Exceeded our expectations for this last minute emergency stay. Very relaxing experience.
Atmosphere. History.
Couch could have been a bit more comfortable.

Probably never again.
Our first room's AC was so loud that we had to be reassigned a room on day 2. The front desk was very accommodating.
I did not like having to pay $40,00 A DAY just to park the rental car. In 5 days, housekeeping only showed up twice. The second time I had to track down the lady just to get fresh towels and shower gel.

A pleasant surprise with an exemplary restaurant. We would stay again.
We were blown away by our dinner experience at JWB Grill. It was truly exceptional and surpassed our expectations. Both my wife and I were thoroughly impressed, finding that the quality of the meal rivaled some of the top restaurants we've visited globally. The Ora King Salmon, in particular, stood out as a dish that could easily hold its own among the offerings of any five-star establishment and my wife loved the Harissa Roasted Half Chicken.
The hotel's location in Palm Springs presents some challenges as it is not within walking distance of notable attractions, necessitating the use of a vehicle, which isn't a significant inconvenience. However, during a visit to a nearby Walgreens, we observed litter strewn across the entry sidewalk, a boarded-up window, and someone residing in their car, raising some concerns about the area's condition. Further, while walking our dog, we noticed a dilapidated apartment building across from the hotel, underscoring issues within the vicinity. Staying within the confines of the property, akin to a vacation in certain parts of Belize or Jamaica, provides a buffer from the surrounding neighborhood. It's worth noting that Palm Springs has a high crime rate compared to other communities across the United States, and the hotel is situated in one of the city's more crime-prone areas (according to NeighborhoodScout.com). Therefore, it's advisable to exercise caution and drive to the sights and restaurants you wish to explore during your stay. Alternatively, you can opt to remain at the hotel, where we felt entirely secure, and relish in a tropical retreat amidst the desert landscape, enjoying the amenities and ambiance of the property.

a good place to relax and close to downtown if you drive.
Great room on an upgrade. that was wonderful for our honeymoon. the ambiance, relaxing quality of it is really nice.
Only problem: the maiin dining area was poor. Delivered a soup appetizer and fish main course at the same time. very odd. and did not deliver my wife's food for another five minutes after that. room service is in boxes and bags with plastic cutlery, a little corner cutting but food isn't the strong point.

Never again. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.
Close to my event.
The hotel is a "Las Vegas" style hotel without the gambling. Tacky, noisy, music blaring all hours, dirty, and need of a refresh. I moved rooms three times because of faulty A/C that sounded like a train and constant banging and talking above me, no warm water and damaged rooms i.e. toilet paper dispenser on the floor, and views of a parking lot. Constantly had to call to get clean towels from housekeeping. Their gym facilities lack equipment, etc. and they have the gall to charge you a "resort fee".

Unprofessionalism/ low quality room
N/a
The unprofessionalism the security and late night staff. They were not professional, respectful, or polite. I did not feel or was treated like a paying guest. The room was run down. I felt like it was a motel 6 quality room. I left this establishment after the confrontation of the unprofessionalism of the security staff and late night front desk and turned on my key just after a few hrs. I would not stay here if it was even free.
