked for a manager, the staff person was all of a sudden very helpful. That's disappointing to have to do that in order to receive proper customer service.

Just perfect.

Amazing setting, staff, food, atmosphere. Just so good.

Only debatable point for us would be not walkable to white beach but then again, that also contributes to the feeling of space, peaceful location and quiet. Suggest more frequent bus transfer could be considered although local tuk tuk added much and that worked for us.

Outstanding experience with a few deals that can be improved

- The staff was amazing, we never felt so welcome. They were useful in every situation. So many unexpected nice details from housekeeping (Merlyn) and from the waiters. - The 2 private beaches are extraordinary.

- The beds are not top. It's an important factor and in a hotel like this, you expect top beds. - The terms & conditions can be ambiguous: Breakfast for kids is not included even if you include breakfast when you book.

Our stay was great and we would love to come back someday.

Breakfast is awesome and location is perfect. Variety of choices is commendable.

Wifi was weak in the gym or not functioning in the gym area. Love the music selection in the gym though.

Expensive but the staff, facilities, services and food is well worth every pretty penny spent.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our butler was the consummate professional: attentive but not overbearing, personable but not overproduced. Their airport/seaport transfer facility is the BEST way to enter Boracay Island hands down. Also one of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had. They had TAHO! (it brought back memories)

If I were pushed to split hairs for constructive criticism, the air conditioning could have been stronger in the treehouse loft. But we were still very comfortable in the room.

Incredible luxury stay

We stayed here for five nights and only wished we could have stayed longer! We had such a beautiful stay. We opted for an Premier Oceanview room and it had such a beautiful view and was minutes from the beach. I don't think the photos online did it justice as it was even better in person. The room was large and beautifully finished and we had both a large shower and large bath. The staff here really are amazing and made our stay so special. We also opted for the sunset cruise on our last night and it was really special, many thanks to Friend for looking after us and taking us on the boat, we really enjoyed your company. Also thank you for the staff who looked out for me when I had a little jellyfish sting, they were so kind. The breakfast was incredible, SO much choice and great quality. The other reasturants we found to be quite expensive and so we opted to eat in town a couple of nights. The swimming pool was huge and there was always enough space to relax. We enjoyed the private beaches and much preferred them to the White Beach in town. The shuttle bus to town was very handy and well run. Thanks to all the staff for the wonderful stay, we would love to return one day!

Occasionally dreams come true. This stay was one of them

The staff were exceptionally helpful and responsive They used their initiative to interact and to provide background information and suggestions. The transfers to and from the hotel were well managed and buggy transportation within the hotel grounds made thing really convenient. There is an excellent gym and it was refreshingly cool which was a blessing while exercising.

Signage for room locations could have been more visible. Nothing springs to mind. The hotel is very well managed.

Superb resort, beautiful property, special garden, view from tree house villa magnificent.

Excellent breakfast. Not missing anything. I recommend Rima restaurant.

Breakfast was wonderful. Private beach and pool were great. We had a great time here! Staffs were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Facilities in recreational room (ie pool table, foosball and etc) were a bit date and needed to polish up. But beach, sun and sand were the main points of this hotel. Hence, it didn't bother us too much.

Many people who jump the queue at will, however, the hotel did not even say sorry and give the reason to me！ The waiter at the bar of the private beach, they did not even have the sense of service, they always have a aad face and did not give me the bill！Although I ve asked for twice！ Though I booked the table of seafood restaurant which have a beautiful seaview, they just give me a walk-in table, it owns the terrible stone view！

Beautiful, private relaxation site with excellent accomodations and food.

Breakfast Buffet was outstanding. There was plenty of variety and the Asian food was excellent. This was the best part of our stay. The private beach access was beautiful and relaxing, despite the cloudy weather. The pool was not crowded and good food service was provided. This is one of my favorite hotels, ever. Thank you!
