Very good

stared in the yurts for easy walk to scandinave baths

a bit of a walk to washrooms, especially in the middle of the night; would be great for the resort to have a pool

Very good

Fantastic place to stay. I booked a Yurt in the Winter to go Snowboarding, perfect location just a 5 min drive away from the slops, very reasonable and cosy. Lovely staff, would definitely stay again and recommend.

Would be a lot better without noisy RV’s coming and going.

Treed, proximity to Whistler.

Noisy RV directly behind the cabins made it difficult to sleep passed 6am. Rv’s are only a couple letters from the cabin bedrooms.

Beautiful cabin, very cozy and warm in the snow

very cozy and warm. the cabin was well equipped, Netflix on the TV, very clean and comfortable

Christmas stay in log cabin

Loved our stay in one of your log cabins. Cosy and comfortable. The location was perfect , a half-hour walk away from whistler village.

Nice comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

Great location, lovely park like grounds.

The loft was difficult to access, not really a suitable climb for small kids or adults. Our daughter ended up sleeping on the couch.

Good

Lower bunk in yurt #2 was very hard. Consequently we had a very poor sleep. Great location,clean facilities, nice staff!!

Just the mattress… maybe needs a foam topper

The facilities were excellent! but there is nothing for fun only we could sleep and rest.

the weather was too hot. there needs an airconditioner or fan...

Exceptional

We stayed in a pet friendly yurt. Beds were ok, a little old and uncomfortable, but it's basically camping. Large picnic table outside to cook on. Water was close by. Restrooms were very clean, although a little walk down a steep path from the yurts, but it is lit at night. Skylight at the top of the yurt provides excellent natural light. Scandinav spa is a few steps away.

Location, location. Rustic, could be cozy. Good parking, nice grounds. TV was good - the Olympics were on. Having kitchen facilities definitely a plus altho tight quarters.

I don't mind kitchenware that doesnt match, but.....only one Wiregrass, other glasses were disposable plastic. Paper towels or napkins would be nice. No salad bowl. If I came again I would bring stuff along but don't feel that should be necessary. I'm not looking for luxury, just the basics. Cleanliness is my biggest issue. The sofa was filthy, stained and lumpy. My friend dropped an earring and it was an adventure finding it. Dust balls everywhere. The electrics need to be looked at. The outlet under the microwave didn't work and we had to reset the fuse for the microwave itself, a couple of times. My friend slept in the loft, tight but OK. Better for little people. No light at the bed. Light switch either downstairs or at the back of the loft..

The cabin felt new and clean. The rooms were very small, but we did not expect anything very large. More information that includes "50% of the 420 sq feet is the loft" would have been helpful to know.

value seriously negatively impacted due to lack of cleanliness

unique accommodation. quiet.

the unit is not clean. dust and dirt in every corner and ledge. beds are marginally comfortable

Rustic and charming.

I stayed in a yurt in the beginning of Feb. I was nervous that it would be cold, but I was extremely warm. It was super cute and rustic. The bathroom facilities were very clean. And I was a 1 minute walk away from Scandinave spa!

It’s not that close to the village but it was great to be secluded for a while.

Very good

The Riverside Resort stay was pleasant, however it is located 700 m from the bus stop. It was extremely difficult to get there walking on the huge amount of snow with the luggage , in the dark and while the temperature reached -14. Taxi and Whistele! services were ignoring the calls or were and not available!
