Way too expensive. Location was great but not the room was not. Shower was small and needed repair

We made the best of it! Overpriced until they make the renovations and get better service.

It is a prime location with the ocean so close, loved that a beach cabana was included (however, the way to reserve was ridiculous to stand in a long line for 20 mins one at a time - come on reserve online!) The resort fee includes many activities which is really nice and there are lots of pools. I actually was able to upgrade upon arrival to a 2 bedroom which was really nice and gave us more room. We had a kitchen (although not stocked well plateware) was a nice convenience. It has many pools and activities going on that are mostly included in your resort fee. Parking was good. If you could find staff, and it was difficult, they were nice and sorry for everything but never made any sort of compensation for anything.

Hotel is great need for renovation, there was only one elevator working at each of the two elevator locations which was really inconvenient and at times we waited 20 minutes to get an elevator and even then had to crowd in with too many people just to get down from the 7th floor. The VIP cabanas are a joke. They are dirty and falling apart and there are electric wires like there used to be a tv, but no more - and to pay $200 a day for that was also ridiculous, but if you don't do that then it is a big fight for pool chairs and they do nothing about people who save chairs and don't show up for hours! Also, there is no staff walking around the pool deck if you need anything like trying to get the cabana cleaned for our use upon arrival. There is no pool drink/food service - you have to go wait in a long line or use a scan to mobile order, which multiple times was out of order, or they shut if down like at 3 pm, when it actually was supposed to be open later. One or our bedrooms air condition did not work, the kitchen was barely equipped, maintenance forgot to lock our door after they were there - so our door was wide open all afternoon while we were at the pool and they never got back to us with any concern about it. Housekeeping didn't come one day so we called at 345 pm to say we really wanted them to get there - we came back from dinner at 9 pm and the room still was not cleaned - since we have a kitchen there was stinky garbage and we need towels, etc. We paid over $1000 a night so we expected much better! We did call and complain and they did rectify the air in the bedroom and gave us a couple free drinks because the cabana was dirty. All in all, it is such a shame - it's a great location with lots of potential. Needs major renovation and needs more staff!

Perfect location. The amenities were amazing. Staff was great. The beach and pools were fantastic.

Excellent place staff was fantastic.

All the amenities right at your door. A nice walk down the beach to the pickle ball, paddle boats and mini golf. It was all right there . The restaurants bars were all top notch.

The main dining room at Rum Fish was closed all day Monday until late afternoon. We were looking forward to seeing the aquarium.

If you can get a good deal it’s worth the stay

Lots of pools, easy access to the beach, beach cabanas, comfortable room, super friendly staff.

They have “resort activities” listed in the app, but the list is both incomplete and incorrect. There were multiple times where we showed up for an event and it was happening at a different time, or not at all.

Perfection. Absolute perfection

If I could rate this facility an 11/10 I would. We’ve traveled a lot and nothing has come close to the treatment we received here. It was absolutely incredible!! Daniel at the front desk began the stay absolutely wonderfully and it continued to get better from there. We’ve already booked our next trip back there and we can’t wait!

We received an upgrade on our room which was wonderful to have a balcony with a beachside view. Very friendly service by a young man named Tomas who was spectacular!

The almost $200 in incidentals is a bit much and we are still waiting for those to be reimbursed.

Just ok. Not worth the money

The front desk staff and bellman were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a double room and athat had a separate kitchen/living room area.

For almost $300 for the night, I did not like that the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The bathroom vanity area was an very small and the whole room only had one mirror. The beds felt small, and were located in the room that opened to the outside hallway, which didn't feel as safe to me as the other room with the couch. Also, the cleaners knocked loudly on our door st 930 on a Sunday and check out was at 11. The lighting throughout was terrible as well.

This trip was a gift to my grandkids and we had a blast.

This was a great location for a quick vacation with kids. Checkin was easy. Our room exceeded my expectations and we all had a really good time together, even with our main day being very rainy.

It was not the location’s fault that the weather was bad. We were sidelined from the zip line, waterslide and kids wave experience. These were experiences the kids were really looking forward to. The wave ride for smaller children wasn’t working properly and the waterslide and zip line were also closed. My grandkids were really looking forward to these rides and were very disappointed at the closures during our stay.

Great location and great place to stay.

The room was terrific - clean, comfortable, great view. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

The resort fee was high, especially since we had bad weather and couldn't use the beach or pools.

Good

One of the pools was closed during our entire stay. Other was marked adults only. Manager finally let kids be there our last day. Tennis court needs to be marked up for pickle ball.

It was good. Not remarkable for the price, but I would stay again.

Location was perfect.

Elevators were really slow which frustrated the guests when you're carrying luggage. Also the cabanas are only until 6 pm which kinda defeats watching the sunset on the beach. Room service could've been better.

It was ok but not worth the money we spent for one night.

The room was large. Able to walk to the beach. enjoyed the putt putt.

Location is good gulf front room

Try to get a late check out on my final day down at the counter I felt was fairly rude and not accommodating. Our refrigerator in our room did not work. Had to wait to get a new one. There was some bugs I said don’t think was really intended to.

Very good

The amenities for the kids.

A few things in the room. They needed an extra rack in the bathroom. The soap dispensers in the bathroom were horrible. I couldn't squeeze anything out. It was so hard. My husband had to do it, and he even had trouble with it. They need to go back to having samples of soap and shampoo or get the automatic dispensors.
