Had a beautiful view from our room…very relaxing

Staff was absolutely amazing! Especially our girls at the front desk! Manager O’Neil was the best and very accommodating. Everyone remembered our names after the first time meeting and made us feel very welcomed. We also looked forward to seeing Sandy H. everyday when we went to eat. She always put a smile on our face. The food and selections on the menu were great for breakfast lunch and dinner. We definitely want to go back soon!

Love the location & the staff were amazing!

great location & the bungalows were great. we had our own infinity pool & hammock on the porch which we really enjoyed. the grounds were well kept with beautiful flowers.

The bungalows were not well insulated. only the bedroom had AC which did not keep the room cool during the day but did well at night. we didn’t spend much time in the room during the day anyways because we were outside mostly & going on adventures. there was exposed wiring under our light on the porch & a bird was building a nest there. there was also a bad smell when we were walking to & from our bungalow outside in a certain area but wasn’t inside our bungalow

A1 like steak sauce

This is a very relaxing and peaceful resort. Food was good and the view is spectacular. Best view I've ever had on any resort vacation hands down. The deluxe cottage with pool was amazing. The floating breakfast is unbeatable and very romantic. We loved every bit of our vacation. This resort is a must stay and deluxe pool cottage with ocean view is the best.

Only thing I didn't like was there are no TVs in the cottages. I brought my laptop with me and logged onto the wifi to watch a few movies and TV shows. I do understand why there are no Tvs because it's so peaceful and relaxing without.

Beautiful resort. Fabulous stay.

We had a lovely stay. Staff were very helpful. Location and grounds are fabulous and beautiful.

Wi-Fi is very very poor in the location. This needs upgrading. It was so frustrating. It needs to be acknowledged by management. Toilets are needed by the lower pool beach area as you have to walk through reception to reach the only alternative. Cash machine or a better stocked cash facility are needed. Bar staff at Rafters could be a little more welcoming and friendly, not much vibe there also.

A little bit of heaven

Every single member of staff went out of their way to make our time memorable and were above and beyond friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for any of them Our cottage had a stunning view and was kept beautifully clean. (29) The food was outstanding along with the cocktails! Every area was was maintained to a very high standard. The coffee bar was laid back and so very efficient with excellent service and coffee ( oooh and cakes and biscuits!) Location was stunning. A complete switch off.

Sweet human-sized resort!

great rooms, does not feel too big or resorty, nice pools and personnel

all I cousine but food and drinks were very average - a little effort there could go a long way! We tried a couple of times but ended up having most meals outside.

Superb

Cocobay resort is beautiful. Loved the pools and the beach. The room was very clean and comfortable with a private pool and amazing view.

Wireless internet can be a problem if you need to login to work or even check social media.

Very disappointing

Lovely location and view over the sea. Fantastic infinity pool. If unable to offer a late checkout, they offer a complementary courtesy room for a shower and change of clothes before you leave. Clean room, nice plunge pool.

Bar - for a very high price nightly all inclusive, I expect more than one beer to be on offer. I was told a second is available on Caribbean nights! Cocktails were poor and choice similarly limited. Service - arrived and left with no help with our bags from the car to reception, and back. Both times we asked for beach towels they were unavailable, available in 15 or 30 minutes, and they would bring them to us later. Both times nothing was delivered.Waitress knocked over wife's drink, apologised and cleaned up, but didn't replace the drink. Room - very small considering the rate. Air conditioner weak, champagne glasses stained or dirty. Worst safe I've ever used. The mattress or linen seemed to be interested with bed bugs, wife and I bitten in many places every morning. Food - very limited choice for lunch, breakfast and dinner. Repetitive. I like wild salmon - asked if farmed or wild. Didn't know, but told from Panama. Search internet for Panama salmon. First article is about genetically modified salmon in Panama. Hard pass. Meals tasted so-so. All in all, the worst value for money hotel I think I've ever stayed in. Very disappointing. I would consider it overpriced if the nightly rate were 50% of what it was.

a totally relaxing and gastronomic break

the best food on Antigua, which we weren’t expecting at an all inclusive resort. considered creative delicious food using local and seasonal ingredients. no tvs, individual plunge pools, rustic architecture, laid back luxury.

there are better beaches on the island for swimming.

Cocobay was a perfect romantic resort for our wedding, with a beautiful island view! We'll be back!

The staff was outstanding, helpful, friendly, caring, and attentive to our needs. A special thank you to Kemlin, Matika, Randall, Denise, and Jermain for making our trip extra special and memorable. Kemlin was so kind as to provide special accommodations for our wedding day and went above and beyond for us. The cottages were perfect, private, and provided us with a breathtaking view. We highly recommend this resort for a quiet, romantic getaway.

There were extra charges for some dinner menu items. Also, sometimes it was difficult to get chaises and rafts by the pool.

location was perfect with the beach access being right there. the staff was incredible and super accommodating. The food was very good and it was a really nice relaxing place.
