Although the breakfast order was incorrect, the food was delicious. We also had in room dinner our first night.

The hotel is clean and in a great location, but does appear to be a bit dated.

The staff was great. They were very quick to fix our light in our room, bring towels/soap, room service was fast and delicious and even helped call an ambulance for us when our 4month old was having trouble breathing at 4am. Beach was not crowded and very easy access. We loved the jacuzzi and rain shower. Our 2 year old LOVED the active pool. We were on the lobby level and the active pool was right outside of our patio (highly recommended) was very quiet in the rooms even with all the screaming kids outside our door. It was an expensive stay for 4 nights, but we would absolutely go back

Housekeeping didn't come one of the days, and it would have been beneficial to have more information on things like TV channels, where things were in the hotel, how breakfast worked, ect. Life guards at the active pool could be a little more strict

I wish there was a Hot Tub just for adults the one in the kiddie pool is just that for kids and too small for adults other than that Hotel is excellent

I love everything but I think housekeeping should clean the pool area before opening to the guests, the seagulls are beautiful but the poop are not.

We found small bugs at kitchen counter. Hotel workers tried to kill them by spraying the area but it didn’t work. Also the housekeepers didn’t do right cleaning work. Just picked up the trash and put back the blanket.

We can see sunrise ans sea through our balcony. And we really enjoyed the hot tub in our suite.

There is no buffet breakfast which many hotels have.
