Every thing was perfect

Everything was great, but the best were their service and pool... It wasn't crowded when we were there mid July.. .. Every staff member was willing to help and happy to accommodate our requests.. Pool was 2.15m on the deep end, which is good.. Good water quality... The private beach was a blessing as we could see the beach beside this hotel being quite packed.. Food was good, a bit pricey, but can't complain much about the buffet and a-la-carte options.. Breakfast was really good. Room was spacious, with a good balcony... We had a rental car, so explored the city centre comfortably... It is better to have own car as the place is a bit removed from the centre... I also found the resort catering to adults and kids pretty well... It wasn't the cheapest option, but totally worth it.

Not much to complain..... Wish the pool could stay open for one more hour... It was from 9am to 7pm... Not too bad, but since we were there during peak summer, an extra hour in the evening would have been better...

It is a clean and comfy hotel. The swimming pool area is so beautiful. Staff are very friendly Aloha Bar is very reasonably priced.

The old charm of a grand hotel without the snobbiness. The elegant interiors and exteriors, the view (we got a seaview room), the friendly, attentive, helpful and always smiling staff are a gem! I also love that there are different choices of restos and bars on location, although some of them are closed off season.

The spa couldn't accommodate my request for a 2 hour treatment at 5pm even though they close at 8pm. I booked it online same day and I followed up via fone coz I didn't get an email confirmation and in the end they told me that they have not received my online reservation and that they are busy at that time. The lady offered me an alternative 1 hr treatment, but I declined coz I really wanted the 2 hr. signature treatment. They said they would then get back to me in half an hour after I followed up only to say that they were fully booked... Anyway, I plan to book another stay in the future and book my spa experience earlier.😀 The double bed in our room were 2 separate single beds and they were roll aways, so if you happen to lie in the middle and move around a lot when sleep, the beds roll away and you might accidentally fall.

The indoor pool was surprisingly cold. You would have assumed they have heated indoor pool.

the hotel is great, the staff is very kind, pleasant and helpful. every one was very nice and professional we must mention the hotel manger Mr. Andreas Thrasyvoulou as well as the guest relation manager Siyane janeva for their kindness and willingness to attend any question or solve any inconvenience. the staff was extra kind and helpful especially Mr. Nelio the door man that was always helpful, smiling and asking if we need anything and if everything is ok. the spa is great and the treatments were amazing- thanks for a memorable vacation

Hotel just opened after renovation, so its nice and tidy. Very friendly stuff, it is amazing how everyone was trying to help you - kudos on this. Take room only with a seaview, otherwise you are going to be upset with the shabby neighborhood (its just Cyprus itsself), seaview makes you happy. Good breakfast with rich choice of food. Kitesurf station next to the hotel, search for Akis.

Well, since i've broke my leg on the first day of my holidays and was on crutches, i could complain only from the prospective of a disabled man: 1) hotel has big territory with lack of toilets, i would be super happy to have one more WC next to the beach bar :) 2) there is no easy access to the toilets and billiard area rather then stairs, it was a struggle for me. Otherwise, good hotel i would recommend to others.
