Lovely room with great breakfast a few pool issues.

Big room with large very comfortable bed and lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was superb with a fantastic range to choose. Great pool service / dining area.

The pool is very large and looks beautiful but tiles missing and degraded grouting in areas. Problem with towels placed over pool chairs by people who never seem to be there using them, making it almost impossible to sit by the pool.

Pleasant relaxing . Good place to cope with the heat which was high.

Spa pool lovely. Nice shade in trees in garden. Pool bar helpful.

Booked bbq at reception but restaurant unaware of booking when we turned up.

Great hotel, perfectly located for Port Andraxt and a nice calm vibe.

Breakfast was beautiful, with a full range of food choices. Clean, relaxed and friendly and attentive staff. our room was a pool facing room with a 3 occupancy, including balcony. Really clean and well maintained with towels, coffee machine and complimentary soft drinks in the mini bar. The pool, again indoor and outdoor, excellent.

Limited poolside food choices and the spa treatments were very expensive at €105.00 for a massage. But, still really nice with wonderful staff.

Lovely experience in a superb hotel close to the beach.

Although it was fully booked and we booked at short notice the hotel managed to give us connecting rooms (family of 5).

Pleasant stay but would go here in the summer, much better when it’s a bit cooler

Spacious rooms, great style

way too hot at breakfast and only one, small, pool restaurant in the evening. Also, most of the staff were inexperienced though very friendly. no beach and too hot to golf

nice sized rooms with fridge and Nespresso coffee machine both topped up daily with complimentary drinks, A nice pool bar/ restaurant , fabulous buffet breakfast cava inc ,

Too expensive for what we received and not 5 star like!

Breakfast was good, they had a big buffet and lots of choices. The hotel is located close to the beach, approximately 5min walk. The pool area was nice.

The service was bad and not what one would expect in a 5 star hotel. The waiters never showed up at the pool area to take orders. Room service never picked up the phone. The hotel facility and rooms are quite dated and not worth the nightly rate anymore.

have stayed previously and the again the hotel lived up to expectations

the pool attendants were extremely helpful and accomodaton. my Dad is disabled and we asked for a higher sun lounger which they produced for him every day. the staff are allways ready to lend a hand with regards to my dad nothing is ever too much trouble

the quilts on the bed and the pillows werent very comfortable. pillows tto soft and not enough of them and they individual quilts werent ideal

Terrible check in / check out experience (sooooo long) Wet carpets in the room Leak from AC in the room Crazy concept of booking breakfast table every day High charges for late check out (no flexibility on that even for Genius clients with small children)

Good

Very friendly staff - not counting management. Great breakfast with regard to range and quality. Even though the property is somewhat older it’s well maintained and very clean. The rooms are redecorated. Air conditioning works fine and can be adjusted and switched off per room.

Management was made aware a number off times that too many people put out towels in the morning. 80% of sunbeds by the pool where reserved by 10 am and then not used for hours. They confirmed that it’s against hotel policy but were not willing to do anything about. They explicitly said that they want to avoid conflict and it will soon be over. Food in the pool restaurant was not of high enough quality.

Great value hotel.

Great location, short walk to the beach. Hotel restaurant was very good too. Good size rooms and the ones with the garden terrace on to the pool are v handy.

It is a 5 star hotel but not a luxury 5 star hotel. There was a big golf charity event on the evening we arrived which made sitting on our garden terrace impossible. A large group of German golfers had a pool party the following day. Also the bedding could be upgraded. The pillowcases were not big enough for the pillows and it wasn’t clear if the pillows are changed between guests. In the current environment the pillowcases should be upgraded or the pillows washed after each guest.
