A reggeli elfogadható volt. A személyzet néhányan nagyon kedvesek voltak, némelyik egyáltalán nem. Kávét főzni egyáltalán nem tudnak. Az étteremben borzalmas hideg van, a klíma olyan hidegen fúj, hogy az ablakon folyik a víz, a pára.

A foglalásom helyszíni fizetésre szólt. Ehhez képest az odaútunk alkalmával 6x próbálkozott a Courtyard by Marriott Sacramento US pénzt levenni a kártyámról, az első próbálkozása ~ 400,-USD sikerült is január 17-én. Utána történt próbálkozásait letiltotta a bankom. A helyszínre csodálkozva vetteészre mindezt észre... A recepción szóltam, "természetesen" semmit nem tudtak az egészról. A recepción kifizettem a szállást egy másik kártyával, a számlát mellékelem ha megmondják hová küldjem. Mindenképpen igényt tartok a ~400,-USD visszautalására!!!! Nem is értem, hogy milyen eljárás ez, felháborító. A klímatizálás kicsit se tetszett. valamint az ablakot nem lehetett kinyitni, A kávé kérést (espresso macchiato) nem bírták megérteni.

Very good facilities and amenities, though the complimentary appetizer each day was pathetic - a complimentary brownie was 2x2 inches, dry, and took forever to be served.

Staff seem overwhelmed and should be better prepared during peak hours (check out, meal times, etc). There seemed to be preferential treatment for white, elderly customers.

Buena atención, estaba limpio, incluye desayuno, se puede ir caminando a la playa. Lo recomiendo

Os quartos amplos e bem pensados, a área da piscina muito bonita e aconchegante e o café da manhã satisfatório. O espaço do hotel na praia é bem localizado e o atendimento com as cadeiras de praia e toalhas muito bom.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give a shout out to Elriq who went above and beyond expectations when he retrieved my phone that fell between the wall and bench at the restaurant.

The bed was not as comfortable as I'd like. I woke up with back pain every morning. Not a fan of the shower either, open and water overflows to out of shower.

Great location. I was warmly welcomed by staff (Rosalyn) upon my arrival - even brought me a cool beverage from the bar while I waited to check in. Room was ready and clean. Dinner at the pool bar was nice. Friendly bartender (Nelson).

The staff and location were great! i just wish I realised how open the rooms were. As soon as you open the door mosquitos and bugs enter the room. For some reason I just didnt notice it was motel style. With that said the rooms themselves are great and clearly renovated in the last few years. The welcome drink as also delicious! I ordered one later during our stay.

The pool and swim up bar was amazing. All of the meat that was served in the breakfast buffet was pork, and unfortunately I don’t eat pork. Other than that it was amazing. I had the salmon dinner 2 nights because it was absolutely delicious!

Another kind of meat should be provided in the breakfast buffet.

The room was wonderfully cold when we got in. Pool was a nice temperature, food at the restaurant was excellent. Easy access to the beach (easily walkable though there is a shuttle).

Service was slow, but that seems to just be the way the island runs and I'm okay with that!

Overall our stay was good and enjoyable.

Slow response to resolve the issue I had with my room. Only after the owner found out it was taken care of immediately.

The hotel stay overall was pretty good. However, the pillows are in of an upgrade they're flat goose feathers pillows. I requested two additional pillows and they were sent to me immediately. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

The Marriott should put a decorative wall up so the guests don't have to the view it, it's not pleasing to the eye The pool area has a nice tropical aesthetic depending on where you sit you can see the air conditioner unit on the roof of the Allegra restaurant, perhaps putting up a decorative wall there as well. They have large storage containers in the back of the parking lot, the guest shouldn't see that.

Our stay was amazing with the excellent hospitality of every staff, especially Ms. Linda. Our room was clean and spacious. This hotel is 5 mins away from the beach. But the short walk to the beach was not bad at all. The hotel provides free shuttle to the beach every day, chairs, towels, and water at the beach. We will definitely return.

Nothing. If anything, maybe the breakfast every day was the same rotation for the 4 days we stayed there.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the room was very clean. Our favorite thing about this place was the aerobics in the pool.

We paid for breakfasts and the people at the front desk didn’t tell us anything about it when we checked in so we lost 4 breakfasts. I made the complaint this morning and. What they told me was that it wasn’t required of them to remind us about the breakfast. We were not happy.
