Der Unterschied zwischen teilweisem seitliche Meerblick und Zimmer mit Meerblick ist gleich Null. Und dafür bezahlt man noch extra!

Love the location and staffs were polite.

Dirty sheets. There were blood stains on the sheets that were on the pullout mattress.

the resort feel was very nice. pool staff and beach staff were really nice as well

the biggest disappointment was in the morning was breakfast staff. Buffet was amazing and more then we could expect but for the price that we are being charge, the waitress was rude. we were enjoying the view and the food and before we could even finish our plate that we platted very lightly as we wanted to go back and enjoy fruit and donut, she brought over the check and was standing over us to pay and leave. made us feel very uncomfortable so we left. knowing that its $30/person, we had maybe $2 worth of food and left with a bitter taste in our mouths.

It is always a pleasure coming to this resort, my fam and I always had a great time!! From the staffing to the all.

Needed to have a little more equipment in the gym. Needed some mats and another bench also.

Great location

I should have noticed the red flag when I arrived. When I walked into my room it smelled a strong odor of bleach. During the night I could smell a strong odor of sewer gas was venting into my room. I’m a plumber so I’m very familiar with improper venting. The Hilton hotel knew about the issue and instead of fixing it tried to disguise it with bleach. I complained about it and was told the hotel was booked so I couldn’t be moved to another room.

The location is exceptional, you can walk anywhere. The hotel is nice and provided activities for the kids during our Memorial Day weekend stay. The beach is perfection, the umbrella and chairs is a great amenity.

The only negative thing I’d call out is that while it was nice to have burgers and other snacks offered at the pool during Memorial Day weekend, they simply didn’t have enough staff to work the pool deck. We waited a long time to have someone take our order - so while the intention was good, I wouldn’t have offered it if the hotel wasn’t equipped to service it.

Location plus very convenient access to handicap as well.

I’m coming back to this hotels after many years and is always a pleasure stay at the Hilton .

The buffet was good and convenient. The amenities were great. Enjoyed having the chairs and umbrella provided to us. My favorite was the beach drink cart.

Although the buffet breakfast was included with our room after the third day with no changes in the food it got boring.

The pool

Cleaning service was somehow confused, didn't speak neither English nor Spanish.

Wonderful selection and the food was very good. Our waitress was very cordial and accommodating.

Ana - front desk was great. we reserved a beach facing room and got a back of hotel room. Ana helped us get a better room. she was also kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Fantastic view of pool and beach from balcony. Can watch sunset too!😍 Convenient location, lots of restaurants opposite the hotel Nice pool and beach.

Buffet breakfast is the same daily 😅 But the Omlette section is awesome!!
