Great location. OK hotel.

Great location. Right on the beach.

2 elevators wetter out our entire stay which left one working elevator to our 7tn floor room. They have been out for weeks which I think is unacceptable for a room that is $550 a night. Rooms are a little dated, especially bathroom. Food was good but drink and good service was slow. Room was not ready til 5pm, an hour late.

When we went to shower that evening they were no shower gel ,still waiting!!!

Service could have been better from the front desk to room service. Not helpful, ask for shower gel to take a shower because the container was empty when we got to the room.still waiting for it. Sad no one wanted to help, we had to used shampoo to shower.

Avoid this place, rude staff and not worth the money

The amenities were nice and location was great. However, they say the amenities are "included" but they aren't as the charge you a fee for them.

The girl who checked me in didn't tell us that we had to reserve cabanas or how to do it so they were full the first day. She also almost forgot the two additional parking passes I bought. Our room was not finished being cleaned when we walked in. It was a mess and there was hair all over the bathroom. The concierge, Shelly, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The fun was closed so we were told to walk you their sister property which wasn't open. We spoke to the manager about these things and he said he'd call and comp lunch. At 2:30 we finally went back you the front bc there was no call. We were told the person we spoke to wasn't the manager and couldn't promise that. So when we were brought another manager we asked to confirm her role. She said "I'm offended" that we asked that. The manager, Allie, was incredibly rude to start with treat statement. They put a $1000 incidentals hold on my card, charged a ton of extra taxes that booking.com didn't disclose. When I asked the lady at check out when that would come off, she told me it's pending so we had to explain pending can be charged or removed. It was an ideal to get my statement and she was rude as well. It's a shame bc the property has so much potential but the staff was so mean and disappointing aside from Shelly. I'm local to the area and won't ever stay here again. I also checked around with friends in the area and everyone seems to have had a similar experience. Might as well stay elsewhere for the price. The picture was the dirty room we walked into.

I love that this was resort style if you did not want to leave the property you didn’t have to

the old thing that was strange was a dresser in our room being held up by wash clothes.

Great location, shoddy hotel.

Breakfast was good but overly expensive and limited in choices. Room service was not available which was very disappointing as i enjoy breakfast in my room. However, the location was excellent.

The room needed to be updated. The beds were too soft, you sunk into the mattress. The kitchette was very old and shoddy. The mini fridge was all scratched up. The closet door was broken and was a struggle to open and close. The carpet had seen better days. The table and chairs did not work together, the chairs were too low so that the table was level with your chest. You could not eat at the table.

It was all good except for the room. That sucked.

The bartender! Bill! Nice guy. He told us of places to go and see. I'd come down again just to talk with him!!

My room could have been better!!! I've had a bigger room at a Motel 6. For the price I paid, I expected much better. I had room 4255. Hardley any light came through the window. I open the door and my view was the air conditioners on the roof fifty feet away. No warm water for showering in the morning. Guess I'll have to do my homework before I go on vacation again! $500.00 a night for that room! Are you kidding me?

Fun place to hang out at the beach, close to lots of things to do.

The staff made everything easy and fun. Very good food in all the restaurants. The pools were nice, and we could always find a place to sunbathe.

The check in process. Two of us booked the property, but they only had my name listed. A credit card is used "for incidentals" but was charged $1906.00. upon check in. That hold caused my cc company to decline my check out payment. Incidentals are not 1900! And if they had told us that much would be put on the card, we would have provided two cards. Such a bummer after having a great vacation to go through this at check out.

Great resort that has a lot to offer. Good location, easy access to the beach, variety of restaurants and a lot of things to do

Outdated interior, carpet not very hygienic. Cleaning staff came always in the afternoon during my childrens nap time. Cleaning should be done in the morning. Pool area wasn’t always very clean. Stricter rules for guest eating/drinking at pool should be put in place. More healthy food options would be a plus.

Cleaning service started cleaning room an hour before check out and we could not get back into room to use bathroom. Cleaning crew supervisor did not help.

Superb

One thing I did enjoy, were the cabanas by the beach. The beach was also very clean and the staff at the adventure center were very kind.

I had to constantly ask for room service because I wasn't receiving it, and the bathrooms could've been cleaner. Didn't quite meet the expectations paid for.

Exceptional

We loved all the family friendly activities we could choose to do awhile At the resort. We regularly enjoyed playing in 3 of the 7 pools, my son painted a starfish at the art booth by the beach, and we tried many of the restaurants around and in the property.

Disappointing

The beach was beautiful

The elevators did not work the entire visit, the staff seemed upset with how things were running, the hotel was understaffed and could not blow up the aqua water park for the kids.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I liked the beach and that was it.

Way over priced. Elevators didn't work most of the time. In the middle of the repeated building evacuating night fire alarms ruined the vacation. Ice Machines didn't work. I had to carry 4 suitcases down the stairs when we left because the elevators didn't work. We paid 5 star prices for a 2 star hotel at best.
