Çok kötü maalesef

Havuzlar güzel.

Otelde sarhoş bir müşteri grubu insanlara saldırıyor. Polis çağrıldı sadece tokalaşın dediler insanlara ve etrafınıza çok dikkat etmelisiniz.bu çok önemli . Arapçadan başka bir bilgiye sahip değiller. Rixos kalitesinin çok altında kaliteleri ve herhangi bir sipariş istediğiniz zaman offlamalar, göz devirmeler eşliğinde seninle konuşuyorlar. Maalesef rezalet bir etkinliğin içerisindeyiz.

Outstanding resort!

Everything was flawless. The resort is truly designed to pamper their guests. I lived like a king on the all-inclusive package. You couldn't keep up with all the options. I loved every second at Rixos. Shoutout to the staff for their amazing service!

The beach is beautiful but the shore was too rocky. Basically you can only access the sea through the pier which is a hit and miss depending on how windy it gets. I recommend taking the golf cart to Rixos Seagate in the afternoon, you won't regret it.

It’s a lovely complex but service needs a vast improvement and entertainment area should be confined to the beach area s

The resort was lovely well kept and clean in all communal areas. The staff around the pool were super helpful and friendly. The rooms were of good size.

The WiFi was terrible. The standard of food quality in the a la carte places were pretty poor. Service on those restaurants was awful. Buffet became very repetitive. Our room was right next to the stage where most nights they had ‘entertainment’ which can only be described as eurotrash at its finest. Outdated and Ridiculously loud being played late pretty much every night I might as well have had the speaker blasting in the room! Being subjected to that while coming away for a nice relaxing holiday is poor. Complained twice and all I was told was that it’s entertainment. You should be told before being put in a room so close to that and given a choice.

Facilitie and location is great, food not good! I recommend people to eat outside

First they ask too much about rating us on google. Maybe 10 times a day, where ever you go they ask, ( rate us on google please!) i was really annoyed by that. The second thing was the restaurants they are not great, just one restaurant that was okey to eat in is the Turkish restaurant.

Kilo olmak içim mükemmel bir yer :D

Otel gerçekten şahane. Her şey düşünülmüş. Diğer otel olan seagate otelindeki aquapark'ı da kullanabiliyoruz ama oraya geçişte 3 shuttle değiştirmeniz gerekiyor, ama bence çok sorun değil hızlı bir şekilde gidiyorsunuz. Ilk defa uzak doğu mutfağı da denemiş oldum sayelerinde o da çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Lalezar ve Mangal restoranlarındaki Hüseyin ve Tuncay Şeflerinde alanında uzman kişiler onlarla da muhabbet güzeldi bilgilendiriciydi, teşekkürler.

Çok olumsuz sayılmaz fakat A la Carte restoranında yer çok hızlı tükeniyor gece 00:00 da açılıyor ve 10dk da çok rağbet göre brezilya, italya, turk restoranlarında yer kalmıyor. Onun için alarm kurup açıldığı an yer ayırtmanız gerekiyor.

My family and I had an awesome time and would not hesitate to go back.

We had dinner in five different restaurants, and they were awesome. The beach was very clean and the staff were always available to provide services. I couldn't say enough good things about our rooms. The rooms were clean and much bigger than we expected, and the decor spoke volumes. We were very impressed.

Rixos is F A N T A S T I S C H!!!!

Het prachtige Rixos is een uitgebreid all inclusive resort waar je helemaal in de watten gelegd wordt. Het vriendelijke personeel staat de hele dag voor je klaar om jouw vakantie naar wens te maken. Dit hotel is de plek om te genieten van een ontspannen vakantie. Dankzij het grote aanbod aan faciliteiten en de mooie ligging aan zee is dit een G E W E L D I G E keuze voor een vakantie naar Rixos Sharm el Sheikh. Tevens was het eten zeer goed en variërend. Verder heb je mooie ruime kamers. Service en hygiene is uitstekend! Perfecte entertainment tijdens de feestdagen, aankleding van het hotel is fantastisch evenals de kerstmarkt. Ook vonden wij het geweldig dat je met de golfkar kosteloos een bezoekje kunt nemen bij Rixos Premium Seagate. Kortom: Wij hebben ontzettend genoten! Dit hotel is zeker een aanrader! Wij komen volgend jaar graag weer terug!

Amazing vacation

Heavenly and unforgettable, very atmospheric hotel

All hotel staff was very friendly, attentive, fast, and worked very hard to make our stay comfortable. The hotel has its own atmosphere which you get used to after 1-2 days, and start feeling yourself at home, really. The territory is very comfortable in terms of access to all facilities. Shuttles travelling to all points full-time, within every 30 seconds sometimes. Special thanks to Brazilian and Italian restaurants. We had unforgettable time there, and visited both restaurants twice. Highly recommend!

Main restaurant food was not Rixos level. It was perhaps some standard all-inclusive, where you would see the same food re-arranged or reprocessed for next-day use. Main restaurant staff is slower than in competition places. This needs to be fixed. Another note - although this is not hotel's fault, but still - forget about the "beach" during the day, as the water shrinks revealing very unpleasant greenery in the sea, with characteristic smell. However those who like diving , will find unforgettable diving experience from the pierce. The fish were plentiful and visible without special effort.

Amazing, to be repeated again!

Everything was well organized and welcoming .. the staff were so amazing - Sara and Nourhan - Guests Relations were very helpful and amazing. - Alaa, Alaa AlDain, Ramy - Golf Cars Drivers were very helpful and amazing spirit and smiling all the way. - Mohammed Zidane, Noor - Staff were very helpful and nice to me.

Will not stay at rixos again and recommended

Main restaurant Egyptian food is tasty and chefs were very friendly and welcoming. Golf car’s drivers were so friendly welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping tried their best to make us happy a guy called Ahmed Hamdi was very professional.

Concierge at night shift was not friendly and helpful - Resturant booking annoying - main Resturant needs to be more clean - reception at check out was unprofessional and so rude
