Een fijne plek, van waaruit van alles te doen is en het personeel er alles aan doet om je in de watten te leggen

Het restaurant is echt een aanrader. Personeel denkt met je mee als je speciale wensen hebt. Er worden lekkere cocktails geserveerd en je wordt altijd met een lach begroet. Na 2 dagen hoef je niet eens meer woorden te gebruiken, ze weten al wat je wil. De kamers zijn comfortabel en de douche is lekker warm en heeft een goede straal. In de omgeving zijn veel dingen te doen (Xunantunich, ATM tour, Pine Ridge National park) en het personeel helpt je graag met dingen organiseren. Als klap op de vuurpijl waren er een paar superlieve honden en katten.

De accommodatie ligt niet op loopafstand van het centrum. We konden bij de Canon niet met zijn tweeën buiten zitten.

I love the location and it's privacy, the cabin have good space from each others.

The staffing is a bit to small,they need someone at the front desk to check the guest in.

A great time at Log Cab-Inn

We loved our cabin in well kept grounds. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch watching the birds in the trees. The pool was excellent and the service in the restaurant exceptional.

Wi fi was unreliable in the cabin but fine at the office. Our only real complaint is the noise of trucks braking on the main road, especially on Friday afternoon when we arrived.

Sadly, our stay with Log Cabin Inn was for the most part sub par and lacking in many areas.

The staff was friendly and tried to be very helpful. The pool area is pleasant and well-maintained. They allowed me to use an outlet to charge my computer while I worked by the pool. The drinks served were excellent.

The disorganization of the check-in process made it feel like the management wasn't doing their job. We did call and asked to extend our stay to two nights, but the person checking us in didn't know anything about this. She then moved us to a room in a large building instead of the cabin we had booked initially. We mentioned this to another employee the next day, and he seemed confused by that. We also found the beds extremely uncomfortable and the pillows very lumpy and hard to use. The room itself was clean, but the construction or maintenance needs improvement. The guests shouldn't see the cracks or seams of the drywall or the screws used to hang it. And there was no sitting area in the room for me to work privately, so I had to go to the pool area to work. The food was lack luster and was unseasoned, so we chose not to eat there the 2nd night.

the log cab in is located in very wide nature garden resort . staff are amazing friendly and helpful

the cabins are very poorly maintained. not as clean as needed . linens and beds are non comfortable .

Lovely place

Bungalow was very clean and roomy. Grounds were very well manicured. Staff were so very friendly.

A pretty good uphill walk to the pool/bar/restaurant. To my fiend and I , it was fine, but for anyone with slight disabilities may be a challenge

large room! nice bathroom. Great air conditioner!

We had to climb hills! I have MS so it was not a welcomed event just to get a drink or a bite to eat. plus they were out of a lot of food we tried to order. The bed mattresses wereA AWFUL! felt like two different mattresses in one. one side hard, a slope, next side soft. Did not sleep well at all. the TV was something neither of us could figure out so that was out. And only one of us could connect to the internet.?Very frustrating when you are a long way from home.

Reasonable stay near the ruins with a peaceful bar/restaurant area.

Close to the ruins. Front porch is peaceful. Bar area was nice and the drinks were great. Wake up to birds chirping!

Pool is not exclusive to guests.

Perfect stay. Highly recommended!

The place is great and very quiet. The children loved the pool. The restaurant near the pool serves great dishes. I forgot a towel in the room. I found out when back home. It was easy to recover the towel and get it sent home. I would like to thank the hotel people again for this! I will very likely come back to this hotel in the future.

We were so impressed with the Log Cab-Inn that we will be returning with our girls for another visit

This accommodation was prefect from the friendliness of staff to the amazing food. The cabin was big and we loved that there was a swimming pool but the best part was the quiet location and the birds singing. Amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend.

This place has everything, it was clean, quiet, had a pool and a restaurant right on site. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They really cared about how their guests were taken care of and two thumbs up to the housekeeping staff as well, this place was spotless.

Very good

The Inn is outside the city so you really can appreciate the trees, birds and mountains. Staff was really nice, especially Iris who helped us book everything during our stay, from Caracol and cave tubing tours to trasportation.

It's a bit outside the city. You can walk it in about 45 minutes but there's not really other transportation outside of taxies (was pretty cheap taxi ride of $10 bzd) so just have to come prepped!

Would stay again!

The staff is amazing! Everyone was super friendly and worked hard to make sure we had a great stay.

Nothing. The property is beautiful. The restaurant was good. We had a car and found the location to be perfect for our plans. Easy 5 minute drive in and out of the downtown area.

The scene was beautiful. The customer service was great. Food was delicious. Would recommend!

I loved the surroundings and the scene. It's very covid-friendly as all of the cabins are spread out into nature. Having a restaurant/bar available was very convenient and allowed less traveling back and forth to the city for food and beverages. The food was quite delicious too. Pool available 24/7 to guests. Also, the customer service was amazing.

My bathroom faucet was leaking from the handle and messed up the sink with water. One of the fan lights wasn't working either. Those are my only 2 complaints. All around would recommend for another stay.
