Vooral de kinderen vonden het aquapark heel leuk, jammer genoeg was er wel 1 glijbaan gesloten, maar dat kon de pret voor hen niet bederven.
Dit verblijf heeft veel potentieel, maar het wordt jammer genoeg niet benut. Ik heb nooit het gevoel ervaren dat er moeite werd gedaan om ons een leuke vakantie te bezorgen.
Er werden dagtoeristen toegelaten die van de all in gebruik konden maken. Ik had de indruk dat ze vooral gebruik maakten van het alcoholische aanbod en op een aantal dagen zorgde dit echt wel voor overlast in het zwembad. Duidelijk dronken gasten waaraan niets gedaan werd door het personeel, in tegendeel, het barpersoneel bleef gewoon alcohol aan hen schenken. Op een bepaald moment was er bijna een vechtpartij in het zwembad, geen aangename situatie met kinderen.
Verder was er weinig tot geen kinderanimatie, enkel de kinderdisco, een gemiste kans voor een kindvriendelijk hotel.
Het buffetrestaurant was oké. In het Italiaans restaurant hebben we erg lekker gegeten, ondanks dat onze eerste keuze zowel bij voorgerecht als dessert niet beschikbaar was. Toen we er op de laatste avond terug wilden gaan konden we er niet terecht ondanks dat je niet moest reserveren en het nog vroeg op de avond was. Dit was een voorbeeld van de vaak slechte organisatie in het hotel en het gebrek aan flexibiliteit om iets te willen oplossen.
Ik schrijf niet snel een review, maar hier vond ik de prijs/kwaliteit verhouding toch wel ondermaats. We hebben een prima vakantie gehad en dat was ondanks het hotel en niet dankzij. We zouden dit hotel niet aanbevelen.

All and all, a good stay! The staff was great with some really exceptional members (Debra and her cousin) who truly wanted you to enjoy your stay. The place was really clean and we felt comfortable in bare feet anywhere on the property. The water slides were fun and not over crowded.
If you like beer, and I sure do, drink each like its your last one! I have never have such a hard time getting a beer anywhere in the world like this place. You could never really count on getting one! I think ice is a problem, but not sure. Our room was suite, nice and very clean. The hotel was remodeled 2-years ago so one might think the utilities would be in better shape. Our phone never worked, the toilet run most of the time and had to remove the cover to manually fix each flush, the hair dryer never worked, one night no AC, and a fire alarm went off at 10 pm evacuating the entire main building (good to know the system worked). All first world problems so no big deal (except the beer).

Me parece muy mal que cobren por el uso de los quitasol de paja en la playa 20 o 30 dólares, despues de haber pagado por el all inclusive. Solo te permiten usar los quitasol de tela que son muy escasos. Tampoco me gusto la limpieza del buffet principal, las mesas se mantienen con los restos de comida de las personas que se retiran por mucho tiempo y se llena de palomas que comen los restos mientras uno trata de comer al lado. Todo es autoservicio por que si te quieres levantar de la mesa por una bebida tienes que cuidar que las palomas no coman de tu plato.

Loved the all inclusive. The staff was friendly and the grounds were beautiful. Breakfast was excellent and loved the fresh pasta at dinner. The pool was great and we enjoyed the activities.

Ótimo custo benefício. A praia é ótima, piscinas tambem. Comida e bebida de boa qualidade para all inclusive. Tem inclusive um parque aquático dentro do hotel.
Reservei uma cama king e as 23h quando fomos dormir descobrimos que tinham montado duas camas de solteiro com colchões de solteiros unidos por um lençol, ao reclamar na recepção o atendente disse que todas as camas eram assim visto que a maioria das pessoas prefere separar as camas. Porém na minha reserva foi escolhido uma cama de casal e era isso que deveria estar montado no meu quarto. Tivemos que esperar o serviço de quarto levar um colchão de casal e montar a cama de novo, que foi tratado como um favor e nao como uma desculpa pelo transtorno, sendo que era minha lua de mel.
O chuveiro cai água sem pressão nenhuma, quase conta gotas.
Os restaurantes temáticos sempre tinham poucos funcionários o que gerava uma fila bem grande para entrar, mesmo naqueles com reserva e também demora para ser atendido e receber os pratos.

El lugar muy bonito, las instalaciones muy limpias, las bebidas alcohólicas muy buenas, el parque de agua súper.
Todas las comidas podrían mejorar. El desayuno era, un poco desordenado. En mi caso, no puedo consumir gluten y debía pedir directamente en la cocina pan sin gluten y esperar mucho tiempo para ello, eso deberían mejorarlo.
Por otro lado, los restaurantes especializados no son gran cosa. Específicamente, terrible experiencia en el rest de sushi, esperamos alrededor de una hora en fila para sentarnos a comer y al momento de hacerlo el servicio fue terrible, y la comida, tampoco fue buena.

The Breakfast was fantastic and had everything you can possible want. The variety was exceptional and it tasted great. There are 3 restaurants on site and a buffet, with a few other spots around the compound where you can grab a bite to eat when the restaurants and the main buffet are closed. The water park was a hit with the kids.
My only con was that there were a lot of pigeons that would occupied the dining area during meals at the buffet.

Het was teleurstellend dat de glijbanen ook voor hotelgasten pas om 11 uur open gaan. Er zijn veel te weinig banden voor op de glijbanen en om die tijd komen ook de dagjesmensen die zich op de glijbanen storten. Beter is het om voor de hotelgasten een uurtje eerder open te gaan.

-Lots of hidden charges for use of many things in the facilities eg the straw huts by the beach, no mention of any charges to use it yet the staff comes around to collect charges for it upon use.

-Food at buffet restaurant is pretty repetitive.
-Reservations at other restaurants are really hard to get.
-The BBQ restaurant does not mention ham in their appetizer potato salad. Wait for food was extremely long. And they also serve orders on one serving platter, eg my husband ordered pork, I ordered chicken (i dont eat pork).. the pork was on top of the chicken on the same platter when it came to our table.
-The smell of some sort of chemical or diesel was extremely high in the air every day.
- The AC vent was positioned on your heads when you lie down.

Rooms were clean, air conditioning was nice. Beds comfortable and rsponsiveness to needs and refilling of frisge was good. BBQ place was the best food!
Little to no hot showers. More of them we shivered through. Room was out of bodywash and conditioner. Often times the breakfast bar was out of food and utensil a hour in.
The late night partying kept me a wake
Usually I can sleep just fine with noise but haveing adults yelling and screaming up to 2am prevented this.
The shop on sight was crazy expensive. I got sick our second day and needed some stuff. 30 some bucks for somw pepto and 2 bottles of gatoraid. The next day a gateraid. Sunscreen and aloe was $85. Needs more shades areas to rent.
We booked a 1 king room and that was not the room we ended up in. Didnt argue it as i was happy to have a bed to lay in but not sure if we ended up with a "cheaper" room then we actually paid for.

Gostamos muito da alimentação. Café da manhã é excepcional. A estrutura de praia é excelente e para quem tem crianças (apesar de não termos, acho válido salientar), não faltam atividades.
Pegamos o hotel em dias de semana e no final de semana, e não estava extremamente cheio. O atendimento é ótimo e não tivemos problemas.
Nem entrei na piscina, que apesar de muito bonita, é extremamente cheia. Mas ai não tem muito o que fazer, é da lotação do hotel.
A estação de lanches e o bar da piscina não funcionam muito bem por conta da quantidade de pessoas que ficam naquela área. Está sempre com fila esperando reposição dos itens e não flui. Sorvete por exemplo não conseguimos tomar um dia, pois não tinha nunca.
Optamos por ficar o tempo toda na estrutura de praia e utilizamos para alimentação e bebidas o bar flamingo e o buffet do brezze. Esses funcionam super bem, assim como o café que fica ao lado da recepção.
Muitas pessoas reclamam das aves, mas de verdade é algo comum da região e não atrapalha. É natureza gente!

Die Anlage ist grosszügig und schön gestaltet. Das Essen ist sehr gut, wenn auch nie wirklich heiss, was Buffets halt mit sich bringen.
Mein Zimmer war schön.
Das Personal ist mit seltenen Ausnahmen nicht wirklich freundlich. Sie sind in der Regel damit beschäftigt, sich untereinander zu unterhalten. An den Bars muss man mit längeren Wartezeiten rechnen. Vielleicht sind sie unterbezahlt oder unterbesetzt? Jedenfalls hatte ich im Kontakt mit dem Personal nicht das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Schade eigentlich für ein doch teures und sonst schönes Hotel.
Die Tauben im Restaurant haben mich gestört, was hier auch schon beklagt wurde. Das Management wollte auf ein anderes diesbezügliches Feedback hin Massnahmen ergreifen. Also die Vögel sind immer noch da...

Bármilyen furcsa, az étkezéseket elsősorban a galambok zavarták, amik minden magára hagyott dologra rárepültek. A személyzet kicsit lusta, munkájuk szervezetlennek tűnt, mondjuk úgy, nem európai (vagy török).

Perfect place to stay without worries, just enjoy and relax. Water park for children, swimming pools (with animator), bars, restaurants, private beach, some attractions at night... It really is worth staying there and enjoying great vacation days. Great food, great drinks, great service... Just a great resort!
We didn't find it convenient to have to pay for the palapas on the beach, since it is inside a private area, where everything should be included for those who are paying for the all inclusive. Unfortunately, the hotel's app doesn't work well, I had a little fever one night and ended up leaving the bed linen a little wet, we requested a change of bed linen and cleaning through the app, in addition to leaving the sign on the door , but we were not served.

All inclusive concept was nice. The pool was great and the cove was nice.
Management let a party of 37 people use the sushi restaurant for over 3 hours. During that period, the rest of the hotel guests who have already paid for their meal at the restaurant didn’t get good service. It took 2.5 hours for a party of three to be served.
The fact that tips can advance certain guests above others actually takes money out of the experience of the other guests. All the restaurants consistently take too long to actually serve you. We’re talking 50 minutes from when you get an appetizer to when you get your course. That means you’re not even hungry when you get your meal. It’s consistently a 2 star dining experience and the default buffet is really repetitive.

Location and lagoon in front of the resort.
Food, was poor,cold, restaurant hours were not good. Dishes were not cleared from the tables. Pigeons eating from the dirty dishes that were left on the tables.
They were short staffed, and most of the staff were not helpful and not very knowledgeable. They ran out of food, mint, pina colada mix, and beer. The rooms need repair and updated. Shower water pressure was extremely poor. Dirty dishes sat up by our room for 3 days. View was obstructed by cruise ships. There were maybe 4 staff members that I would say were good

The rooms seemed recently renovated. The food was slightly above average (specifically considering that it’s an all-inclusive). The drinks were slightly better too, they offered a variety of them aside of the classic ones. The bed was comfortable, can’t say the same for the pillows. There was a SMART WHEELS in the recepction which made car rental very easy and fast.
FOOD:
- The buffet lunch hours was only from 12:30pm to 2:30pm which was disappointing since we wanted to tale advantage of the weather and use the beach/pool until at least 3pm. There was a snack option after those hours that had pizza, fried stuff and bugers which was fine, but we couldn’t handle eating that more than 1-2 days.
- The buffet dinner hours was also from 6:30pm to 9:30pm which is also too early to close considering there are no other options after that. Supposedly there was a “midnight buffet” but we never found it.
- The “specialty” restaurants aren’t really worth it either, they are average. The BBQ one had overcooked meat and very few side dishes. The sushi was ok.
BEDROOM:
- The pillows were very bad, it was almost like they didn’t exist, even after piling 2.
- The air conditioner worked well, but something weird (that hasn’t happened to me in other Caribbean resorts) is that the condensation was very notable. You could see the roof with drops of water and feel a lot of humidity, making you feel sticky all the time and therefore making sleeping uncomfortable.
EXTRA:
- Mosquitoes: be aware that there a lot of them, not the hotel’s fault of course.

El trato poco cordial de los empleados, a veces brusco. Parece que no les gusta su trabajo. La comida no es deliciosa y no da muchas opciones. El bar es básico y el licor es barato. No es un lugar para niños.

The staff here is used to stealing from the guests. The manager Tay-Rock and the head of security Max attacked me with an other employee. I had to file a case in the police. They stole my AirPods and got away with it
